Abstract

Financial reports, which contain accounting information, must be transparent and accountable for by all entities. The entity's performance is displayed in the financial report, which internal or external stakeholders can utilise to inform small-scale business decisions. Bekasi Petrol Station faces challenges with income and expenses in promoting MSMEs' good governance. The inability to provide transparent, accountable, integrated financial reports that could have an impact on the Bekasi petrol station business is a result of their financial issues, which are tied to the financial report preparation process. In order to help Gas Station members achieve good governance in their financial management, Community Service aims to maximise the program for their comprehension and training in financial reports. The process of mentoring and simulating accounting information systems, as well as training petrol stations on how to prepare financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards, is the service approach that is employed. As a result of this service, personnel of Gas Station are capable of understanding and preparing financial reports.

Abstract

With the enactment of Law No. 6 of 2014, villages have become autonomous regions and have the right to manage their village income independently. Sumber Baru is a BUMDes in Deli Serdang Regency, Bandar Baru District, which emerged from village autonomy to realize the welfare of residents. The obligation of BUMDes as a legal entity to implement accounting standards has not been implemented in almost all regions in Indonesia. The purpose of this activity is to improve the knowledge and skills of BUMDesa administrators, especially in recording and preparing BUMDesa financial reports. The method used is training in recording and preparing BUMDesa financial reports using lecture techniques, tutorials, discussions (brainstorming), and post-training/mentoring. The results of the activities obtained are increased knowledge and understanding related to the accounting system starting from input in the form of transaction recording to the output produced in the form of BUMDesa financial reports containing financial information that will be used by BUMDesa stakeholders.

Abstract

This community service activity, the main target is the young generation or millennial generation in Lau Lebah Village, District. Mount Sitembar District. Dairy. This community service activity is carried out through offline meetings. The aim of this meeting is to foster the desire for entrepreneurship, look for business opportunities and ideas for the millennial generation and society, especially in the era of digitalization and to be able to find out the challenges and obstacles in entrepreneurship and business. As for this training activity, the evaluation stage includes direct observation of participants' understanding of the material, as well as holding discussions in the form of questions and answers.

Abstract

The understanding of financial literacy obtained from financial education will then enable individuals to have sufficient knowledge about how to take advantage of the investments they make. Investment choices are based on the assumption that individuals are interested in and capable of making decisions about their finances. The method used in the community service model is through lectures, tutorials and simple financial planning practices. This community service is carried out together with teachers at Medan National Pahlawn Middle School. The material provided is in the form of financial literacy and training in making financial plans to provide an understanding of managing current and future income and expenditure needs. Through this training, partners are expected to be able to plan well and correctly.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity (PkM) is to provide knowledge and information on how to manage finances effectively so that it can be applied in the businesses of the community in Kelurahan Durian, Medan Timur District. The business owners in Kelurahan Durian, Medan Timur District can understand and comprehend how to manage financial management properly. Furthermore, the business owners in Kelurahan Durian, Medan Timur District will be able to learn about how to manage finances in business effectively in the era of digitalization. Overall, the PkM activities received a positive and enthusiastic response from the residents. Continued assistance will be provided to the business owners in Kelurahan Durian, Medan Timur District to enhance their skills and understanding of financial management in business during the digitalization era.

Abstract

Problems faced by partners: (1) The Glamor Camping Terasering Menoreh tourist bookkeeper still does not fully understand proper bookkeeping, (2) Bookkeeping or financial records are still not optimal, (3) The partner's desire to become a Tourist Village that is Accountable for funds which he has managed (4) Expectations from partners so that the Tourism Village can develop and have competitiveness. Based on the problems faced by partners, the service team carried out several activities as a solution to this. Training was provided to Glamor Clamping Terasering Menoreh stakeholders. The first activity is presenting material regarding Accounting for business. The second activity is direct practice of bookkeeping or recording cash inflows and outflows and preparing financial reports. The third activity is to assist Stakeholders in communicating financial information periodically to the relevant community. The fourth activity is monitoring bookkeeping which has been carried out after training provided by the service team. The service team's hope is that financial recording or bookkeeping activities at the Menoreh Terrace Glamor Camping Tourism can run sustainably so that each stakeholder can monitor each other and maintain its sustainability. To achieve this, the service team carries out regular monitoring and evaluation so that the records carried out can be more accountable

