Abstract

Peran guru sangat penting untuk perkembangan skill peserta didik, begitupun dengan metode yang digunakan dalam pengajaran seorang guru, harus sesuai dengan apa yang diajarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh metode Tarjamah harfiah dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab terhadap Maharoh Qiro’ah (Fahmul Maqru’) dikelas XI iik MAN 2 Kota Cirebon tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif jenis pre-eksperimental dengan desain one grup pretest-post-test design. Populasi yang digunakan ialah seluruh siswa kelas XI iik di MAN 2 Kota Cirebon yang berjumlah 20 siswa setelah dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu (a) observasi, (b) wawancara, dan (c) tes. Sedangkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan (a) uji normalitas, (b) uji homogenitas, (c) uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode tarjamah harfiah dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam memahami teks-teks Bahasa Arab dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab khususnya pada maharoh Qiro’ah (fahmul maqru’). Hal ini terbukti saat dilakukan pretest, siswa mendapatkan nilai dengan rata-rata 81 yang berada dalam kategori “kurang”. Sedangkan saat dilakukan postest, siswa mendapatkan nilai dengan rata-rata yaitu 93 yang berada dalam kategori “sangat baik”. Sehingga selisih diantara kedua hasil diatas adalah 12 yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pengimplementasian metode tarjamah harfiah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap maharoh Qiro’ah.

Abstract

The rapid development of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly influenced academic practices, particularly in students’ academic writing. This study aims to examine the ethical use of generative AI in students’ academic writing practices in public communication contexts. The research employs a qualitative approach to explore how students utilize AI technologies and how ethical considerations shape their writing behavior. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 key informants and questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents, complemented by direct observations of students who actively use AI tools in their academic writing. The findings reveal that students widely use generative AI to support various stages of the writing process, including idea generation, outlining, language improvement, and content organization. Students perceive AI as a helpful tool that enhances efficiency and productivity in completing academic assignments. However, the study also identifies several ethical concerns, such as the potential overreliance on AI, risks to academic integrity, and the possibility of reduced critical thinking if AI is used without responsible awareness. Furthermore, the results highlight that students with stronger digital literacy and understanding of academic ethics tend to use AI more responsibly, treating it as a supporting tool rather than a replacement for intellectual work. The study emphasizes the importance of establishing ethical guidelines and improving digital literacy in higher education institutions. These efforts are essential to ensure that AI technologies support academic communication while maintaining transparency, originality, and academic integrity in scholarly writing.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of songs and storytelling as instructional strategies for Arabic language teaching in early childhood education at RA Raudhatul Hidayah, Cirebon, aiming to examine how these multimodal approaches contribute to children’s linguistic competence, engagement, and socio-emotional development. Employing a qualitative descriptive design, data were gathered through classroom observations over four weeks, semi-structured teacher interviews, and documentation analysis. Participants included twenty children aged 4–6 years and two teachers. Thematic analysis was applied to identify patterns related to language acquisition, engagement, and socio-emotional development. Findings indicate that songs enhance vocabulary retention, pronunciation, and oral expression, while storytelling contextualizes language, supporting comprehension and narrative skills. Children demonstrated increased engagement, motivation, and confidence during learning activities. Teachers affirmed the effectiveness of these methods but reported challenges including limited resources and variability in student participation. The study underscores the importance of multimodal, interactive teaching approaches integrating songs and stories to promote both linguistic and socio-emotional development in early learners. The study concludes that combining songs and storytelling constitutes an effective pedagogical approach for Arabic language learning in early childhood. Recommendations encompass systematic integration into daily curricula, adaptation of materials to developmental stages, and provision of teacher training to enhance instructional effectiveness. These findings contribute to the literature on early childhood Arabic education and offer practical guidance for educators in similar settings.

Abstract

Digital transformation has brought existential challenges to the world of education, in which the role of teachers is increasingly confronted with technological disruption, a crisis of scholarly authority, and the phenomenon of digital burnout. This research aims to explore and reconstruct the concept of teachers' work ethics from the perspective of the Qur'an and to actualize it as a strategy for facing the challenges of the digital era. Through a library research method with a qualitative approach and the technique of thematic interpretive analysis (tafsir maudhu'i), this study examines various classical and contemporary sources to arrive at a synthesis between the values of divine revelation and the demands of modern professionalism. The findings reveal that the Qur'an provides four pillars of teachers' work ethics: itqan (professionalism), amanah (integrity), mujahadah (resilience), and iqra' (continuous learning). This Qur'an-based work ethic functions as a "mental operating system," shifting teachers' perception of technology from an administrative burden to a means of transcendental service. In the age of artificial intelligence (AI), the roles of teachers as mu'addib (character builder) and uswah hasanah (role model) remain irreplaceable by algorithms. The study concludes that revelation-based spirituality provides moral resilience and innovative energy for teachers to remain adaptive without losing their professional and spiritual identity. The implications of this study underscore the importance of integrating the strengthening of spiritual character into teachers' professional development programs in the digital era, so that technology does not lead to dehumanization, but instead reinforces the mission of Islamic education namely, rahmatan lil 'alamin (mercy for all of creation).

