Abstract

Learning tools play an important role and become a reference for teachers in schools. In this case, the importance of developing teaching materials is equally important in the development of learning devices because teaching materials are part of learning devices so that teachers are required to have the ability to develop their own learning tools. The purpose of this study was to develop Islamic religious education teaching materials through a sociocultural approach to high school students in Aceh Besar. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is research that describes the data obtained in the field. Information that has been obtained in the field either through direct observation, interviews, document review, and official records at each school that is the object of research. The research results found that; The development of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teaching materials is by integrating cultural values with Islamic Religious Education (PAI), starting with the search for cultural values which are then collected to understand the meaning contained in them through competent literatures and cultural figures. in the field; the development of PAI teaching materials based on social and cultural references is by looking at the local wisdom of the local culture. In this research, the local wisdom raised is about hadih maja; the development of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teaching materials that accommodate socio-cultural values or local culture (local genius) is by combining the material in the RPP with local wisdom material in Aceh Besar.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic that has hit parts of the world, has affected and entered the State of Indonesia and changed the social fabric in our country. Education, which initially went well through face-to-face, now has to be done online. This situation requires educators including lecturers to be more responsive to the existing conditions. Students and lecturers who were initially less familiar with the online learning model, Kina had to be "forced" to respond to very sophisticated technology. This study aims to see to what extent the effect of online learning on student learning outcomes at UPBJJ UT Medan.This type of research is a quasi experiment (quasi-experimental). Based on the results of data analysis obtained; (1) The results of student learning in online learning obtained an average value of 79.13, (2) The results of learning conducted online obtained an average value of 72.41, (3) Therea significant effect of the use of online learning on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the standards of the JSIT curriculum implemented in SDIT Al-Fityan School Medan, especially in the Graduate Competency Standards (SKL), coaching standards, and cooperation standards. These educational standards are the superior standards used in Integrated Islam-based (IT) schools which are commonly called IT schools with the central and regional administrations of JSIT (Integrated Islamic School Network), all IT-based schools are of course Islamic and Islamic based so that they are created. JSIT container for each region to develop and add the character of Islamic education, especially to the JSIT curriculum. This type of research uses qualitative research, namely descriptive analysis, in which this research uses research that is full of theory and expert analysis. The data analyzed were the results of interviews, observations, and documents using photo evidence. The data analysis stage was carried out, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and data verification. The results showed that the implementation of educational standards, especially in graduate competency standards, coaching standards, and cooperation standards adopted by SDIT Al-Fityan School Medan. On the standard of graduate competence, SDIT Al-Fityan School Medan emphasized that students who have finished from the school must be able to call to prayer, iqomah (for male students), night prayer (Qiyamul Lail), fardhu prayer, sunnah prayer, can distinguish between which is good and which is bad, not afraid of spirits, the target of memorizing 10-15 Juz Al-Qur'an is completed from SDIT Al-Fityan School Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the result of the development of interactive multimedia writing expositional text in Students MTsN 1 Medan. The media being developed is in the form of interactive multimedia. This type of research is development research based on the 4-D development model. The trial subjects consisting of design experts, material experts, Indonesian language teachers, and class VIII students of MTsN 1 Medan. The results showed that (1) the validation of the material experts included the eligibility of the content of 88.0% in the good category, the feasibility of the presentation of the learning module in 93.7% of the very good category, 95.8% of the interactive multimedia aspects of the very good category, 92 aspects of language assessment, 5% very good category, and project based learning aspects 83.3% good category (2) design expert validation includes initial design 89.2% with good category, content design 83.9% good category, media typography 83.3 good category, and illustration 87.5% good category. (3) the limited trial obtained a score of 82.79% with good criteria (4) The extended trial obtained a score of 80.04% in good category. Results of learning to produce a text exposition s Before the use of interactive multimedia to the model of project-based learning at 62 , 9 while the learning outcomes produced expositional texts using interactive multimedia with project based learning models gained 80.8. The difference obtained was 18 from before and after using digital media with the application of project based learning . This study have the implication that media is being developed will practically contribute especially in the implementation of the learning process for teachers as supplementary teaching materials to ease the burden on the material being taught to be independent and classical. Furthermore, students can improve the quality of learning, especially in expositional writing text activities with the content of learning interactive multimedia in it with project based learning model . Related to activities of working together and motivating each other to complete an expositional text.

