Abstract

At the beginning of the establishment of the reading park it was intended as a means of reading for the community, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the reading garden no longer functions as it used to, there was a decrease in visits by people who initially visited the reading garden a lot. Based on observations, the decrease in the interest of reading garden visitors was caused by several things, namely 1) the design of the reading park location was not well organized; 2) A collection of reading gardens that are less varied and not updated; 3) Social restrictions imposed during the Covid-19 pandemic; and 4) the lack of understanding of the management of the reading park (Community for the Children of the Pond Village and Karang Taruna) regarding the management of an attractive reading park and in accordance with health protocol standards during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, based on this problem, a solution was agreed upon to provide strengthening of the governance of the community reading garden for the Children's Community in the Pool Village and the Karang Taruna in the Pool Village as the manager of the "Melati" Community Reading Park in the Pool Village and make the reading garden a means of learning for children during the Covid period. -19.Keywords: Community Reading Gardens, Children's Learning Facilities, Covid-19

Abstract

The results of the assessment using CIPP as a decision. Evaluation decisions for the application of learning. This study aims to provide an assessment of project-based learning on classroom construction material for class V SDN 250 Sinar Gading II. Implementation of research with a qualitative approach by applying the CIPP evaluation model. Implementation of the overall evaluation of the aspects of context, input, process, and output of results/products to assess the effectiveness of project-based learning. The subjects were teachers and fourth grade students at SDN 250 Sinar Gading II. The data were obtained by primary and secondary observations and the data were analyzed and described. The overall project-based learning on the material for the V grade students of SDN 250 Sinar Gading II was very good.

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media and determine the feasibility, practicality, and effectiviness of interactive media. This research is a development research (Research and Development) using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects of this research are third grade students and the object of this research is interactive media based on Lectora Inspire. The results showed that the validation by Material Experts in stage I before the revision obtained a percentage of 60% in the “Valid Enough” category then in stage II it obtained a percentage of 92% in the “Very Valid” category and the results of media validation in stage I before being revised obtained a percentafe result of 51% in the “Valid Enough” category then instage II obtained a percentage result of 96% in the “Very Valid” category. Practicality tests by education practitioners obtained a percentage of 89% in the “Very Practical” category. The results of the media effectiviness test through the pre-test obtained an average of the 59 categories of “Less” with the through the pre-test obtained an average of 84 categories of “Complete”. It can be concluded that the product developed is very feasible, practical, and effective for use in learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan whole language berbasis kearifan lokal terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas II SDN 104202 Bandar Setia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah True Experimental Design. Populasi berjumlah 62 siswa kelas II-A dan II-B SDN 104202 Bandar Setia. Teknik Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan tes. Hasil pretest kedua kelas memperoleh nilai mean pada kelas eksperimen 62,0968 sedangkan kelas kontrol 55,4839. Selanjutnya hasil nilai posttest kelas eksperimen diperoleh mean 75,4839 dan kelas kontrol 66,9355. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t sampel independent diperoleh sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,009 < 0,005, artinya terdapat perbedaan nilai mean kedua kelas = 2,741 =1,671, artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh penggunaan pendekatan whole language berbasis kearifan lokal terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas II SDN 104202 Bandar Setia.

Abstract

Abstract: Study of Meta-Analysis of Role Playing Learning Models on Student Learning Outcomes in Social Studies Learning in Elementary Schools. This research intends to identify the influence of the role playing learning model on the learning outcomes of students in elementary schools. The research method tried is a quantitative analysis of the results of objective research announcements in national e-journals. The results of studies that practice teaching and learning activities using the role playing model are analyzed using the meta-analysis method. Based on the findings of the analysis of research results that have been tried, it can share the following conclusions: the magnitude of the effect of the role playing model on learning outcomes is in the moderate effect category with an average effect size of 0.59, the magnitude of the effect of the role playing model on learning outcomes is in the high effect category with the average effect size is 0.88, the magnitude of the effect of the role playing model on learning outcomes is very high with an average effect size of 1.31 while the magnitude of the effect of the role playing model on learning outcomes is in the high effect category with the average effect sizes 2.39. The research findings reveal that overall the studies carried out have an effect and are effective on social science learning outcomes of students with an effect size of 1.49 which is included in the category of very high effects. The conclusion of this study is to show that learning using the role playing model provides a more effective influence. Riset ini bermaksud buat mengenali besar pengaruh model pembelajaran role playing kepada hasil belajar peserta didik di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Terhadap analisis hasil hasil publikasi penelitian ilmiah pada e-jurnal nasional. Pengaruh penelitian-penelitian yang menerapkan pembelajaran model role playing dianalisis dengan teknik meta analisis. Bersumber pada penemuan analisa hasil riset yang sudah dicoba bisa memberikan kesimpulan selaku berikut: besaran pengaruh model role playing terhadap hasil belajar dengan kategori efek sedang dengan rata-rata effect size 0,59, besaran pengaruh model role playing terhadap hasil belajar dengan kategori efek tinggi dengan rata-rata effect size 0,88, besaran pengaruh model role playing terhadap hasil belajar dengan kategori efek sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata effect size 1,31 sedangkan besaran pengaruh model role playing terhadap hasil belajar dengan kategori pengaruh yang tinggi dengan rata-rata effect size 2,39. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa secara keseluruhan penelitian-penelitian yang dilakukan berpengaruh dan efektif terhadap hasil belajar ilmu pengetahuan sosial peserta didik dengan effect size 1,49 yang dimana termasuk dalam kategori efek yang sangat tinggi. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model role playing memberikan pengaruh yang lebih efektif.Kata Kunci: Meta analisis, role playing, effect size, hasil belajar, ilmu pengetahuan alam

