Guidance and counseling supervisors are employees of the Education Office who supervise and support the provision of guidance and counseling services in educational settings. Together with school principals, teacher supervisors and school administrators oversee guidance and counseling programs in schools. The BK coordinator organizes supervising teachers' preparation for supervision activities, including ensuring that they have sufficient resources and free time. Mentor teachers adhere to coaching and assessment procedures during supervision activities. To improve guidance and counseling standards, the principal supports and facilitates the implementation of objective and dynamic supervision activities.

The person responsible for implementing guidance and counseling services in schools is the guidance and counseling teacher/counselor. Guidance and counseling instructors have full obligations, accountability, power and rights to provide guidance and counseling services to students in accordance with established guidelines. A counselor is also an educator, namely a professional whose job is to: (1) determine the needs of students or clients; (2) create a guidance and counseling service program at school; (3) implementing guidance and counseling service programs; and (4) assessing how the program is implemented, (5) evaluating the implementation of the guidance and counseling program using guidance and counseling teacher assessment data. This instructor has all the rights, obligations, authority and duties in guidance and counseling activities for 150 students. Students can find their identity, adapt to their surroundings, and make plans for the future with the help of guidance and counseling services provided by the school. Regarding problems and potential fixes, the problem is. The problems and solutions are as follows: There are still guidance and counseling teachers who do not recognize and fulfill their obligations. The first step in overcoming this problem is to educate and enlighten guidance and counseling teachers about their roles and responsibilities in the classroom. 2) strengthen the desire for improvement among guidance and counseling educators.

Understand the concept of accountability and supervision in the context of guidance and counseling, as well as to identify the requirements, forms, criteria, supporting factors, obstacles, implications, problems and solutions related to the implementation of accountability and supervision. The research methodology used is the library method, where information is collected from various literary sources such as books, scientific reports and journal articles. Literature research is used to collect relevant information from various sources to support analysis of the concepts of accountability and supervision. The research results show that the concept of accountability and supervision in the context of guidance and counseling includes an understanding of responsibility to be accountable for performance or actions to the authorities. Accountability involves responsibility for performance results and services provided, while supervision involves monitoring and evaluation to ensure that organizational operations follow established procedures and guidelines. The implementation of accountability and supervision involves supporting and inhibiting elements as well as suggested solutions.

Relationship in counseling is an important thing, so that the counseling process runs smoothly and effectively and so that clients feel comfortable and accepted in counseling. This writing uses the literature review method by collecting various sources such as books, journals, theses and other relevant websites. In order for the counseling process to run properly and the counseling objectives can be achieved perfectly, it can be seen from how the relationship between the counselor and the client in the counseling process. If the client is YAVIS then the relationship created by the counselor at the beginning of counseling can be said to be successful. Transactional analysis (AT) is one type of transactional therapy that can be used in individual therapy. However, it differs from other AT therapies in that it is more suitable for group therapy. Mainly because it is a conventional and optional treatment. Relationship is the connection between one person and another. The factors evaluated include communication and content. In this recovery, the relationship between client and consultant is viewed as a transaction (interaction, work, research), where each participant engages the other as a function of some goal.

This article discusses how to implement the REBT counseling approach to overcome the trauma of child victims of domestic violence. Trauma can be said to be a psychological symptom that can cause children to be afraid as a result of the events they experience and cause the child to imagine events that make them afraid, anxious, anxious or psychologically disturbed so that they need help to overcome it. One of the REBT counseling approaches is an approach whose application can rationalize children's thoughts that were previously irrational to become rational. Counseling with the REBT approach as one methode to overcome the trauma of child victims of domestic violence which includes discussions such as Trauma, what is domestic violence, the REBT approach, the role of the counselor and the implementation of the REBT approach to overcome trauma in child victims of domestic violence in counseling.

Learning independence is the ability of students to learn independently, seeking information other than that provided by the teacher. However, many students are still found to be not independent in learning where students are still dependent on others, are not confident, have no enthusiasm and are not disciplined in learning. The behavior displayed because students are not yet independent requires the role of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming this, namely by providing behavioral counseling. Behavioral counseling is the process of helping students solve interpersonal, emotional and decision-making problems, especially in learning independence. This counseling helps students in directing, planning, organizing and managing and controlling themselves in carrying out an activity, especially in learning, so that students can use their time as efficiently and effectively as possible. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting a literature review on behavioristic counseling to improve learning independence in students. The literature review conducted by researchers used publications from 2019-2024 which can be accessed in full text in pdf format and scholarly (peer reviewed journals) using google schoolar in the Mendelay application, so that 7 articles were found that had been screened according to the discussion of the article raised.

This journal aims to describe the impact of the feminist approach on the work performance of career women. The feminist approach has had a significant impact on career women's work performance, by helping to overcome barriers such as discrimination and gender inequality. By highlighting the importance of gender equality and challenging social norms that limit women's progress, feminism has promoted a more inclusive and respectful work culture. However, different approaches to feminism have different approaches to how to address these issues, and some approaches have generated controversy and criticism. Overall, the feminist approach has played an important role in improving the work performance of career women, but there is still a path to go to achieve full equality. Data collection is carried out by documenting all articles that have research. The artifacts used in this study were 10 national journal articles obtained from the google scholar database using the Harzing's Publish or Perish application. This SLR analysis allows for a deep understanding of the feminist approach, the work performance of career women. The findings of this literature review provide valuable insights for women, especially career women.

This study aims to further optimize the services provided by looking at the effectiveness of group guidance with a CBT approach using bibliotherapy techniques to develop healthy sexual behavior in teenagers at SMA Negeri 1 Tebing Tinggi. Of the several approaches and counseling techniques, one approach that is considered suitable for developing healthy sexual behavior in adolescents is using the bibliotherapy technique. revealed that bibliotherapy can be used for a variety of problems faced by clients, including illness, death, self-destructive behavior, family relationships, identity, violence and abuse, race and prejudice, sex and sexuality and gender.

Identity crisis is a common problem experienced by teenagers, where they often experience confusion regarding self-meaning and life goals. This phenomenon can cause significant emotional and social distress. This research aims to review the effectiveness of counseling with an existential approach in helping teenagers face identity crises. Through a systematic literature review method, this research analyzes various studies that explore the role of existential counseling in supporting adolescent identity development. The research results show that the existential approach is effective in helping teenagers find the meaning of life, increase self-acceptance, and reduce existential anxiety. Additionally, this counseling encourages independence and personal responsibility, which are important in building a strong and healthy identity. The implications of this research indicate that an existential approach can be a useful strategy for counseling practitioners in supporting adolescents to overcome identity crises and improve their psychological well-being.
