Abstract

The rapid growth of online transportation services has intensified competition, making application service quality and promotional strategies critical factors in shaping consumer purchase decisions. This study analyzes the effects of application service quality and promotion mix on purchase decisions of Gojek users in Palembang City, with customer satisfaction as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was applied by collecting survey data from 184 active Gojek users and analyzing them using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4. The findings reveal that application service quality and promotion mix have positive and significant effects on purchase decisions, with promotion mix as the most dominant factor. Customer satisfaction significantly moderates the relationship between application service quality and purchase decisions, but does not moderate the effect of promotion mix, indicating that satisfaction strengthens performance-based service evaluations while promotional incentives influence purchase decisions independently. These results contribute to digital consumer behavior literature and provide practical implications for improving application performance and optimizing promotional strategies in online transportation services.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of liveability on continuance resident commitment, with resident satisfaction and place attachment as mediating variables among residents of Cimahi City. Social exchange theory (SET) is employed as the theoretical foundation for developing the study’s conceptual framework. Data were collected from 140 respondents using a cross-sectional technique. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the application of SmartPLS version 3.0. What distinguishes this study from previous research is the proposed inclusion of four dimensions of liveability comprise social relations, physical residential environment, functional facilities and services, and crime and sense of safety, which are hypothesized to positively influence continuance resident commitment through the mediating effects of resident satisfaction and place attachment. The results indicate that both mediators play a critical role in bridging the relationship between liveability and continuance resident commitment to their locality. These findings offer meaningful insights for the local government of Cimahi in identifying key drivers to enhance sustained continuance resident commitment among citizens of Cimahi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the role of brand image as a mediating variable in the influence of brand trust and customer relationship management on customer loyalty in Pelindo lembar stevedoring services. This type of research is associative causal. The method used in this study is a census sample. The population in this study were all customers of Pelindo lembar stevedoring services. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS version 4. The result of this study establish several key relationships between brand trust, customer relationship management, brand image, and customer loyalty. The analysis indicates that both brand trust and effective customer relationship management are significant, positive determinants of customer loyalty. These two factors also exert a substantial positive influence on brand image. Furthermore, the investigation confirmed that a favorable brand image directly and significantly enhances customer loyalty. When examining indirect influences, the research identified brand image as a significant mediator for the effect of customer relationship management on customer loyalty. In contrast, while the connection from brand trust to customer loyalty through the lens of brand image was positive, this particular mediating pathway was not found to be statistically significant

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the extent to which work posture, workload intensity, and psychosocial aspects affect fatigue levels in forklift operators at PT Y's warehouse. The background of this study is the high incidence of property damage involving forklifts and changes in storage systems that increase operator workload. This study uses a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM-based regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that all three factors—work posture, workload, and psychosocial conditions—have a significant and positive effect on work fatigue, with regression coefficients of 0.358; 0.367; and 0.333, respectively. The T-statistic value of all three exceeds 1.96 and the P-value <0.05, indicating that all three are statistically significant. These findings indicate that non-ergonomic work positions, heavy workloads, and unfavorable psychosocial conditions can increase the risk of work fatigue. This study recommends the need for in-depth ergonomic evaluations, reorganization of operational rhythms, and strengthening social interactions in the workplace to reduce fatigue levels and prevent potential work accidents.