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi siswa saat menggunakan media pembelajaran Scramble Ask And Question pada tema 8 subtema 2 pembelajaran 1 di kelas 5 SDN 105277 Hamparan Perak. Metode dalam penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas VA yang terdiri 15 laki-laki dan 11 perempuan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa angket siswa, lembar observasi guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan hasil angket, observasi siswa dan guru disimpulkan bahwa menggunakan media scramble ask and question dapat meningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dikelas VA SD Negeri 105277 Hamparan perak T.A 2022/2023. Oleh karena itu, media scramble ask and question ini dapat diterapkan sebagai salah satu alternative dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the use of smartphone gadgets has on the thematic learning interests and outcomes of SD N 173632 Porsea students. The research method used is a quantitative method, with the type of ex-post facto research. The sample in this study was class V, which consisted of 34 students. Data collection techniques and research instruments used were questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used were normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, hypothesis testing with simple regression analysis and regression analysis of intervening variables. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence on the use of smartphone gadgets on the interest and thematic learning outcomes of SD N 173632 Porsea students in the 2022/2023 academic year. Based on the results of a partial hypothesis test (t test) the t_count value was obtained for the variable smartphone gadget use for interest in learning, namely 3.680, which means t_count > t_table (3.680 > 2.037). Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between the use of smartphone gadgets on the learning interests of SD N 173632 Porsea students in the 2022/2023 academic year. The t test for the variable interest in learning on learning outcomes obtained t_count is 2.627, which means t_count > t_table (2.627 > 2.037). Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between the use of smartphone gadgets on the learning interest of SD N 173632 Porsea students in the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Validitas, Praktikalitas dan Efektivitas Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Smart Maze Game Pada Tema 9 Subtema 3 di kelas IV SD Negeri 0503 Parsombaan. Desain Penelitian ini yaitu R&D (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan pengembangan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Dalam penelitian produk yang dikembangkan  yaitu Media Pembelajaran berbasis Smart Maze Game. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 0503 Parsombaan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, angket dan tes. Soal tes yang digunakan yaitu pre-test dan post-test. Hasil pre-test mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 52,58 dengan kriteria “Kurang Cukup” dan nilai post-test mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 88,08 (Baik Sekali) dari hasil tersebut terjadi peningkatan. Melalui perolehan nilai post-test semua peserta didik melewati kriteria ketuntasan minimum (KKM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa presentase rata-rata diperoleh dari validasi ahli materi sebesar 93% dengan presentase ”Sangat Layak”, validasi ahli media sebesar 96% dengan presentase ”Sangat Praktis”. Hasil uji keefektifan media Smart Maze Game menjadi 88,08% (Sangat Baik) dengan kriteria ketuntasan ”Tuntas”. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media Smart Maze Game pada tema 9 subtema 3 di kelas IV dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The style or method of a school principal in his capacity as a leader will determine the success of improving teacher performance under his leadership. The purpose of this study was to analyze the principal's leadership style in improving teacher performance and motivation. This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3 Aek Natas with a total of 58 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques are carried out with 3 paths, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the principal's leadership style applied in schools was able to improve teacher performance. What the principal does is to set an example for the teacher and hold strict supervision and supervision of the teacher in carrying out teaching and learning tasks. The principal also gives appreciation to teachers who excel to be a motivation for other teachers. In terms of increasing teacher motivation, the principal provides a comfortable work environment where young teachers and senior teachers mingle with each other and senior teachers share experiences with young teachers, for example in terms of obtaining professional allowances such as teacher certification. The principal also provides high wages to honorary teachers so that they are able to meet the daily needs of teachers which has a positive impact on teachers because teachers are enthusiastic in carrying out the tasks assigned by the school

Abstract

Learning media functions as a tool to convey subject matter in a learning context. The aim of this research is to assess the impact of using learning media in the form of the Food Chain Puzzle on learning outcomes in science subjects, especially in Theme 5 Sub Theme 2 Learning 1 in class V of SD Negeri 024767 Binjai for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research is a quantitative type of research and uses an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design. The research results show that the T-test value for the experimental posttest is 0.000, and the control posttest value is also 0.000. Because these values ​​are less than or equal to 0.05, it can be concluded that the use of learning media in the form of the Food Chain Puzzle has a significant influence on learning outcomes in science subjects, especially in Theme 5 Sub Theme 2 Learning 1 in class V of State Elementary Schools. 024767 Binjai for the 2023/2024 academic year.
