Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine (1) whether the audio-visual materials in RA AN-NIDA can help children aged 5-6 years with early reading. (2) the capacity of children aged 5 to 6 years to develop their reading skills after using audiovisual media. (3) The use of audiovisual materials in the first reading material with the topic of introducing fruits with alphabetic letters in RA-ANNIDA can improve early reading skills of children aged 5-6 years. This study uses the Classroom Action research design. 17 children in RA AN-NIDA aged 5-6 years were study participants. Considering the findings of the study, which according to the pre-test results, only two children showed growth. With a classical proportion of 11%, the average score achieved was 1.70, indicating that the other 15 children were not yet developed. (2) Only ten children made progress in the first cycle, while seven additional children, with an average score of 2.64 and a classical proportion of 58%, had not. Then, with an average score of 3 and a classical development percentage of 100%, there were 17 children who had developed in the second cycle, compared to 0 who had not developed. According to the information above, audiovisual media can help children who are five or six years old with their initial reading ability

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the causes of language delays in phonological aspects of five-year-old subjects. The problem that underlies this research is related to language disorders. Language disorder in children's speech development is one type of communication disorder which is indicated for children who experience disturbances in the process of using any symbols in language. In this study, it discusses speech sound pronunciation disorders experienced by 5 year old children, especially in the phonological aspect. The method used is qualitative with note-taking techniques and collecting data sources through interviews, subjects are given light questions so they are easy to understand.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the Teacher's Persuasive Communication Strategy in Shaping Student Character (Descriptive Qualitative Study of Teacher's Persuasive Communication Strategy in Shaping Student Character at Mutiara Hati Kindergarten Makassar. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research design aims to provide abstract and general answers to questions that arise in basic research, the data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using Sugiyono's version of Miles and Huberman. In this release, qualitative data analysis activities run interactively and continuously until data saturation is complete. The activities include data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the persuasive communication strategies of Mutiara Hati Raodhatul Athfal kindergarten teachers in shaping children are: Interpersonal communication where this communication is quite effective because it is done face to face, which means that the communicator (teacher) and the communicant (student) are face to face. Feedback that occurs is direct feedback. The teacher can immediately know the response given by the student. Abstract

The idea behind the study project, "Use of Animation Film Media in Improving the Morals of Children Aged 5–6 Years at RA Al-Barkah Medan Helvetia," is that the morals of the participants at RA Al-Barkah are not yet in their best condition. The aims of this research were to: (1) determine the morals of children aged 5 to 6 years at RA Al-Barkah Medan Helvetia; (2) investigate the methods used to use animated films to improve moral development in this age group; and (3) determine whether animated film media can improve the morals of this age group. Planning, implementation, observation and reflection activities are part of the two-cycle Classroom Action Research (PTK) technique used in this research at RA Al-Barkah. Researchers use documentation and observation sheets to determine the improvements that have occurred. The research results show how the films Nussa and Rara raise children's moral standards. The increase in the proportion of children's moral markers in each cycle shows this result. There was an increase in cycle I, namely 6 children (40%) and 9 children (60%) who respectively did not experience development. The proportion of children's moral indicators increased in cycle II, namely 2 children (13.33%) who began to experience development and 13 children (86.66%) who experienced very good development. Therefore, animated films at RA Al-Barkah Medan Helvetia can help children aged five to six years to develop better morals.

Abstract

Many parents still lack the necessary knowledge and skills to support optimal child development. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of Andragogy, as an adult education approach, offering a solution by customizing learning based on parents' needs and motivations. This approach can overcome three main challenges faced by parents: lack of knowledge about ECD, limited time for training, and low motivation and support in the process of learning and shaping children's spirituality and character. The researcher uses a qualitative method or literature study where the researcher provides solutions to the problems raised by collecting various theories and information from literature materials such as books, dictionaries, journals, Bibles, and online media.

Abstract

The This research aims to analyze the implementation of managerial supervision in improving the quality of education in Early Childhood Education (PAUD). The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research subjects included school principals, teachers and administrative staff at Almanshuriyah Paud. The research results show that effective managerial supervision can improve the quality of education in PAUD through several aspects, including: increasing teacher competency, better curriculum implementation, management of facilities and infrastructure optimal, as well as the development of a conducive learning environment. Managerial supervision carried out routinely and in a structured manner is able to identify educational deficiencies and needs accurately, as well as provide concrete and applicable solutions. In addition, this research found that active participation from all stakeholders, including students' parents, is very important in supporting the success of managerial supervision. Thus, managerial supervision not only functions as a monitoring tool, but also as a mechanism for developing and improving the quality of education on an ongoing basis. The implications of this research indicate that improving the quality of education in PAUD requires a strong commitment from management to implement effective and sustainable supervision. Research recommendations include the need for training and professional development for school principals and teachers, as well as strengthening collaboration between schools and communities, managerial supervision not only functions as a monitoring tool, but also as a mechanism for developing and improving the quality of education on an ongoing basis.output.

