Abstract

This This study evaluates the performance of the customer friend team at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Bogor City and analyzes the factors influencing their performance. The study adopts a qualitative field research method. Effective performance evaluation has been found to enhance employee competence and motivation, while ineffective evaluation can have negative repercussions such as employee complaints, decreased motivation, and turnover. Critical factors influencing the customer friend team's performance include inter-team coordination, customer engagement, and interpersonal communication skills. Training and skill fulfillment are also vital in improving employee performance. Effective performance evaluation aids RSUD Bogor City in enhancing employee competence, work motivation, and achieving organizational goals optimally. Factors such as fairness, transparency, and clear and constructive feedback are important considerations in performance evaluation. The study findings provide a better understanding of the factors influencing the customer friend team's performance and offer practical implications for RSUD Bogor City to enhance service quality and patient relations.

Abstract

Motivation is a state in a person's personality that encourages an individual's desire to carry out certain activities to achieve a goal. It is a person will that manifest to a behavior that is directed in achieving satisfaction goals. This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of SAR volunteers at the Bandung National Search and Rescue Agency (BASARNAS). This type of research is quantitative research which using survey method and using t and f testing. The population in this study were all SAR volunteers at the National SAR Agency (BASARNAS). As for the sample was 42 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The results showed that internal motivation had a significance of 0.126. External motivation has an influence on the performance of volunteers with a significant 0.002. Internal and external motivation together have an influence on the performance of volunteers with a significant 0.008.

Abstract

The background of this research is that many users of the KAI Access mobile application complain about the difficulty of using some of the features provided, such as difficulty logging into the KAI Access mobile application, frequent loading when making payments, server down and lack of agility in making repairs, few payment options.the user interface which is considered difficult to understand to the error notification where it is not clear where the error is. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived convenience, publication, convenience of access and trust partially on purchase intention. The population in this study were users of the KAI Access mobile application and the sample for this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling with the type of sampling that is purposive sampling. Data analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of research by testing the hypothesis t-test showed that perceived ease of use, publication, ease of access and trust have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is:Y= -1.735 + 0.291.X1 + 0.256.X2 + 0.247.X3 + 0.335.X4 + μ The results of the equation show that the Perceived Convenience variable (X1) has (t count 3.442 > t table 1.984), the Publication variable (X2) has (t count 2.398 > t table 1.984), the Ease of Access variable (X3) has (t count 2.892 > t table 1.985) and the variable Trust (X4) has (t count 4.802 > t table 1.984). As for the value of Adjusted R2 = 0.619. This means that 61.9% of the variation in the dependent variable (Y), namely Purchase Intention, is explained by the independent variables, namely Perceived Convenience, Publication, Convenience of Access and Trust. The remaining 100% - 61.9% = 38.1%, other variables not proposed in this study.

Abstract

Passenger ship is a moving interior space media, where the interior space formed in it should be able to support the needs of its passengers during their trip. Passenger decisions in choosing a ship are influenced by various factors, including service quality, company image, and safety assurance. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, company image, and safety assurance on passenger decisions in using the KM. Egon. This study uses data collection methods carried out by questionnaires as many as 93 respondents of KM passengers. Egon and the data was analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that service quality, company image, and safety assurance had an effect on passenger decisions in using the KM. Egon.

Abstract

Manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) face various challenges in managing their financial policies, especially in making decisions related to dividend policy, profitability, liquidity and growth. This phenomenon shows the complexity in maintaining an optimal balance between dividend policy, profitability, liquidity and company growth. This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of dividend policy, profitability, liquidity and company growth on debt policy. The aim of this research is to analyze and measure the influence of dividend policy, profitability, liquidity and company growth on the debt policy of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2022 period. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting financial data from manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during that period. The data analysis technique involves statistical regression to measure the relationship between dividend policy, profitability, liquidity and company growth and debt policy. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant influence of dividend policy, profitability, liquidity and company growth on debt policy. The implication of these findings is that companies need to holistically consider these factors in financial decision making to ensure the optimality of their financial structure. This research contributes to the understanding of the factors that influence the debt policies of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The practical implication is that company management can use these findings as a guide to optimizing their financial structure, which in turn can improve company performance and shareholder value. These findings can also provide new insights for regulators and academics in designing policies that support company growth and sustainability.

