Abstract

Early Childhood Education Teacher Education, Faculty of Education. Supervisor I: Sri Wahyuningsi Laiya S.Pd, M.Pd, Supervisor II: Dra. Neat Kami Djuko M.Pd. The problem in this research is whether there is an influence of the "Color Board" media on the color recognition ability of children aged 5-6 years in Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfhal VII Kindergarten, North City District, Gorontalo City. The results of research with a sample size of 18 children show that there is a difference in the average pretest results. and Posttest. The experimental data results that have been detailed, the examination results or pre-test results before being given treatment have an average value of 18.88, while the post-test after being given treatment, the average value is 31.33. Thus, this research states that there is an influence of the "Colour Board" media on the ability to recognize colors in children aged 5-6 years at Aisyiyah Bustanul Atfhal VII Kindergarten, Kota Utara District, Gorontalo City. There is a need to develop skills in the ability to recognize colors, classify, differentiate and group. are several logical cognitive skills in early development and develop ways of thinking so that children can manage their learning gains, children also need to be taught to recognize colors from an early age so that children can develop knowledge about the importance of the concept of color which is closely related to the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the development of fine motor skills in early childhood through puzzle-playing activities. Fine motor skills involve the coordination of small muscles, particularly those in the hands and fingers, which are essential for activities such as writing and drawing. The method used in this study was observation of children's puzzle-playing activities in kindergarten. The results indicate that playing puzzles significantly enhances children's fine motor abilities, including hand-eye coordination, the ability to grasp small objects, perseverance, and problem-solving. Children who frequently play with puzzles demonstrate improvements in their ability to assemble and complete puzzles quickly and accurately. Additionally, this activity helps improve children's focus and concentration. These findings suggest that puzzle games are not only enjoyable but also support the cognitive and motor development of early childhood.

Indar Yabu. 2024. The Effect of Traditional Sack Race Games on Prosocial Behavior of Children Aged 5-6 Years at TK Aster Kindergarten, Molosipat W Subdistrict, Kota Barat District, Gorontalo City. Early Childhood Education Teacher Program, Faculty of Education. Principal Supervisor: Dr. Pupung Puspa Ardini, S.Pd., M.Pd., MCE, and Co-Supervisor: Icam Sutisna, S.Pd., M.Pd. Early childhood education institutions can foster prosocial behavior in children through traditional sack race games, which stimulate various aspects of children's growth and development. This study aims to determine the effect of traditional sack race games on the prosocial behavior of children aged 5-6 years at TK Aster Kindergarten, Molosipat W Subdistrict, Kota Barat District, Gorontalo City. This research employed a quantitative approach with an experimental method (one group pretest-posttest design) and included a sample of 15 children. The results indicated that the significance value (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05, meaning H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted, showing a significant difference in children's prosocial behavior after participating in the sack race game. Therefore, it can be concluded that traditional sack race games positively influence the prosocial behavior of children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing the Magic Box game on the speaking abilities of Group B children at Tk Pertiwi Moluo Kindergarten, Kwandang District, Gorontalo Utara Regency. The study employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design, specifically a one-group pre-test-post-test design. The study sample consisted of 32 Group B children. Data analysis was conducted using statistical data processing. Data were collected through observation and assessment of children's abilities before and after the game intervention. The analysis results indicated a significant improvement in children's speaking abilities following the implementation of the Magic Box game. The pre-test average score had a median of 19.00 with a standard deviation of 1.721, while the post-test average score increased to 35.53 with a standard deviation of 2.347. Children's abilities improved from an initial average of 19.5 to 35.53 after the intervention. Based on the paired test table, the significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.349 indicated that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, thus supporting the hypothesis that the Magic Box game positively influenced the speaking abilities of Group B children at Tk Pertiwi Moluo Kindergarten, Kwandang District, Gorontalo Utara Regency.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the role of principal leadership in improving teacher performance, it needs to be understood that every leader is responsible for directing what is good for teachers. The principal is the highest leader in an educational institution who is responsible for everything related to the smooth running of the school in order to realize the goals of the school. The principal always encourages teachers to carry out their duties well and the higher the intensity of the principal's leadership towards teachers, the higher the level of teacher performance in carrying out their work. This indicates that the behavior of the leader has brought significant changes in improving teacher performance, is able to bring a sense of self-confidence to teachers, is able to provide new ideas to teachers so that they are able to communicate well, is able to provide inspiration for school progress, is able to provide personal attention to all teachers. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance in kindergartens in Siborongborong District, Kab. North Tapanuli T.A 2024/2025. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method which is ex-post facto. The population is 30 Siborongborong Kindergarten teachers for the 2023/2024 academic year and this research is population research. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 34 items. The results of data analysis show that the principal's leadership has a positive and significant influence on the performance of early childhood education teachers at Siborongborong Kindergarten, proven through the following data analysis: 1) Test of analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by rxy = 0,718 > rtabel(=0,05,n=30) = 0,361 Thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable X and variable Y. b) a significant relationship test was obtained thitung= 5,464 > ttabel(=0,05,dk=n-2=28)= 2,048 Thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Regression equation test, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="1.307"+0.937X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 51.6%. This Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