Abstract

The aim of this research and development is to produce appropriate patriarchal The aim of this research and development is to produce appropriate patriarchal interactive media based on the criteria of being attractive, efficient and effective as a medium for introducing various local cultures in Bojoengoro Regency to children aged 5 -6 years. In fact, several educational institutions still implement local cultural learning This research aims to develop interactive media based on an educational application called "Patriasite" as a means of introducing local culture to Bojonegoro Regency for children aged 5-6 years. This research methodology uses a design development approach. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation from validation and trials. The results of this research show that the Patriasite website can introduce the local culture of Bojonegoro from the aspects of attractiveness and efficiency. This is shown in the results of validation and large and small group trials. From the test results, a percentage of 100% was obtained, meaning that the Patriasite website is very valid in terms of attractiveness and effectiveness.

Abstract

Education is an important part in efforts to save the generation of the Indonesian nation to be better and brighter in the future. Therefore, the government continues to strive to continue to improve the quality of our education, one of which is by conducting school accreditation. Which accreditation aims to maintain the quality or standard of education in every institution, foundation or educational institution. This study aims to determine the role of school accreditation in improving the quality of education at SDIT Adzkia 1 Sukabumi. Accreditation is an evaluation process that aims to ensure that schools meet the established educational standards. Using a qualitative approach, this study examines the impact of accreditation on various aspects of education at the school, including teaching quality, school management, and community involvement. The results of the study indicate that accreditation plays a significant role in driving continuous improvement at SDIT Adzkia 1 Sukabumi. The accreditation process helps schools identify strengths and weaknesses, improve teacher professionalism, and strengthen management and governance. In addition, accreditation also increases the trust and participation of parents and the community, which contributes to improving the overall quality of education. This study concludes that accreditation not only functions as an evaluation tool, but also as a major driver for achieving higher quality education. Suggestions provided include improving teacher training, strengthening facilities and infrastructure, and increasing parental and community involvement in the education process.

Abstract

This research was carried out at Raudhatul Atfal RA Ar Rahmah Medan. The type of this study is a quantitative experiment with a Quasi Experimental Design with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The population of this study is 26 children, so because the population is less than 100, the sample determination uses random sampling techniques. The formulation of this research problem: How is early childhood science knowledge in RA Ar Rahmah, and is there an effect of the application of the environmental exploration approach on early childhood science knowledge at RA Ar Rahmah. This study aims to find out: (1) early childhood science knowledge in RA Ar Rahmah (2) the influence of the application of the environmental exploration approach on early childhood science knowledge at RA Ar Rahmah. From the results of the study, there was an average score of 53.84 for the pre-test experimental class and an average of 70 for the post-test, with the highest score of 80 for the post test and the lowest score for the 60 post-test. The control class with an average pre-test score of 47.30 and an average post test score of 68.84, with the highest score of 80 and the lowest score of 60. The results of the hypothesis test were obtained > ttable, which was 0.20 > 1.71387 with a significant number of α= 0.05. Thus, Ho's hypothesis was rejected and Ha accepted so that it can be stated that there is a significant influence between the application of environmental exploration to early childhood science knowledge at RA Ar Rahmah Medan Estate, Percut Sei Tuan District, Medan City T.A 2023/2024. Abstract

This research is quantitative research and an ex-post-facto approach, this research involves collecting data through questionnaires aimed at parents and direct observation of young children. The population numbered 15 children. So the formulation of the problem in this research is "How do gadget users develop the social care character of children aged 4-5 years in Adetia Kindergarten? How does the social care character of children aged 4-5 years in Adetia Kindergarten develop? What is the influence of gadget use on development of the social care character of children aged 4-5 years at Adetia Kindergarten?". This research aims to examine the influence of gadget use on the development of social care character in children aged 4-5 years at Adetia Kindergarten. The data analysis technique used in this research is using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The observation sheet is used as an observation sheet to see the influence of gadget use on the development of the social care character of children aged 4-5 years at Adetia Bandar Setia Kindergarten. The results of the research and tests carried out show that the rxy result is 1.87. Then proceed by looking at the r table, the value of the "r" product moment coefficient of 15 with a significance level of 5% is 0.514, which means it is greater than the r table, namely 1.87 ≥ 0.514. This figure shows that the working hypothesis (Ha) in this study is accepted, namely that there is an influence of gadget use on the development of the social care character of early childhood 4-5 years old at Adetia Kindergarten.
