Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan secara parsial. Sampel yang diambil adalah sampel jenuh dengan total sampel 60 karyawan Kantor Pusat PT Bank Sulselbar Kota Makassar yang telah dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan terlebih dahulu. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reabilitas, kemudian uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, lalu uji analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji hipotesis diantaranya itu uji koefisien korelasi dan determinan serta uji t. Temuan dalam variabel ini memperlihatkan bahwa secara parsial variabel X yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan bersifat positif dan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Y yaitu Kinerja Karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Kantor Pusat PT Bank Sulselbar Kota Makassar. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style partially. The sample taken was a saturated sample with a total sample of 60 employees of the Head Office of PT Bank Sulselbar Makassar City who had been selected based on predetermined criteria. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques consist of validity tests, reliability tests, then classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, then simple linear regression analysis tests, hypothesis tests including correlation coefficient tests and determinants and t tests. The findings in this variable show that partially variable X, namely Leadership Style, is positive and has a significant effect on variable Y, namely Employee Performance. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the simple linear regression analysis test, it shows that the Leadership Style variable partially affects Employee Performance at the Head Office of PT Bank Sulselbar Makassar City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh citra merek dan komunikasi pemasaran dalam pengambilan keputusan di toko Top Mitzuko Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah responden yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, studi kepustakaan dan observasi.  Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan serta uji koefisien determinasi dengan menggunakan IBM statistical product and service solutions (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial. sedangkan komunikasi pemasaran berpengaruh positif  terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Bagian Produksi PT. Phillips Seafoods Indonesia Sulawesi Plant. Data yang digunakan adalah berupa kusioner/angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 206 orang, kemudian ditarik sampel berdasarkan rumus Slovin akhirnya didapat 136 orang karyawan bagian produksi yang di jadikan responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance in the production department of PT. Phillips Seafoods Indonesia Sulawesi Factory. The data used is in the form of a questionnaire/questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. This type of research uses quantitative research methodology. The population in this study was 206 people, then samples were drawn based on the Slovin formula and finally 136 production employees were used as respondents. The results of this research show that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance and workload and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BRI Cabang Barru, (2) Untuk mengetahui motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BRI Cabang Barru, (3) Untuk mengetahui motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BRI Cabang Barru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. BRI Cabang Barru sebanyak 44 orang. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota dari populasi 44 orang dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Produst Servive Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Motivasi intrinsik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BRI Cabang Barru, (2) Motivasi ekstrinsik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BRI Cabang Barru, (3) Motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BRI Cabang Barru. This research aimed: (1) To know intrinsic motivation partially influence employee performance at PT. BRI Barru branch, (2) To know extrinsic motivation  partially influence employee performance at PT. BRI Barru branch, (3) To know intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation simultaneously influence employee performance at PT. BRI Barru branch. The population of this research are all employees af PT. BRI Barru branch are 44 people. The sampling of this research are all of the population, namely 44 people with quantitative research. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing quesionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product Servive Solution (SPSS). The results showed that: (1) Intrinsic motivation partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. BRI Barru branch, (2) Ixtrinsic motivation partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. BRI Barru branch, (3) Intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. BRI Barru branch.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Takalar. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja, sedangkan variabel terikatnya Kinerja Pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 73 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS 29 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini di peroleh dari hasil uji t menunjukkan pengaruh  yang signifikan antara kedua variabel dengan probabilitas sig. sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai ini jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa Disiplin Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dikarenakan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari taraf kesalahan (0,05). Kesimpulannya bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Takalar. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Takalar District Health Service Office. The independent variables in this research are Work Discipline and Work Motivation, while the dependent variable is Employee Performance. This type of research is quantitative, the number of respondents used in this research was 73 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 29 for Windows. The results of this research were obtained from the t test results showing a significant influence between the two variables with a sig probability of 0.000 where this value is much smaller than 0.05. This means that Work Discipline has a significant influence on employee performance. Because the significant value is smaller than the error level (0.05). The conclusion is that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Takalar District Health Service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja nonfisik secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja  di Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan total perhitungan sampel dari populasi karyawan tetap Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: ( 1) secara parsial lingkungan kerja fisik (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja di Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, dengan