Abstract

Vocational high school students and Untidar students are conditioned to have an independent spirit and are directed to be creative in teaching and learning activities, therefore it is expected that Vocational high school students and Untidar students can prepare themselves to face changes by maximizing cooking class training activities as an effort to be ready to face changes in the era of globalization and the digital era. With this activity, it is expected to help direct Vocational high school students and Untidar students as part of the millennial generation, in addition to increasing their insight to become a millennial generation that is in accordance with the ideals as the successors of the nation in the future to reduce unemployment, also helping them find the best solution for how to prepare themselves to become a millennial generation that can face increasingly competitive challenges in the era of globalization and the digital era to support the increase in the variety of processed and nutritional products based on local resources. In accordance with our expectations as one part of the educators and mentors of the younger generation; it feels like the tasks we have to do are not enough. There are still many tasks and responsibilities waiting in the future that are closely related to educating and creating the next generation of this nation who will be able to compete in the era of globalization and towards the creative, innovative and independent digital era 4.0 and 5.0.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to develop the skills of Mutiara Bangsa Vocational School students in facing the world of work through Customer Service Excellence and Virtual Assistant workshops. This activity is carried out with an approach based on improving service quality and utilizing digital technology, in accordance with current industry needs. Students are trained to understand professional customer service concepts, such as responsiveness, empathy and reliability, and are given practical skills in operating virtual assistant technology. The results of the training show a significant increase in student competency, which is expected to build their confidence to compete in a competitive job market. This program contributes to improving the quality of vocational education and preparing students for the world of work with more relevant and applicable skills.

Abstract

Pengembangan sektor pariwisata secara signifikan dapat berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi sebuah daerah. Kabupaten Mojokerto adalah sebuah contoh daerah yang memanfaatkan keindahan alam dan keanekaragaman budayanya sebagai potensi untuk memajukan industri pariwisata. Seiring waktu, jumlah objek wisata di Mojokerto terus meningkat. Sehingga, artikel ini mempunyai maksud tujuan sebagai identifikasi strategi khusus yang diterapkan oleh Dinas Pariwisata Mojokerto dalam menumbuhkan jumlah objek wisata. Dalam jangka panjang, strategi pemasaran yang tepat akan membantu meningkatkan pengunjung ke Mojokerto dan memberikan kontribusi positif bagi perekonomian daerah. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif studi kasus dan teknik trianggulasi. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Disparpora Kabupaten Mojokerto telah mengimplementasikan strategi bauran pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan jumlah objek wisata di area mereka di Jawa Timur. Sebagai rekomendasi, penelitian merekomendasikan penambahan dua unsur dalam bauran pemasaran yang sebelumnya berisi 7p, menjadikannya bauran pemasaran 9P, dua poin tersebut adalah promise dan patience. Diharapkan dengan adanya rekomendasi ini, jumlah objek wisata di Mojokerto dapat terus meningkat dan memberikan dampak positif bagi perekonomian daerah. Abstract

Pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan di pedesaan, terutama di Desa Gardu, Kabupaten Purwakarta, menghadapi tantangan yang signifikan akibat rendahnya akses terhadap pendidikan keterampilan dan literasi ekonomi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari program Sekolah Perempuan, yang menggunakan metode partisipatif melalui ceramah, praktik langsung, dan diskusi, sebagai sarana pemberdayaan ekonomi berkelanjutan bagi perempuan di desa tersebut. Program ini secara langsung melibatkan masyarakat, menciptakan suasana pembelajaran interaktif yang mendorong perempuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kewirausahaan dan literasi keuangan yang dapat diterapkan di kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini mampu meningkatkan keterampilan kewirausahaan, pemahaman literasi keuangan, dan kemandirian ekonomi perempuan secara signifikan. Selain itu, partisipasi perempuan dalam program ini berkontribusi positif terhadap perekonomian lokal, menciptakan peluang usaha mikro, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa program Sekolah Keterampilan dan Literasi di Desa Gardu efektif sebagai pendekatan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan peran ekonomi perempuan dalam pengembangan desa. Rekomendasi ditujukan pada pengembangan model pelatihan berkelanjutan dan perluasan cakupan program untuk mencakup lebih banyak perempuan di wilayah pedesaan.
