Abstract

Speaking anxiety is a form of real feeling of fear or anxiety when speaking in public. Anxiety can occur due to feelings of pressure experienced by a person because anxiety is an unpleasant feeling and causes fear, tension and worry which can lead to certain behavior. Students who have anxiety about speaking can be seen from the characteristics of an increasingly rapid heartbeat, a trembling voice, trembling legs, difficulty remembering material when speaking, and feeling embarrassed when speaking. To overcome this problem, a teacher does not only give directions or lectures. However, a teacher needs to set an example that allows students to learn about things that cannot be learned only through the lecture process. One example that can be applied to this problem is by using systematic desensitization techniques. Systematic desensitization is a technique to help students reduce their anxiety. This type of research is quantitative pre-experimental. This research also uses a one group pretest and posttest design. In this research, the focus is on the effect of systematic desensitization techniques, group guidance services, systematic desensitization techniques on students' speaking anxiety at SMA Negeri 2 Lawe Bulan using data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis. Thus, it can be stated that group guidance using systematic desensitization techniques can have an effect on reducing students' speaking anxiety at SMA Negeri 2 Lawe Bulan.

Data was collected through a questionnaire using a purpose sampling technique with the criteria that the respondent was a DANA application user. Then the collected data was analyzed using SmartPLS 4. The results of this research show that user security and user convenience have a significant positive effect on user trust each P values of 0.000 and 0.001 respectively. Meanwhile, the user constraints variabel has no effect on user trust because the P value is 0.536 with t statistics < 1.96 and the f-square value is 0.004. The results of the analysis also show that user security is the variable that has the greatest influence on user trust, that is 53.3%.

Abstract

The Indonesian state has a constitutional obligation to advance national culture, as mandated by Article 32 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution, which guarantees the freedom of the people to preserve and develop cultural values. Indonesian culture, reflecting the nation's noble values, must be embraced by all citizens to strengthen national identity, enhance dignity, and reinforce unity to achieve the nation's future aspirations. Historical objects, structures, and buildings are crucial to preserve to provide an understanding of current social and physical realities. In Paser Regency, rapid development has negatively impacted efforts to protect and preserve historical traditions and culture. Cultural heritage, such as Cultural Heritage Objects, Cultural Heritage Buildings, and others, have not been officially recognized as cultural heritage by the local government. The management of valuable historical traces has not been comprehensive, with current management more oriented towards tourism and religious activities. An academic draft of a Regional Regulation on the Protection, Preservation, and Management of Cultural Heritage is needed to optimize the management and preservation of cultural heritage in Paser Regency. This would enable the community to better understand history and support overall community empowerment.
