Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence between the Independent Learning Model on the Christian Religion and Moral Learning Outcomes of Class Characteristics of Class XI Students at SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This research uses a descriptive and inferential quantitative approach, with a population of all Class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong totaling 354 people with a sample of 35 people. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire of 20 items compiled by the author based on variable indicators according to expert theory and a test of 20 items both through pre-test and post-test. Testing of questionnaires and questions was carried out on 30 students at SMA PGRI 20 Siborongborong, and validity and reliability were tested. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Independent Learning Model on the Christian Religion and Character Learning Outcomes of Class (r2) = 16.73% through the post test and the significant influence test obtained tcount>ttable of 2.834>2.042 through the pre test and tcount>ttable of 4.778>2.042. The Fcount price is compared with the Ftable price with dk in the numerator = 1 and dk in the denominator (n-1 = 35-1=34) with an error rate of 5%, so the Ftable price = 4.17. In this case, the provisions apply if Fcount < Ftable means the variance is homogeneous and vice versa if Fcount > Ftable means the variance is not homogeneous. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is that there is a positive influence between the Independent Learning Model on the Christian Religion and Character Learning Outcomes of Class XI Students at SMA Negeri 1 Siborongborong for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted

Abstract

Elders in GPP Dolok Sait village have not fully carried out their duties and responsibilities, so this research aims to examine practical theological studies regarding elder responsibilities and their implementation in services at GPP. The qualitative research method is a descriptive approach. This research shows that elders do not understand their duties and responsibilities, especially in being role models. It is hoped that the synod and pastors will provide guidance for elders and pay attention to the elders' welfare so that the congregation does not feel lazy about replacing elderly elders.

Abstract

The Merdeka curriculum was introduced in response to global changes and increasingly complex educational needs, giving schools the freedom to design their own curriculum. In this context, the mathematics learning models used in schools become highly relevant. These models should not only be in line with the vision and mission of the school, but should also promote deep understanding and strong mathematical skills The research method used in this study is a literature study. This literature study involves collecting data from various literature sources, reading, recording, and managing research data with an objective, systematic, analytical, and critical approach. The focus of the research is on Mathematics Education Learning Models in the Merdeka Curriculum. The data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis. The Merdeka Curriculum has opened the door for the development of more innovative and relevant learning models in mathematics education. By adopting models such as contextual, cooperative, inquiry, technology-based, and project-based learning, mathematics teachers can help students develop a deep understanding of mathematics, critical thinking skills, and a high interest in this subject. Through joint efforts between teachers, schools, and the government, Indonesia can continue to improve the quality of mathematics education and produce a generation that is ready to face mathematical challenges in the modern era In the context of the Merdeka Curriculum, mathematics learning models are an important tool in building higher quality and relevant mathematics education. Through the use of models such as contextual, cooperative, inquiry, technology-based, and project-based learning, mathematics teachers can provide more interesting and meaningful learning experiences for students. This helps students develop a deep understanding of mathematics, critical thinking skills, and a high interest in the subject.

Abstract

This research aims to present a review of literature studies that examine the relationship between parents' socioeconomic status and students' learning achievement in the context of mathematics learning. This literature study was conducted to identify and understand the role of socioeconomic status in influencing students' mathematics learning achievement. Data for this study was obtained through a search of relevant scientific literature that included articles, journals, books and previous research that has been conducted in this area. The results of this literature study indicate that parental socioeconomic status has a significant influence on students' learning achievement in mathematics. Factors such as access to educational resources, access to additional educational opportunities, parental support, home environment, students' psychological well-being and school culture all play a role in this relationship. The research also highlights the importance of developing inclusive and equitable educational strategies to address inequalities in mathematics achievement between students from different socioeconomic backgrounds. Teachers and schools have a central role in creating a learning environment that supports all students, regardless of their socioeconomic background. This literature study provides a deeper understanding of the complex relationship between parental socioeconomic status and student learning achievement in mathematics. As such, this research provides an important foundation for further development in addressing educational inequalities and improving mathematics learning achievement of students from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.

