Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in the level of financial distress of mining companies before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. This study used 29 mining companies which were obtained using a purposive sampling technique. With samples in the form of secondary data, namely financial reports published by mining companies from 2018-2021. To test the level of financial distress, the Altman Z-Score measurement tool is used with WCTA, RETA, EBITTA, MVETL, and STA indicators. Data processing was carried out using the Parametric Paired Sample T-Test and the Non-Parametric Wilcoxon Rank-Test. The results of this study show that there is no significant difference in financial distress between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in mining companies listed on the IDX. The results of the Paired Sample T-Test and the Wilcoxon Rank-Test show that only the STA indicator has a difference between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic due to a decrease in the number of sales as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of promotional strategies in increasing the participation of informal sector workers at the Bandar Lampung branch of Employment BPJS. Regarding the method, this type of research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. Judging from the research objectives, this research is descriptive using purposive techniques. The population of this research is informal workers who are registered with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bandar Lampung Branch. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents and the data were obtained using a questionnaire. Descriptive statistical analysis was used as an analytical tool in this study. The results showed that the promotion strategy used by the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bandar Lampung Branch Office consisting of advertising had an average value of 3.044 which was in the scale range of the moderately effective category, personal selling with an average value of 4.052 was in the effective category, direct marketing had an average value of 4.003 with an effective category, PR entered the effective category with an average of 3.58 and word of mouth entered the effective category with an average of 4.06. In this case, BP Jamsostek Bandar Lampung needs to increase its advertising efforts through social media and reach out to non-wage earners.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The study aims to learn the potential development of "kampoeng Vietnam lampung" tourism through tourist attraction. As for the research used on this study using qualitative research methods with qualitative descriptive. Using data-collection techniques in between observation, interview, and documentation. The study has resulted in an image of the potential for natural tourism and a special interest that attracts attraction. The development of a tourist attraction is 4a attractions, shown by a type of live musical attraction (karokean), a coffee band, and an old band with varying attractions provided by the tourist management to make increased tourist visitations. Access (accessibility) with results shows access to social media information, road conditions, the clipboard. Facilities with results indicate they are quite well and complete (mushola, restaurant, gazebo or saung, children's playground, photo spot, and toilet). Additional services that the ancillary service with results showed that there were (pharmacies, hospitals, inns, gas stations, community centers, and ATM machines) complete and close to the Vietnam popoeng tourist attraction.

Abstract

Tujuan riset ini, ingin mengetahui besarnya pengaruh iklan, promosi penjualan, dan pemasaran langsung terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian produk Fore Coffee Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif melalui program SPSS 29.0 sebagai pengolahan data. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu non probability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling, Populasi penelitian ini yaitu konsumen Fore Coffee Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa iklan secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan, sedangkan promosi penjualan dan pemasaran langsung secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan besarnya pengaruh iklan, promosi penjualan, dan pemasaran langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian yaitu 0.755 atau 75.5% , yang berarti variabel independen berpengaruh signfikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic, many business actors, one of which was a coffee shop, went bankrupt due to the outbreak. The coffee shop business which is quite well-known in Bandar Lampung, namely Adiksi Coffee. In the midst of the booming coffee shops experiencing bankruptcy, Adiksi Coffee opened a new branch, so this study aims to explain the corporate strategy as well as the business and functional strategy implemented by Adiksi Coffee after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. The strategy for determining informants was by purposive sampling. The informants of this study were the managers and employees of Addiction Coffee. Based on the results of the study, it can be described that Adiksi Coffee in maintaining its business uses a corporate strategy as well as a business strategy, namely a growth strategy by carrying out market penetration and market development and the functional strategy used is a marketing strategy by carrying out a promotion strategy, an operating strategy by carrying out differentiation or differentiating , and human resource strategy by implementing company SOPs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on the decision to purchase train tickets for KAI Access users in Lampung Province. The target population set in this study is KAI Access users in Lampung Province. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed offline and online, sampling using probability sampling with simple random sampling technique and the number of samples was set at 100 respondents. The resulting data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 20.0 application tool. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, it shows that the e-service quality variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 33,8%, and the e-trust variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 55,4%. The results of the multiple linear regression test explain that e-service quality dan e-trust together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 56,2% and the remaining 43,8% of purchasing decisions are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the analysis of accounts receivable management on the effectiveness of cash flow at PTPelabuhan Tanjung Priok Branch Panjang. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitativeapproach. Sources of data in the research used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniquesare observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the management of receivables carriedout by PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Long Branch, namely collecting accounts receivable, conducting analysis ofaccounts receivable turnover (RTO) and collection of receivables (ACP), collecting trade receivables, confirmingaccounts receivable, making customer assessment standards using the method 5C, and provide credit terms toprospective borrowers. Based on the calculation results, it can be seen that the management of accounts receivableaffects the company's cash flow. It can be seen that the results of the calculation of receivables turnover (RTO) haveincreased every year and the results of the calculation of collection of accounts receivable (ACP) have decreasedevery year which indicates that the faster the proceeds can be collected back into cash. In this case, cash inflowshave increased due to payment of receivables from service users. So it can be concluded that wealth has arelationship with the company's cash flow.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of dividend, profitability, and liquidity policies on debt policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017–2021. The data collection technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 27 companies. Using the Eviews 12 program test tool, the data analysis technique employs multiple regression analysis of panel data models. The research results show that partially dividend policy and profitability variables had no significant effect on debt policy, while the liquidity variable had a significant effect on debt policy. According to the simultaneous F test, the dividend policy, variables of profitability, and liquidity have a concurrent influence on debt policy.

Abstract

ABSTRACTMicro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role for the National economy. Behind such animportant role for the nation MSMEs still face various problems. This study aims to find out an in-depth picturerelated to Siger Innovation Hub business incubator services for MSME business development in the Culinary Sectorin Bandar Lampung with Reith-7S business incubator service indicators (space, shared, services, support, skilldevelopment, seed capital, and synergy). The method used in the research is a qualitative method and usesdescriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out by observing, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Theresults of this study is the services provided by the Siger Innovation Hub to tenants include consulting services,support, skill development, seed capital, synergy.. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence product quality, price, brand image, and service quality have on purchasing decisions. The population used is prepaid Telkomsel users in Bandar Lampung. This study used a type of quantitative approach using explanatory. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with non-probability sampling method and the number of samples was 100 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the SPSS 26.0 program. The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of product quality, price, brand image, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The result of the F test in this study incicate variables of product quality, price, brand image, and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect of 69.8% on purchasing decisions. The result of the correlation coefficient research show that the R-square value is 53.4% while the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othet variable not examined in this study, and the R-value obtained in this study is 0.731 and is included in the category of stong relationship level.
