Abstract

The aim of MSME Assistance is an important effort to support the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). One of the approaches used is ILO SCORE-based, which emphasizes improving the quality and productivity of MSMEs. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of ILO SCORE-based MSME assistance at the Bby_na jelly cool drink booth in Bengkayang, West Kalimantan. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of ILO SCORE-based MSME assistance at the Bby_na jelly cool drink booth in Bengkayang, West Kalimantan. The research method used is a case lean method with the 5S concept. The research results show that ILO SCORE-based MSME assistance is able to provide significant benefits in improving product quality, marketing and management of MSMEs. The implication of this research is the importance of implementing ILO SCORE-based MSME assistance in supporting the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in Bengkayang, West Kalimantan.

Abstract

Rapid technological developments require companies to be able to adapt and use technology to achieve effective and efficient results. The use of the latest technology is expected to improve the company's business prospects. One of the things to be achieved is the timely availability of information in financial reports. To support this, businesses or companies take advantage of the flexibility, features and process automation of accounting software. However, not many schools have introduced or included learning about accounting software into the curriculum. Accurate Software is accounting software that helps to record bookkeeping and makes it easier to manage financial data with the right level of calculation accuracy. SMK Methodist Tanjung Morawa is one of the educational units with a vocational school level which is expected to be ready to enter the labor market so that it is directly equipped with the vocational knowledge needed. Currently, they still use and record accounting manually in their learning process and until now there has been no introduction and use of accounting-based software. The aim of this training is to provide new skills in using accounting applications, namely the Accurate application, which supports their understanding while at school. This activity will be carried out for SMK Methodist Tanjung Morawa.

Abstract

The aim of this community service activity is to provide knowledge and motivation for tourist village communities and local stakeholders to enter the world of the tourism industry. This is important to do so that the tourism potential in rural areas truly brings blessings to the local community, not to corporations. The way rural communities "take" advantage of today's tourism developments is through developing the creative economy. The methods in this activity are Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and counseling. This activity was enthusiastically attended by the Karangtaruna group. They are also committed to collaboration with several creative groups that already exist in Pancot Hamlet, such as the Gita Laras group and the Reog group, to continue to consistently develop the creative industry.

Abstract

The purpose of practical work (internship) is one of the most important efforts in supporting the development of employee discipline. One of the approaches used is Merdeka Belajar Kampua Mengajar (MBKM) which emphasizes improving work discipline, and work cleanliness and tidiness. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of MBKM-based practical work (internships) in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. The method used in lean method research with the concept can provide significant benefits in improving work discipline, in supporting the growth and sustainability of MBKM in Pontianak, West Kalimantan.

Abstract

Community service through MBKM activities at the Holy Family Credit Union Savings and Loans Cooperative has a positive impact on internship students, where students learn a lot and gain experience in the world of work, students provide assistance to administrative and general staff, where students assist admin staff in working and completing reports relating to customers or members of Holy Family Credit Union. While carrying out this internship, students also apply the 3S culture (Smile, Greet and Greeting). Students apply it at the cashier when they are given the task of looking after the cashier, in the internalization room in the morning and in the kitchen during break times and eating together. This internship location is very suitable for ShantiBhuana Institute students because the Holy Family Credit Union Savings and Loans Cooperative has values ​​that are applied, one of which is Trust or trust, which values ​​are also applied at the ShantiBhuana Institute. At the internship site, students meet many new people who are members of the Holy Family Credit Union who carry out savings activities or make loans. The 3S culture really needs to be implemented in the internship location, namely at the Holy Family Credit Union because with the 3S culture, members will feel comfortable with the services at the Holy Family Credit Union and the relationship between members and staff will feel increasingly warm, like family. This internship activity also really helps students to hone their skills in the world of work and students also gain new relationships which will be very useful when students have completed their studies at the ShantiBhuana Institute and will then start entering the world of work.

Abstract

Nur Bakso merupakan salah satu UMKM yang berada dikota Bengkayang. Berdasarkan Modul ILO SCORE penelitian ini betujuan untuk menerapkan modul-modul yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan UMKM., terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang ada pada Nur Bakso diantaranya adalah area kerja yang kurang bersih, tata letak barang, dan kurangnya kedisiplinan waktu. Dan hal ini menjadi permasalahan bagi pemilik UMKM serta pelanggan yang datang di Nur Bakso. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan pendampingan untuk mengatasi dan menyeesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Modul ILO SCORE memiliki tujuan yang positif bagi usaha Nur Bakso ini dinataranya adalah : 1) peningkatan kualitas suatu produk, 2)5S tataletak, 3)meningkatkan kedisplinan waktu pada karyawan dan, 4)K3Hygiene. Dengan adanya Modul ILO SCORE diharapkan dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di UMKM Nur Bakso Bengkayang. Serta mampu membantu pemilik UMKM untuk meningkatkan kesejateraan bagi seluruh karyawan.

