Abstract

Covid-19 virus that is attacking Indonesia has caused economic turmoil in Indonesia. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the buyback decision during the covid pandemic 19 on changes in stock prices (case study at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk). The study uses descriptive research methods to thoroughly describe the problems that occur and relate to the buyback decision made by PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk during this co-19. In this study secondary data, namely the daily stock price data of PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk, were taken from stock trading on IDX.co.id. List of stock prices taken from March 16-18, 2020 to see the movement of stock prices before and after the announcement of buy back from PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk. The results of this study are the stock price of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk continued to experience a decline from before and after the Buyback announcement. Because investors respond negatively to this buyback because they assume that the business in the retail sector is not very good in this co-19 condition. PT. Ramayana Lestar Sentosa changes other business strategies to increase the number of shares purchased so that the price of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa can rise again.

Abstract

This journal aims to determine the effect of Liquidity Risk, Cash Reserves and NPL Risk on Banking Profitability during the Covid-19 pandemic. Corona virus outbreaks impacted on various industrial sectors resulting in economic downturn, especially impacting the performance of banks in Indonesia. Bank performance can be seen from various sides, one of which is financial performance. In measuring the financial performance of a bank, profitability is one indicator that can be used The level of profitability of a bank can be influenced by internal and external factors. ROA or Return on Assets is a measurement of profitability. One internal factor that can affect bank profitability is liquidity. In addition there are several other factors discussed in this journal, namely factors that can be managed by banks, among others, cash reserves and Non-Performing Loans (NPL).

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to determine the effect of dividend policy on company value during the COVID-19 pandemic at PT PP Properti Tbk. Dividend policy is the determination of the profits derived by a company that will be distributed to shareholders or retained earnings for additional capital. The value of a company is the value that reflects what price an investor is willing to pay for a company, the higher the stock price of a company, the more shows that the value of the company is higher. Coronavirus is a group of viruses that can cause disease in animals or humans, a type of coronavirus known to cause respiratory infections in humans. COVID-19 outbreaks in Indonesia are increasingly increasing. This is increasingly threatening companies in Indonesia. The decrease in net income will affect the amount of dividends to be given and give a bad signal to investors and potential investors. The decline in dividends that occur will affect the value of the company that will go down along with the decline in dividends during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Understanding the decisions made by companies that listed on the stock market today with the covid-19 pandemic wreaking havoc is very important, especially as an investor. This study determines the resilience and risk of bankruptcy using the solvency and liquidity ratios, in the transportation services sector company PT. Express Transindo Utama, Tbk (TAXI) and PT. Blue Bird, Tbk (BIRD) whose operating activities were reduced during this covid-19 pandemic. Analysis carried out using horizontal analysis in financial report the period of year 2015 to 2019. The results of the partial research show that the company’s decision to add debt has an effect on the increased risk of loss and bankruptcy that may be experienced by the company, especially if the decision taken by the company’s management had a high level of risk that will affect the company’s performance in dealing with the current covid-19 pandemic situation.

Abstract

Abstract Corona Virus Desease 2019 (Covid-19) is a virus that was present in 2020 and caused many impacts both health impacts and economic instability of the State. Even because the economy of the country is unstable many industries are affected and many companies are terminated or closed because of their inability to survive the crisis. Topic raised in this discussion is the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the cash flow of a company engaged in the pharmaceutical industry. The method used in this research is descriptive by linking the company's cash flow statement data with the current phenomenon with the example of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. The results of this study indicate that the cash flow of pharmaceutical industry companies is affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the influence that can be obtained especially on cash flow is a positive effect because of an increase in cash flow compared to the previous year due to the increased demand for drugs, multivitamins, and supplements, so sales rose rapidly in the first quarter of 2020. Abstract

Covid 19 which emerged and spread among Indonesian people at the beginning of March 2020, has taken the attention of all strata of society in the face of this pandemic. The impact of Covid 19 is not only felt by the government, entrepreneurs, investors, but also by the community. Mainly related to government policy in overcoming the impact of Covid 19 on credit easing in the face of national economic turmoil. The credit relaxation policy has been supported by BUMN/D and Non BUMN/D banks. Including Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, which implemented credit relaxation since the policy was set by the government. The application of credit relaxation BRI makes changes to profitability ratios, company performance and UMKM sector performance. The research method used is descriptive by describing phenomena and existing literature.

Abstract

In dealing with the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, which makes the company's stock price go down, the company needs a strategy to survive in the capital market. One of the strategies is implementing a high dividend distribution policy. This policy is complied with signalling theory which argues that the high dividends give a signal that the company has good prospects in the future. This aims to attract investors to buy back the company's shares, which will have an impact on increasing the company's stock price. However, there are also companies that cancel the distribute of dividends to support the company's financial stability. This article aims to describe the theory that underlies the policy of high dividend distribution adopted by companies to deal with the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This research was aimed to find out the effect of advertising, sales promotion, and public relations on purchase decision consumer of Yussy Akmal. This research applies the explanatory type with quantitative approach. The population of this research were customer of Yussy Akmal. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with sample of 384 respondents. The data were obtained from questionnaire use likert scale. Data analysis in this research used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26.0. Based on the results of research and data analysis show that advertising, sales promotion, and public relations simultaneously on purchase decision. While the partial test results of each variable show that advertising significantly affected on purchase decision, sales promotion significantly affected on purchase decision, and public relations significantly affected on purchase decision.

Abstract

Analisis Stres Kerja dan Kompensasi Terhadap Intensi Keluar Karyawan Bagian Penjualan PT Budi Berlian Motor Pringsewu Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh stres kerja dan kompensasi terhadap intensi keluar karyawan PT Budi Berlian Motor Pringsewu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampel jenuh sebagai teknik pengambilan sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian penjualan sebanyak 30 responden. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dan kompensasi secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi keluar. Faktor tertinggi yang memengaruhi intensi keluar adalah kompensasi. Untuk mengendalikan intensi keluar karyawan, disarankan bagi perusahaan untuk mempertahankan kebijakan kompensasi yang telah diterapkan. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Kompensasi, dan Intensi Keluar

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, flash sale, promotion on consumer buying interest in the shopee e-commerce application in Bandar Lampung. This type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 400 respondents. The data were obtained from a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis with SPSS. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it shows that brand image, flash sale, promotion simultaneously affect consumer buying interest by 69.6%. Then the partial test results of each variable show that brand image has a significant effect on consumer buying interest by 19.7% and flash sale has a significant effect on consumer purchase interest by 45.4%, while promotion has a significant effect on consumer purchase interest. amounted to 25.1%. So that the Shopee e-commerce application can increase consumer buying interest.