demikian H1 diterima (2) secara parsial lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja di Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, dengan demikian H2 ditolak. Dan (3) variabel lingkungan kerja fisik (X1), dan lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) secara simultan/bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja (Y) di Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, dengan demikian H3 diterima. This research aims to (1) To determine the partial influence of the physical work environment on the job satisfaction of Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar employees (2) To determine the partial influence of the non-physical work environment on the performance of Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar employees (3) To determine the influence of the physical work environment and work environment at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This sampling method uses a simple random sampling technique with a total sample calculation from the permanent employee population of Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, with a total sample of 55 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS). The results of the research show that: (1) partially the physical work environment (X1) has a significant effect on job satisfaction at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, thus H1 is accepted (2) partially the non-physical work environment (X2) has no significant effect on job satisfaction at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, thus H2 is rejected. And (3) the physical work environment variable (X1) and the non-physical work environment (X2) simultaneously/together influence the job satisfaction variable (Y) at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, thus H3 is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti secara empiris Pengaruh Stres Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pare-Pare. Populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pare-Pare, dengan jumlah populasi 56 orang karyawan, kemudian ditarik sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel yang akhirnya 56 orang karyawan yang dijadikan responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Data diproses menggunakan statistical product and service solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta stres dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of stress and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Pawnshop (Persero) Pare-Pare. The population used is employees at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pare-Pare, with a population of 56 employees, was then sampled using a saturated sample, where the entire population was sampled which finally 56 employees were made respondents. This study used quantitative research that used primary data. The hypothesis test used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data is processed through statistical product and service solution (SPSS). The results of this study show that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work stress and discipline have a simultaneous significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja secara parsial dan simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sebanyak 209 orang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 41 orang dari 209 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian setelah data diolah dengan SPSS.19 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja (X) terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y). This research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the work environment on job satisfaction partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study was all 209 employees of the South Sulawesi Provincial Transportation Service. The sample for this study was 41 people out of 209 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The research results after the data were processed with SPSS.19 show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment (X) on Job Satisfaction (Y). It can be shown through the results of the t test that the work environment on job satisfaction is 0.005 < 0.05 and the t value is 2.898 > t table 1.685. The R Square is 0.177 or equal to 17.7%. Meanwhile, some of it is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or other variables that are not studied. Based on this description, it can be concluded that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the South Sulawesi Province Transportation Service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero). Populasi dalam Penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero)yang berjumlah 1.300 orang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 73 orang dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan dua metode Uji statistik yaitu Uji Simultan (Uji F) dan Uji Parsial (Uji T) dengan menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Proses Rekrutmen dan Seleksi berpengaruh positif dan cukup kuat terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, yang berarti bahwa berarti variabel proses rekrutmen dan proses seleksi mempunyai kontribusi sebesar 56,1 % terhadap variabel terikat yakni kinerja karyawan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43,9% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar dari penelitian ini. This study aims to determine how the effect of recruitment and selection on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero). The population in this study are employees who work at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) which amounts to 1,300 people. The number of samples used was 73 people using the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and documentation methods. While the data analysis technique used is to use Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using two statistical test methods, namely Simultaneous Test (F Test) and Partial Test (T Test) using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results showed that the Recruitment and Selection Process had a positive and strong enough effect on Employee Performance, which means that the recruitment process and selection process variables contributed 56.1% to the dependent variable, namely employee performance while the remaining 43.9% was explained by other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product display and store atmosphere on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Indomaret Latamacelling Palopo. The types of research used in this study are quantitative and qualitative. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that product display had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, product display had no significant effect on customer loyalty, store atmosphere had no significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer loyalty, product display had a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, store atmosphere had a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The implication of this study is that product display and store atmosphere have no effect on customer loyalty even though they are moderated by customer satisfaction.