A conducive learning atmosphere or environment will affect the child's learning and teaching process. A conducive learning environment tends to encourage children to learn calmly and concentrate. This research method utilizes literature by looking for theoretical references that are relevant to existing cases and problems. Abstract

Education plays an important role in forming good character and morals, especially in young children. In the context of Islamic education, introducing and instilling a sense of love for the Prophet Muhammad SAW is important in shaping children's religious character. One way to increase your love for the Prophet Muhammad SAW is by praying. Sholawat is a way to praise and pray for the Prophet Muhammad SAW, as well as strengthening children's spiritual connection with him and emulating the moral values ​​taught. This research was conducted in class B2 RA Al Akbar Surabaya. The aim is to explore the influence of prayer activities in increasing children's love for the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Apart from that, this research also aims to identify the most effective prayer method in fostering this love. The research results show that prayer activities carried out regularly can increase children's interest in the story of the Prophet, form positive behavior, and strengthen Islamic values ​​in children from an early age. This research contributes to the development of Islamic religious education methods in early childhood education institutions.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative methods. The aim of this qualitative research is to explain the musical intelligence of young children when playing drumband at the Balige Alternative Kindergarten. This research involved three teacher trainers and twenty early childhood children at Alternafif Balige Kindergarten. This research uses observation and interviews to collect data, and then carries out data analysis such as collecting, reducing, conveying, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the musical intelligence of young children at the Balige Alternative Kindergarten develops well during drum band playing activities.

Abstract

The lack of instructional media usage in classroom teaching and learning activities serves as the primary problem in this study. This research aims to develop Rumah Pelajar Pancasila media to introduce diversity to early childhood students at TK Permata Sunnah Kindergarten, Kota Selatan District, Gorontalo City. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADIDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results of the study indicated that Rumah Pelajar Pancasila media is highly feasible. Validation by subject matter experts yielded a feasibility score of 96.36% (Highly Feasible), while validation by media experts produced a score of 96.25% (Highly Feasible). The pilot test with teachers received an 80% feasibility score (Feasible), and testing with children resulted in a score of 4 (Feasible). In the large-group trial, teachers rated the media with 100% feasibility (Highly Feasible), and children provided a score of 5 (Highly Feasible).In conclusion, the development of Rumah Pelajar Pancasila media is effective in introducing diversity to young children.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of multi-function board media on early counting skills in children aged 5-6 years at TK Cut Meutia, Bakida Village, Helumo Sub-district, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This study employs a quantitative approach with an experimental method, specifically a pre- experimental design utilizing a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The results, based on a sample of 22 children, show a significant difference in the mean scores of the pre-test (11.37) and post-test (19.45). The hypothesis testing results indicate that the alternative hypothesis (Hi) is confirmed, with a significant linear regression value of 0.000, less than 0.05. This confirms that the use of multi-function board media significantly affects early counting skills in children aged 5-6 years at TK Cut Meutia, Bakida Village, Helumo Sub-district, South Bolaang Mongondow Regency.