Abstract

The community service held by the Shanti Bhuana Institute aims to motivate MSMEs so they can compete in the increasingly growing era of globalization. The service carried out by the Shanti Bhuana Institute academics was carried out in three stages, namely the observation and preparation method, implementation or implementation of the ILO SCORE module, and evaluation. The method of implementing this service is training, practice. This service was carried out at one of the MSMEs in Bengkayang Regency, namely the Anen Bengkayang Chips Shop. The service directly involves the owner of the Anen Bengkayang Chips Shop. Based on the results of the service, it appears that the Anen Chips Shop has become more neat and clean, making consumers comfortable and increasing the number of consumers who come to the shop. The aim of the service is to provide understanding and insight to the Anen Bengkayang Chips Shop Owner regarding ILO SCORE Module Based management, planning and implementing the modules in ILO SCORE for the Bengkayang Anen Chips Shop. The methods used in the ILO SCORE module are 5S, and Hygine. The results of the activity have been successful in implementing the 5S Layout Module, for product layout and Hygine.

The large amount of internet use and developments in digital technology today, brought significant influence on all aspects of life. Based on data from We Are Social, 60.4% of the total population in Indonesia or 167 million people are active social media users, and are dominated by young people, both the millennial generation and Z generation. according to that, of course, its require a large amount of a massive stronger visual content today. Visual content on social media is the main thing nowadays. Good social media utilizes the power of visuals to convey a message in an interesting and memorable way. in fact, for today now the campaign of Content is a king has emerged in the public, which means the extraordinary power of content. However, in fact, there are still many young people who do not understand properly how to produce and use good, quality visual content. Therefore, Organization of Pusat Pengembangan Anak (PPA) from Gereja Kristen Indonesia (GKI) Sorogenen Surakarta invites the Bukit Pengharapan Institute of Technology and Christian Business to collaboration and contribute in sharing knowledge through FGDs and counseling regarding Visual Content for Social Media to young people from PPA GKI Sorogenen. Abstract

In the area that is a partner for community service activities, which is located in the RT in the area RT.05, RW.01, Cipayung Jaya Village, Cipayung District, Depok City, the management is not good in serving administrative activities for the local community, namely in processing correspondence and other than The Partner does not understand about Cash Financial Reports where partners still carry out Cash Financial Reports manually, namely in the form of writing in ledgers, difficulties in searching for data, loss of data, reporting financial cash still using handwriting and file damage. The solution that can be provided to overcome partner problems is that counseling and training activities need to be held for the administrators of RT.05, RW.01, Cipayung Jaya Village, Cipayung District, Depok City in terms of making correspondence through and Cash Financial Reports using MS Word and MS Excel applications. to make it easier and more structured. This community service activity provides a good solution for partners, namely the administrators of RT.05, RW.01, Cipayung Jaya Village, Cipayung District, Depok City, by using information technology to provide socialization and training on the use of Correspondence Applications and Cash Financial Reports, so as to improve quality. local RT/RW management services, especially in managing correspondence and Cash Financial Reports via MS Word and MS Excel applications effectively. The result of this service activity is that there is an increase in knowledge and skills by 67.5%. The implementation of the service went smoothly and the participants were very enthusiastic about participating both in terms of attendance and in conveying questions and experiences in making it related to making correspondence and cash financial reports using MS Word and MS Excel applications.

Abstract

Sragen district has 18 Activity Management Units (UPK) of PDB in 18 districts with the highest fund value in Kalijambe. In 2023 there was a delay/failure to pay because the turnover of funds had not been used for business development and only for consumer activities, as well as loan funds were not used to add capital. Fund management is still done manually and the managers has no knowledge of financial management/ accounting records. The activity held in September 2023 with 31 participants head and treasurer of SPP Beneficiaries in the village of Wonorejo, Kalijambe. Data collection through interviews, observations and documentation. Activity methods with workshop and training. The activity aims to improve the capacity of managers of Benefits by providing workshop/training of loan management techniques, how to conduct business activities and policies, ways to organize and organize business organization, as well as how to use simple accounting for activities so as to minimize the possibility of failure to pay/default.
