Tetanus toxoid (TT) immunization is the process of building immunity as an effort to prevent tetanus infection. The coverage of TT immunization at the Kassi-Kassi Health Center is still low. In 2017, out of 1869 pregnant women, the coverage of TT1 immunization was 1516 (81%), and for TT2 coverage was 757 (41%). The achievement of tetanus toxoid immunization coverage can be influenced by several factors, including sources of information and knowledge about TT immunization. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the source and the completeness of Tetanus Toxoid immunization of Mrs. Primigravida at the Kassi-Kassi Health Center in Makassar City. This type of research is an Analytical Survey with a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study is all primigravida mothers with a gestational age of more than 32 weeks and primigravida mothers who have received TT1 and TT2 immunization at the Kassi-Kassi Health Center totaling 35 people. Data analysis uses the Chi-Square test with a confidence level of 95% (?=0.05). The results of the study showed that there was a meaningful relationship between information sources and the Immunization Completeness of Ibu Pimigavida (p=0.020) at the Kassi-Kassi Health Center in Makassar City. Puskesmas is expected to improve promotive and preventive functions to be able to increase public knowledge about TT immunization so that it can increase the coverage of TT immunization.

Fatigue is the most common physical symptom felt by chronic kidney failure patients. Manifestations of fatigue are the body's inability to carry out routine activities, lethargy, and feeling tired all the time. Non-pharmacological therapy that can reduce fatigue is slow deep breathing relaxation therapy. To determine the intervention for providing slow deep breathing relaxation therapy in chronic kidney failure patients with fatigue. This research design is a case study using nursing care. Mr. I is 64 years old suffering from chronic kidney failure stage v who experiences problems with nursing fatigue. The intervention provided is by providing pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy, slow deep breathing relaxation therapy. This study used the Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy-Fatigue Scale instrument. Fatigue complaints decreased with an increase in fatigue score. Before being given therapy, the slow deep breathing reaction was at a score of 22.6 became 40.33 after being given therapy for 3 days. Slow deep breathing can be given as an alternative non-pharmacological therapy which has the effect of reducing fatigue. It is hoped that nursing students or nurses in inpatient rooms can provide this therapy as a non-pharmacological intervention for chronic kidney failure patients with fatigue.

Abstract. Stroke occurs when blood vessel in the brain is blocked, causing blood flow to the brain to be disrupted. Hemiparesis is one of the symptoms of stroke, which is paralysis of the limbs or muscle weakness in the affected limbs. Case study aims to show the application of passive ROM exercises on the level of limb muscle strength in patients with hemiparesis sinistra due to hemorrhagic stroke at RSUD Kabupaten Sumedang. This writing uses a case study method. Muscle strength measured both before and after intervention with Manual Muscle Testing which has a scale of 0-5. Case study shows the results of the patient's main nursing problem is impaired physical mobility characterized by sinistra hemiparesis, sinistra upper extremity muscle strength 1 and sinistra lower extremity 2. After intervening for 4 days in the form of passive ROM exercises, the results of sinistra upper and lower extremity muscle strength increased to 2 and 3. It can be concluded the provision of passive ROM exercises can improve treatment outcomes, one of which is increasing muscle strength. Hoped that the results of this case study can be developed by combining passive ROM exercises with other interventions such as rubber ball grasping therapy. Keywords: Passive ROM, Hemorrhagic stroke, Muscle strength Abstrak.

Gangrene is one of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) complication causing tissue death in wound and decreased peripheral sensation. Priority management of gangrene is through tissue reperfusion and wound care with modern dressing to enhance healing and increase periphery circulation. This research aimed to report wound healing progress and peripheral sensation gangrene in a patient who was given hydrogel and antimicrobial dressing. Research design used a descriptive case study approach. Sample involved one inpatient in West Java regional public hospital who was diagnosed with gangrene, had necrotic wounds, and poor peripheral perfusion, currently treated with modern dressing hydrogel and antimicrobial dressing. The instrument used is Bates Jensen Wound Assessment Tools (BJWAT), lowest score shows significant wound healing progress. Decreasing wound healing score using BJWAT questionnaire from 41 to 29, peripheral sensation (+), and monofilament score from 0/9 to 5/9 after the intervention. Modern dressing improved wound healing and peripheral sensation in gangrene pedis patient. Thus, it is expected to examine effectiveness of hydrogel and antimicrobial dressings on healing scores and peripheral sensation in gangrene pedis patients more extensively.

Based on the results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers in January in the inpatient room and operating room at MTSJ Hospital, it was found that there was still a lot of incomplete documentation. Of the 10 murder documentation, 7 of them are still incomplete, incomplete documentation, starting from not including all the acts committed by the murder, inaccuracy in the signature of informed consent between the witness and the patient, unavailability in the form of a fall risk for pediatric and geriatric patients. Documentation at MTSJ Hospital still receives little attention, so care documents are still found whose contents are incomplete. Some problems with documenting nursing care include: lack of motivation in documenting nursing care, writing documentation is considered time-consuming and focuses on patient care. Incomplete documentation will cause losses to clients because important information related to their care and health conditions is neglected. Inefficient and ineffective documentation due to inadequate quality and accuracy causes communication errors between nurses and other professions. Based on the description above and the results of preliminary research, researchers are interested in researching the comparison of work motivation in inpatient rooms and operating rooms with the implementation of documentation at MTSJ Hospital.

Background: Menopause have a significant impact on a woman's quality of life. Yoga has been proposed as a non-pharmacological intervention to improve the quality of life of postmenopausal women. This scoping review aims to identify and analyze existing literature regarding the effectiveness of yoga interventions on the quality of life of menopausal women as measured by the Menopause-Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire (MENQoL). Methods: A literature search was conducted on electronic databases including PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science for studies published up to 2024. Inclusion criteria included yoga intervention studies in menopausal women with measurements using MENQoL. Data were extracted regarding study characteristics, type of yoga intervention, duration, frequency, and MENQoL outcomes. Results: Of a total of 245 articles identified, 18 studies met the inclusion criteria. The majority of studies reported significant improvements in total MENQoL scores and subdomains after yoga intervention. The most commonly used type of yoga is Hatha yoga which is adapted for menopause. The duration of the intervention varied from 4 to 16 weeks, with a frequency of 2–3 sessions per week. Conclusion: This scoping review shows that yoga can improve the quality of life of menopausal women as measured by MENQoL. Further research with more rigorous designs is needed to determine the optimal yoga protocol and its long-term effects.

Hypertension is a condition in which the blood pressure in the systemic arteries remains consistently high. Blood pressure is generally measured as the result of systolic blood pressure (pressure when the heart contracts and delivers blood to the arteries) and diastolic blood pressure (pressure when the heart relaxes). The threshold for diagnosing hypertension varies depending on the measurement method used. Hypertension is often referred to as the "silent killer" because it generally does not produce symptoms until serious complications develop. Some complications associated with hypertension later in life are related to cardiovascular disease, Chronic Kidney Disease, and cognitive disorders. Effective prevention is carried out to reduce the burden of disease and accompanying complications later in life.