Abstract

The Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs is developing a sports system that involves multiple sectors. This system needs to be comprehensively built from the center to the regions, as implied in the Peraturan Menteri Pemuda Dan Olahraga Republik Indonesia Nomor 10 Tahun 2022 ayat 1, Tentang Pengembangan Sentra Pembinaan Olahraga Prestasi Di Daerah, Desain Besar Olahraga Nasional (DBON) is a master plan document that contains the policy direction for the development and nurturing of national sports, conducted effectively, efficiently, excellently, measurably, systematically, accountably, and sustainably within the scope of educational sports, community sports, achievement sports, and sports industry. The name for the center is Sentra Latihan Olahragawan Muda Potensial Nasional. The focused sports branches are Penahan, Taekwondo, and Swimming. In its development, regular evaluations are necessary for progress, especially in the Swimming branch. This research method utilizes a qualitative descriptive research method with the chosen research design being the CIPP model developed by Stufflebeam. The evaluation follows the CIPP model, which consists of the following elements: context, input, process, and product. This method has been validated by experts in sports science. The research subjects include one Swimming Technique Coach, one Academic Support Personnel, and seven Swimming Branch Athletes from SLOMPN UNESA. The results of the study show that the training and academic processes of the athletes are going well, but there are obstacles related to issuing letters for athletes to undergo training processes at SLOMPN UNESA, which are directed to the athletes' respective schools, as well as coordination issues regarding swimming sports institution affairs. Therefore, coordination is needed among various institutions such as the Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs, KONI (National Sports Committee), PB PRSI (Swimming Association of Indonesia), and the Ministry of Education and Culture to ensure the success of this program. The conclusion of this study is that coordination with various relevant institutions is necessary for the national program implemented at SLOMPN Universitas Negeri Surabaya.

Abstract

Legal protection for plaintiffs in land grabbing cases needs to be carried out by law enforcers to avoid undesirable incidents. Land grabbing has a detrimental impact on parties whose ownership rights are illegally owned by perpetrators who do not want to suffer losses. The plaintiff has rented a plot of land and buildings to the defendant for Rp. 15,000,000/year, but it has been 11 years now that the defendant has not had good faith in paying rent to the plaintiff, and has claimed that the land and building rented by the defendant to the plaintiff belong to the defendant. Before the plaintiff brought this case to court, the plaintiff had first carried out an injunction through the plaintiff's attorney against the defendant, but the defendant did not heed it. Due to this unlawful action, the plaintiff suffered a loss of Rp. 165,000,000,- (one hundred and sixty five million rupiah). For the losses suffered by the plaintiff, the defendant must also be sentenced according to Article 1365 of the Civil Code, Article 1366 of the Civil Code, Article 1367 of the Civil Code, Article 385 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code, or according to other laws and regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much learning motivation students in class VI at SDN 007 Pendalian IV Koto. The research used descriptive qualitative research methods. Data analysis of science learning motivation was collected using non-test techniques in the form of a questionnaire with 15 statement items. The results showed that the learning motivation of grade VI students in learning science at SDN 007 Pendalian IV Koto was categorized as good. Where out of 17 students get an average score of 70.3. Learning motivation of students must certainly be improved again by the teacher, because with the increase in learning motivation of students, it will also increase student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the contribution of craft and entrepreneurship students to the entrepreneurial interest of class XI students at UNP Laboratory Development High school. The research method used is quantitative research with a correlational descriptive approach. The sampel in this study was 79 students, taken by purposive random sampeling techniques from 8 classes and 3 classes taken. The research instruments used were questionnaires and documentation instruments. Data analysis method for testing instrument validity using product moment correlation and reability testing using cronbach’s alpha. Testing data analysis requirements uses a morality test, while for hypothesis testing uses a simple segregation analiysis technique. The research results show that craft and entrepreneurship learningcontributes to students’ interest in entrepreneurship by 25.7%.

Abstract

Mapping the sports tourism industry aims to obtain comprehensive information about the sports tourism industry, such as the types of sports that are popular and the facilities available. Farm Valley Care Tourism is a tourist destination located in Kandangan Kare Village, Madiun Regency, which was built in August 2022. Through the Kedaireka program, this tourism carries the concept of CARE (Camping, Agriculture, Recreation and Education), so that various potentials can be utilized. This research uses qualitative research and field work. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that Farm Valley Care tourism has in the tourism development process. Using research informants as data sources. The results of the SWOT analysis in implementing mapping at Farm Valley Care tourism show that in terms of quantity, the strengths are greater than the weaknesses. Opportunity factors outweigh threat factors. 1) Prominent strengths: Significant impact of mapping carried out by managers. 2) Weaknesses that influence: Socio-economic impact. 3) The most important opportunity: Cooperation with various related parties. 4) The riskiest threat: The company's finances are disrupted due to cost overruns.

Abstract

Indonesian is a language that meets communication factors. In communicating, you can use the language skills you have mastered. So, the influence of Indonesian on character education for students will be very influential and have positive impacts, including preserving national culture, increasing feelings of love for the country, being able to know what is good and what is not according to culture, increasing one's potential and broadening one's horizons, especially insight into the importance of character education (Character Building) if students already have this knowledge.