Abstract

This study was based background by educational purposes to prepare individuals who have the ability and skills become more good. The objectives of this study were (1) To determine the effect of the Mind Mapping learning model on the motivation and learning outcomes of PPKn in grade III students at SDN 05 Mesjid Lama, Batu Bara Regency. (2) To determine the comparison of students' motivation and learning outcomes of PPKn by applying the Mind Mapping learning model with a conventional learning model for grade III students at SDN 05 Mesjid Lama, Batu Bara Regency. (3) To determine the interaction between the Mind Mapping learning model and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of PPKn in grade III students at SDN 05 Mesjid Lama, Batu Bara Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis using Tuckey-test. The results showed that (1) There was an effect of the Mind Mapping learning model on the learning outcomes of PPKn in grade III students at SDN 05 Mesjid Lama, Batu Bara Regency. (2) There is an effect of student motivation on student PPKn learning outcomes in grade III students at SDN 05 Mesjid Lama, Batu Bara Regency. Abstract

This research is motivated by the purpose of education to obtain prepare individuals who have the ability and skills to be better. The purpose of this study were (1) To determine the results of learning PPKn students who study by using a model of project based learning in comparison with the results of learning PPKn students who study by using a model direct instruction. (2) To determine the results of learning PPKn students who have the social skills of high much higher compared with the results of learning students who have the social skills low in the project based learning model class. (3) To determine the results of learning PPKn students who have the social skills of high much higher compared with the results of learning students who have the social skills low in the direct instruction model class. (4) This is to determine the interaction between the project based learning model and social skills on the learning outcomes of PPKn students in class V SD Negeri 050604 Bekiun. This research uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis using Tuckey-test. The results showed that (1) The Results of learning PPKn students who are taught by the model of project based learning is higher than the result of learning PPKn which is taught by using a model direct instruction, (2) The results of learning PPKn students who have the social skills of high much higher than the results learning PPKn students who have social skills low in the project based learning model class, (3) The results of learning PPKn students who have the social skills of high much higher than the results learning PPKn students who have social skills low in the direct instruction model class, (4) There is an interaction between the project based learning model and social skills on student PPKn learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of cooperative learning model Jigsaw and literacy ability on students learning outcomes on the material of right, obligations and responsibilities in the 5th grade of primary school 04043 Kabanjahe for year academic 2020/2021. The type of this research is quasi experiment with 2 x 2 factorial design. The population of this research is all the fifth grade students of primary school 04043 Kabanjahe with total population 60 students. The selection of sample is conducted by total sampling technique that is from two existing classess as a whole as sample. Thus, the sample is devide into two classes of VA and VB. The determination of the class for implementation of the learning model was determined by class VA that consisted of 30 students for class which are taught with conventional learning model, while the VB was taught with Jigsaw type learning model. The instrument of this study were using multiple choice with total 30 questions. The instrument of literal ability was in the form of essay with total questions 15 items. All of instruments were valid and reliable. The data of this research were analyzed by t test. The result showed that the learning outcomes of Civic learer who were taught using model of jigsaw learning gain the higher score than the conventional one. The result of learning Civics of students who have a positive literacy ability is higher than the learning outcomes of students who have a negatif literacy ability. There is the effect of different learning model on learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the influence of the cooperative learning model is higher than the conventional learning model; (2) the learning outcomes of students who have high learning motivation are higher than students who have low learning motivation (3) the interaction between cooperative learning models and student learning motivation influences student learning outcomes. The research was in the form of a Quasi Experimental Design with a 2x2 factorial. The instruments used were the PPKn learning outcomes test and the Learning Motivation instrument. Data analysis used two-way ANOVA. The results showed: (1) There is an effect of the cooperative learning model on student PPKn learning outcomes in class IV SD Negeri 050601 Kuala District; (2) The learning outcomes of students who have high learning motivation are higher than students who have low learning motivation; (3) There is an interaction between the Cooperative learning model and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of Student PPKn at SD Negeri 050601 Kuala District.

Abstract

This research is based on the occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of COVID-19 on student learning outcomes of SDIT Al Farabi Tanjung Selamat. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. Subjects in this study were all students of SDIT Al-Farabi. The object of this research is to look at the impact of COVID-19 on student learning outcomes during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Referring to the results of observations, interviews and documentation and identification of student learning outcomes from the Even Semester / Academic Year 2019/2020) is higher than the student learning outcomes during the COVID-19 Pandemic (Odd Semester / Academic Year 2020/2021. concluded that the COVID-19 pandemic has greatly affected the world of education, one of which is that the learning outcomes of SDIT Al Farabi Tanjung Selamat SDIT students have decreased compared to the period before the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

The data used in this research is the primary data obtained directly from the results of a questionnaire distribution by the respondent. The population of this research is the employees of the PDAM Tirtanadi of North Sumatera province Berastagi branch. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, which is to take the whole of the total population of 38 people. The data analysis used is double linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the work itself, the supervisor, the co-workers and the promotion as free variables had no significant effect on job satisfaction, while the salary/wage was partially influential positively and significantly towards job satisfaction. Simultaneously the work itself, supervisors, coworkers, promotions and salary/wages have a positive effect and a significant impact on the satisfaction of employees employment Tirtanadi of North Sumatera province Berastagi branch.The data used in this research is the primary data obtained directly from the results of a questionnaire distribution by the respondent.