Abstract

The dynamic nature of the economy and the dominance of intangible assets have made determining an optimal funding structure in the technology industry increasingly complex. This research aims to analyze the effect of non-debt tax shields, firm size, and asset structure on the capital structure of technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020–2024. This research employs a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis, processed using EViews 13. The sample consisted of 20 companies selected through purposive sampling, yielding 100 firm-year observations. The results of the partial test show that the non-debt tax shield has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, while firm size has a positive and significant effect. In contrast, asset structure has no significant effect. Simultaneously, these three variables collectively affect capital structure, with an adjusted R-squared value of 34.12%. The findings of this study confirm the relevance of trade-off theory in the technology sector in Indonesia, whereby non-debt tax shield capacity and operational scale serve as the primary determinants of financing policy. The implications of these findings suggest that technology companies should prioritize the capitalization of intangible assets to achieve tax efficiency without increasing default risk, while creditors are encouraged to shift their valuation paradigm from tangible collateral toward innovation potential and intangible asset value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih terbatasnya akses transportasi di daerah terpencil yang berdampak pada rendahnya konektivitas sosial masyarakat, khususnya di Kabupaten Nias Barat. Program transportasi berbasis masyarakat hadir sebagai solusi alternatif untuk meningkatkan mobilitas dan interaksi sosial masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program tersebut serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap konektivitas sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif serta didukung dengan analisis SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program transportasi berbasis masyarakat mampu meningkatkan aksesibilitas masyarakat terhadap layanan publik, memperluas peluang ekonomi, serta memperkuat interaksi sosial antarwilayah. Namun demikian, program ini masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur, kapasitas manajerial, dan dukungan pendanaan. Kesimpulannya, program ini memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan konektivitas sosial masyarakat, namun memerlukan penguatan dari aspek kelembagaan, infrastruktur, dan kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan agar dapat berjalan lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya potensi sengketa medis antara bidan dan pasien seiring dengan kompleksitas pelayanan kesehatan serta perubahan regulasi melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan. Perubahan tersebut membawa implikasi terhadap mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa yang sebelumnya berfokus pada mediasi menjadi lebih luas melalui Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa (APS). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kerangka hukum penyelesaian sengketa medis antara bidan dan pasien, mengidentifikasi kelemahan regulasi yang ada, serta merumuskan model penyelesaian sengketa yang ideal dan berkeadilan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan perbandingan. Data diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan terhadap bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pergeseran paradigma dari litigasi ke non-litigasi dengan penekanan pada keadilan restoratif, namun masih terdapat kekosongan norma terkait peran lembaga dan mekanisme teknis penyelesaian sengketa. Selain itu, belum adanya kejelasan mengenai struktur dan kewenangan lembaga disiplin baru menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah perlunya rekonstruksi model penyelesaian sengketa yang terintegrasi, berjenjang, dan berbasis keadilan restoratif guna menjamin kepastian hukum serta perlindungan bagi bidan dan pasien.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology in the era of Society 5.0 has encouraged innovation in education, including Islamic Religious Education (PAI). However, PAI learning is still frequently dominated by conventional approaches that reduce student engagement and learning motivation. In this context, digital gamification has emerged as an innovative strategy capable of creating more interactive, enjoyable, and student-centered learning experiences. This study aims to analyze the application, forms, and impacts of digital gamification in Islamic Religious Education learning through a systematic literature review approach. The research employed the PRISMA framework to identify, screen, evaluate, and synthesize relevant studies published between 2020 and 2026. Literature data were collected through Google Scholar using Publish or Perish software, resulting in 32 selected articles that met the inclusion criteria. The findings indicate that gamification significantly improves student motivation, participation, engagement, and learning outcomes in PAI learning. The most commonly used gamification forms include Quizizz, Kahoot, Wordwall, Gimkit, and educational game-based applications. Gamification was found to be more effective in procedural and conceptual materials, such as fiqh and Qur’an-Hadith learning, compared to value-oriented materials such as morals and faith. In conclusion, digital gamification has strong potential as an innovative learning strategy in Islamic education; however, a more integrative and values-oriented design is required to support comprehensive character formation.

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti pemikiran maqashid al-shariah Muhammad al-Tahir ibn 'Ashur (1879–1973) dan penerapannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari kontemporer. Ibn 'Ashur merumuskan kembali teori maqashid klasik dengan memusatkannya pada konsep fitrah (kodrat manusia) dan universalitas (kulliyyah) sebagai pilar metodologis fundamental, menggeser wacana yurisprudensi dari sikap defensif dan protektif menuju paradigma yang konstruktif dan berwawasan ke depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif dengan pendekatan riset pustaka, terutama mengacu pada Maqashid al-Shariah al-Islamiyyah karya Ibn 'Ashur bersama dengan sumber-sumber sekunder klasik dan kontemporer. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Ibn 'Ashur memperluas kerangka kerja al-kulliyyat al-khams klasik untuk memasukkan tujuan-tujuan baru: kebebasan manusia (hurriyyah), kesetaraan sosial (musawah), ketertiban sosial (nizam al-ijtima'i), dan kebajikan moral universal (fadilah). Tujuan-tujuan yang diperluas tersebut memiliki implikasi konkret di enam domain kehidupan kontemporer, meliputi keuangan Islam, hukum keluarga, pendidikan, kesehatan masyarakat, etika lingkungan, dan tata kelola pemerintahan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa paradigma maqashid Ibn ‘Ashur menawarkan kerangka yurisprudensi yang holistik, dinamis, dan responsif terhadap kompleksitas modernitas, sekaligus berakar kokoh pada tradisi keilmuan Islam.
