Abstract

Viewed from a normative perspective, religious teachings influence the economic activities of the previously implemented economic system. On the other hand, the Islamic economic system earlier inspired the formation of the economic system that is currently implemented in Indonesia, namely the Pancasila economic system. In essence, Indonesia is a unique country and can be a role model for an economic system that comes from the synchronization of Islamic economics and Pancasila. To review this further, this study aims to analyze the meeting point of the relationship between the two economic systems in the context of economic management as taught through Surah Yusuf verses 47-49, Al-Ashr verses 1-3, and HR. Al-Baihaqi. In addition, the author analyzes the theory of KH Achmad Siddiq's thinking as the main theoretical basis for this purchase. In the process, this study uses qualitative descriptive method analysis through literature studies from several journals, books, or supporting data. The results of the study show that there are several similarities and differences between Islamic and Pancasila economic management. Where both are intended to equalize social justice for both oneself and the wider community. This has been synchronized with the interpretation of verses and hadith, stages of economic management, basic principles of Islamic economics, and the economic value content of Pancasila.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence of training, compensation, and performance of service providers on visitor satisfaction in Tagrnov using the SEM-PLS analysis method, as well as evaluating the level of visitor satisfaction with Tagrinov using the IPA analysis method. The results of SEM-PLS analysis show that implementer performance does not have a significant influence on visitor satisfaction, while compensation and training have a significant influence on visitor satisfaction and implementer performance. However, indirect measurements show that compensation and training do not have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction through the performance of service providers. IPA analysis assesses the level of suitability to determine how satisfied visitors are with the Tagrinov facilitator's performance and how well the facilitator understands visitors' needs. Various attributes are assessed and categorized in four different quadrants based on their level of influence and importance on visitor satisfaction, with improvement recommendations given for certain attributes.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of divorces caused by women's rights not being fulfilled in marriage, and the presence of the Court to seek justice. The judge is the person who examines, adjudicates, and decides cases with the judge's considerations which must touch the image of the law. This research is interesting because it looks at the judge's considerations from the perspective of maqasid al-usrah Jamaludin Athiyah. This research is quantitative (normative law) using a statutory approach using a study of judges' decisions in searching for normative legal research, in this case, decision number 1084/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Bdw as the research object. This research concludes 1) that the development of special sharia maqasid, one of which is maqasid al-usrah, maqasid al-usrah itself has been used in several contemporary maqasidiyyun writings. Jamaludin Athiyah is one of the figures who use the term maqasid al-shari'ah fi ma yakhussu al-usrah. Jamaludin Athiyah's view in his ideas is more encouraging in efforts to protect human rights both in the realm of individuals, families, people, and humanity. This can be resolved in the realm of policy. 2) In case number 1084/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Bdw the reason is that the wife experienced domestic violence and the husband's lack of responsibility in providing a living. Then, in the judge's consideration, the judge considered that the family could no longer be maintained, so the judge had a legal basis, namely "Avoiding mafsadat is prioritized to maintain the benefit." When viewed from the perspective of maqasid al-usrah, the judge's considerations fall into the individual realm, to protect the wife's soul and mind, and then into the family realm. Maintaining family financial institutions means that husbands are obliged to provide support for their wives and children.

Abstract

This study focuses on the administrative leadership, financial oversight, and instructional practices of the boarding schools al-Amanah Junwangi, Manba'ul Hikam Putat, and Annur Penatarsewu, Sidoarjo. This study employed a quantitative approach and a case study methodology. Respondents who served as informants for the study included KH. Nurcholis Misbah from al-Amanah, KH. Muh. Salim Imron from Manba'ul Hikam, and KH. Anwar Ichsan from Annur. To give more pertinent supporting information, additional respondents were also included. The findings of this study include Islamic boarding schools applying various learning patterns, ranging from full online, hybrid class systems, to face-to-face by maintaining distance. Additionally, al-Amanah and Manba'ul Hikam were not as negatively impacted financially because the two boarding schools had sufficient "reservoirs" that could accommodate all activities that caused costs to arise during the pandemic and strong confidence and resolve to face the pandemic. In contrast, Annur Islamic boarding school had sufficient impacts on learning and financial management. The fact that Annur Islamic Boarding School has several alumni who support the academic success of students who are impacted by the moving learning model, however, is another strength that has helped it survive during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Waste is something that cannot be avoided in a problem in an area. The increase in population in a city causes waste to increase according to people's consumption. The waste that often arises is household waste, where according to data from the National Waste Management Information System, 60% of waste is generated from households. This research aims to find out to what extent a policy on Household Waste Management in North Jakarta produces results in terms of institutional role, interpretation of a policy, implementation of the policy, and impact of the policy. The policies created can analyze and examine the role of the institution, the interpretation of the policy, its implementation, and its impact on society. This policy only exists in DKI Jakarta to regulate the amount of waste generated when it is known that the Bantar Gebang TPST is already at overload capacity. Therefore, the author conducted research using qualitative methods with several informants in North Jakarta. The informants used by the authors are residents in the North Jakarta area, 22 Operators and Regulators or policymakers, with 3 people working in the Government who are responsible for waste management. This qualitative method of research uses Nvivo software in data processing to obtain results that follow the purpose of writing. Based on Nvivo's results on data processing, it was found that institutional factors and policy interpretation would have an impact on the performance of implementing programs related to regulatory socialization. In the socialization of regulations, it was found that there were inconsistencies in the socialization and a lack of clarity regarding policy implementation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence GDP per capita in Papua Province. The analytical method used in this research is panel data regression, using data on Local Own-Source Revenue, Human Development Index, Labor Force Participation Level, and Gross Domestic Product Per Capita from 2017-2021 in districts/cities in Papua province, by adding the depth of poverty variable as a moderating variable. The results of panel data processing show that the best model is the Fixed Effect Model, with the regression results showing that the one that has a negative influence on GDP per capita is the HDI variable. Meanwhile, those that do not influence GDP per capita are the variables Local Own-Source Revenue, Human Development Index, Labor Force Participation Level, and Depth of Poverty. Many factors cause the variables used to have no influence, one of which is the minimal observation period so long-term effects were not identified, especially in this study. Another cause is the difficult geographical conditions in the form of mountains and difficult terrain to travel in these districts, hampering the mobility of people, goods, and services, as well as access to education and health services. The difficulty of this terrain also hinders efforts for equal distribution and economic development, so that access to economic development is only felt by urban areas, such as Jayapura City and its surroundings. This causes the Poverty Depth Index (P1) to be unable to moderate the variables of Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD), Human Development Index (HDI), and Labor Force Participation Level (TPAK) on GDP per capita. It is recommended for future researchers to use all provinces in Papua and add other variables.
