Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the phenomenon of work stress that occurs to employees of the Energy Transaction Division of PT PLN ULP Way Halim during the P2TL joint operation, starting from the causes of stress, the impact of stress, how to manage stress and the relationship between work stress and employee performance during joint P2TL operations. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with an intrinsic case study approach. Research data collection was carried out by means of observation, documentation and interviews with 5 main informants and 1 key informant. Based on the results of the study, the stress experienced by employees refers to symptoms of mild stress experienced by employees of the energy transaction division during joint P2TL operations. (1) The triggers for work stress are high workloads, role conflicts and an unsupportive physical environment. (2) The impact of stress is that employees become more sensitive to criticism, headaches, acne and digestive disorders. (3) Employees manage stress by listening to music, thinking positively, building good team communication and minimizing conflicts. (4) work stress at this level makes employee performance increase. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of price perception, sales promotion, product quality, and product reviews on purchasing decisions in the marketplace. The explanatory research was used as the research type through a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data were obtained from questionnaires using Likert scale. Data analysis techniques of this study used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS 25. Based on the results of the study showed that there is a partially variable perception of price, sales promotion, product quality, and product reviews on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, simultaneously price perception, sales promotion, product quality, and product reviews also have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in the marketplace. Then, the R2 test research showed that 44,4% of purchasing decisions were affected by pric perception, sales promotion, product quality, and product reviews, and the remaining of 55,6% purchasing decisions were influenced by other variables. Abstract

A company in running a business has various strategies to support the achievement of company goals. In corporate practice, implementing the main program that is intended for internal companies and external communities is a derivative of the concept of corporate social responsibility which we know as the Corporate Social Initiative. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to determine the implementation of the Corporate Social Initiative at Waroeng Steak And Shake Outlets. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Corporate Social Initiative and the constraints faced at the Waroeng Steak And Shake Outlet Gatot Subroto, Bandar Lampung. The results of this study are (1) changes in the ability of employees in discipline and on time in carrying out work; (2) building a positive image of the Waroeng Steak And Shake brand; (3) build a good working environment for the company's internal.

Abstract

The retail business is a business that is growing rapidly and shifting traditional markets. This opportunity provides an opportunity for those who want to open a retail business. This study aims to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions at the MM 46 Way Jepara store. This type of research is exploratory research using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses an accidental sampling technique and uses a non-probability sample method with a total sample of 100 MM Shop consumers. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 26.0 application tool. The results show that partially the price and product variety variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while the location variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the simultaneous results of location, price, and product variety together have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at the MM 46 Way Jepara Store, East Lampung.

Abstract

Panjang in creating service excellence This study uses qualitative research methods that aim to determine the strategy of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Panjang Branch in creating service excellence which in its implementation is assisted by the Public Relations & Customer Service working group in the Panjang port commercial division. Data collection methods used are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this study found that Port of Panjang is actively launching a variety of customer-focused and customer-oriented programs. Some of the programs implemented to support this are through technology- based services, namely port digitization. The company continues to strive to improve its performance in order to maintain and improve its existence by implementing excellent service that is good and in accordance with company standards so as to create customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract Strategy is a set of decisions and actions in achieving goals and managing resources according to opportunities and threats. This study aims to analyze the influence of products, prices, people and processes on the decision to use the services of PT. Aerojasa Cargo. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive design and used 3 data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the product strategy is indicated by a better product, namely standard service, next-day service and same-day service, people (HR) strategy to implement empowerment and training programs, and process strategy using technology, fast service and efficient.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a company's pledge to take part in sustainable economic development in order to raise community standards of living and create a win-win situation for the business, the local community, and society at large. CSR is known as a dharma in Indonesia. The most crucial factor for businesses operating in the natural resource sector is stated in Article 74 of the Limited Liability Company Law number 40 of 2007. PT Nabire Baru only dredged the natural wealth of two villages in the Yaur district of Nabire Regency, which led to peeling, highways and bumps, caused by large vehicles and large equipment that damaged access to the two asphalt villages left alone, while those were repaired but took a long time. In reality, oil palm companies are still thought to be lacking in providing programs that support CSR. just enough Therefore, the purpose of this study is to ascertain the application and implementation of corporate social responsibility in accordance with Article 74 of the Limited Liability Company Law No. 40 of 2007 in one of the oil palm companies, PT Nabire Baru.

Abstract

Technological developments are currently progressing by using technology in managing company operational activities. Computerization provides access for all of the company's operational activities, one of which is the Credit Sales System at PDAM Way Rilau, Bandar Lampung City. This study discusses the problems that exist in the company, namely how the credit sales accounting system flows and whether the credit sales accounting system at PDAM Way Rilau, Bandar Lampung City has been running optimally. This study aims to determine the functions involved in the credit sales accounting system at PDAM Way Rilau, and to determine the current flow of the sales recording system at PDAM Way Rilau. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection methods used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that the credit sales accounting system at PDAM Way Rilau, Bandar Lampung City in the field was in accordance with the SOP but was less efficient and did not run optimally. This is because the operational procedure process is too long and a waste of time, as in the credit approval procedure for filling out forms, it is done repeatedly, namely by manual and system. In addition, the procedure for procuring goods was too long, resulting in a run out of goods (empty) and resulted in a delay in the connection installation process. In the end, the customer has to wait a long time until the goods are available again in the warehouse.

Abstract

This study aims to find out descriptive findings regarding financial management, especially cash flow at Kopi Suway Lampung based on an analysis of the application of financial reports in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP). Data collection methods used in this study wereinterviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that Kopi Suway has not carried out financial management on cash flow and Kopi Suway has also not prepared financial reports in accordance with SAK ETAP. The obstacle faced in the preparation of financial reports is the lack of human resources owned by Kopi Suway and the lack of a clear division of labor, especially in specific financial records. In addition, Kopi Suway has not yet digitized the financial recording process. In Kopi Suway's operational activities, it has no debts and receivables, so what can be done is to reduce the inventory age to increase cash flow. This also aims to obtain optimal income and in accordance with the targets set by the owner of Kopi Suway.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of personal selling in the sale of medical and laboratory equipment at PT Mandika Atus Gratia Bengkulu. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Informants in this study came from the company's internal and external parties. The technique of collecting data in this research is through in-depth interviews, literature study, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is interactive data analysis. The data validity technique in this study used source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that PT Mandika Atus Gratia in carrying out personal selling has 5 phase, namely approach, presentation, overcoming objections, closing sales, and follow-up/maintence. The implementation of personal selling of PT Mandika Atus Gratia has been carried out in accordance with these phase. Based on the effectiveness measurement determined by the company, the personal selling of PT Mandika Atus Gratia can be declared effective because product information is conveyed quite well, in line with the increase in sales every year reaching >50% but still with fluctuations every month.