Abstract

The potential for durian culinary tourism in Kembangsari Village, Musuk District, Boyolali Regency is a major concern in developing local tourism. This study assesses tourist experiences and their impact on the local economy. Through SWOT analysis, the main strengths are found in high quality durian, relatively cheap prices offered, and a beautiful atmosphere, namely the durian garden. However, challenges such as the lack of tourism infrastructure and dependence on the durian season need to be overcome so that this tourism can have a significant impact on improving the economy of the surrounding community. Development opportunities include diversifying tourism experiences and strengthening promotions.

Abstract

Elidar Midwife Clinic Southeast Aceh Regency provides health services located on Jl. Hero of Simpang Empat Village, Lawe Bulan District, Southeast Aceh Regency. The number of patient visits at this clinic tends to stagnate and decline. The research aims to determine the internal and external marketing environment, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) as well as marketing strategies and increase the number of patient visits at the Elidar Midwife Clinic, Southeast Aceh Regency. Qualitative research method. purposive sampling was used for research subjects. The results of the research analyze the internal environment which includes the strength of service facilities, human resource capabilities, promotion, and tariff setting as well as weaknesses such as inadequate facilities and infrastructure, insufficient human resources, and organizational and financial management that has not been managed well. While external environmental analysis has opportunities in terms of community needs, clinic development, and collaboration with BPJS, there are also threats including doctors on duty who are often empty, limited income, and the presence of competitors such as community health centers, private doctors' practices, midwives, and nurses. The Elidar Midwife Clinic, Southeast Aceh Regency is in the growth quadrant. The strategy that must be implemented is an active growth policy (Growth Oriented Strategy). The company maximizes its strengths and takes advantage of existing opportunities to compete with competitors. This strategy can be formulated through the S-O strategy (Strength-Opportunity Strategy), namely a professional implementation system, increasing human resource education/training programs, expanding market share, and strengthening cooperation.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between financial performance indicators (ROA, Financial Distress, and Debt to Equity Ratio) and firm value. Employing a purposive sampling technique, data were gathered from a diverse range of companies across industries. The study utilized thematic analysis to interpret the qualitative data. Results suggest nuanced dynamics between financial performance metrics and firm value, revealing the multifaceted nature of their interplay. While ROA reflects short-term profitability, Financial Distress highlights operational challenges, and Debt to Equity Ratio underscores financial leverage. The findings underscore the importance of considering various financial performance indicators holistically to comprehend their impact on firm value comprehensively. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the complex relationship between financial performance dynamics and firm valuation in the business landscape.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the public response to media relations strategies amidst the COVID-19 crisis. Employing a purposive sampling method, participants will be selected based on their diverse backgrounds and exposure to media coverage during the pandemic. Data will be collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. The study seeks to uncover insights into how the public perceives and engages with media communication strategies employed during the crisis. Results will shed light on the effectiveness of different communication approaches and provide recommendations for enhancing communication strategies during similar crises in the future.

Abstract

The era of globalization is an era of competition, where all MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) compete with each other in order to survive and develop their businesses to a better one. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that enable MSME innovation to increase the competitiveness of its products. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data are obtained through the results of literature studies. The results showed that there are two factors that greatly influence MSME innovation in increasing their competitiveness, namely internal factors (human resources, finance, management, and technology) and external factors (market, competition, and government policies). This research provides recommendations to be able to increase competitiveness to innovate in its products, namely by developing new or improved products, improving production processes, developing new marketing strategies and building strong brands
