Abstract

The advancement of technology has made the coffee industry require an effective information system to support marketing and the growth of the coffee chain. The purpose of this research is to develop a web-based ordering information system for coffee shops, called Coffee Chill. This system is designed to provide a practical and enjoyable ordering experience through a user-friendly interface, as well as real-time ordering without queues. This research utilizes interviews and observations as methods to collect data, as well as the Waterfall system development method which includes planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance stages. The planning stage involves analyzing user needs and assessing technical and organizational feasibility. The analysis stage identifies system problems and needs, while the design stage develops system models and architecture. Testing using White Box and Black Box methods is conducted to verify system performance according to specifications. The test results show that this system is highly suitable for development and can improve service and operational efficiency in coffee shops.

Abstract

Adolescence is a crucial transitional phase between childhood and adulthood, marked by significant emotional changes. Teenagers often struggle to adapt to these changes, which can lead to serious issues such as depression and anxiety. According to data from the Basic Health Research, approximately 6.1% of the Indonesian population experiences emotional mental disorders. To address this issue, the Heal-U platform was developed, an online counseling system designed to provide mental support for teenagers. The development method used is the waterfall model, starting from planning to system implementation and testing. Testing was conducted using both black-box and white-box approaches to ensure the system's functionality and reliability. The results show that Heal-U can be effectively implemented and has great potential to reduce the rates of depression and suicide among teenagers.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menganalisis sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang dinamakan IDEKu, yang dirancang untuk memfasilitasi pengguna dalam menemukan dan mengelola ide-ide kreatif, terutama dalam konteks bisnis dan penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan perangkat lunak Prototype yang melibatkan lima tahapan utama: komunikasi, perencanaan cepat, perancangan cepat, pembuatan prototipe, dan penyampaian serta umpan balik. Sistem IDEKu mengintegrasikan fitur pencarian semantik, pengukuran nilai emosional, dan pengambilan informasi berbasis konsep untuk mendukung pencarian ide yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem IDEKu mampu memberikan solusi yang lebih baik dalam manajemen ide dengan meningkatkan efisiensi, kemudahan penggunaan, dan kolaborasi antar pengguna. Fitur keamanan dan skalabilitas juga diperhatikan untuk memastikan perlindungan data pengguna dan kinerja sistem yang optimal seiring dengan pertumbuhan pengguna. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa sistem IDEKu dapat menjadi platform yang efektif dalam mendukung inovasi dan pengembangan ide-ide kreatif.

Abstract

Muna barat satisfaction survey system (MUARA) adalah sebuah platform sistem informasi yang dirancang khusus untuk memfasilitasi proses survei kepuasan pelanggan di wilayah Muna Barat. Sebagai sebuah solusi komprehensif, MUARA tidak hanya memberikan alat untuk mengumpulkan data survei, tetapi juga menyediakan berbagai fitur yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengelola, menganalisis, dan mengambil tindakan berdasarkan hasil survei tersebut.Dalam pengembangan aplikasi website ini digunakan metode Software Development life Cycles SDLC dengan model incremental, Model inkremental merupakan evolusi dari model waterfall yang biasa digunakan dalam pengembangan software.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan evaluasi, aplikasi MUARA telah memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional dan non-fungsional yang diharapkan. Aplikasi ini memudahkan proses survei kepuasan masyarakat dengan menyediakan antarmuka yang user-friendly serta fitur-fitur yang lengkap untuk admin dan pengguna. Dengan demikian, diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Muna Barat.Untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, disarankan agar tim developer terus melakukan pembaruan dan penyempurnaan aplikasi MUARA. Salah satu prioritas utama adalah meningkatkan keamanan data untuk melindungi informasi pribadi responden dan hasil survei. Selain itu, penambahan fitur analitik yang lebih mendalam dapat membantu admin dalam menganalisis data survei dengan lebih efektif.

Abstract

One of the educational institutions whose primary objective is to offer junior high school education services is SMP 4 Mangarabombang. This educational institution makes use of information and technological advances to provide educational services, particularly during the fourth industrial revolution, which has had a substantial impact on education as well as other spheres of life and the workplace. It seeks to improve kids' and their parents' future-relevant satisfaction and knowledge. One illustration is the ability to admit new students via a website. A website acts as a platform for information that is not constrained by time or place. The website's layout for this information system is intended to make it easier to provide information about the system can consider providing reports to improve more efficient information distribution, student enrollment, streamlining the registration process, and ensuring the security of prospective students' data

Abstract

Health plays an important role in the world of education, especially in the school environment. Schools have a significant role to play in health research and efforts to improve health in young people. The School Health Unit (UKS) is one of the government's ways to improve the health level of the community in the school environment. For example, in Jeneponto District there is the Mannilingi Bulo-Bulo MA school which has a UKS program. The UKS program at these schools makes a positive contribution in overcoming school community health problems, which in turn improves the quality of education and student achievement in the environment. Nonetheless, the UKS program still needs to be improved because currently its implementation is still manual and it is experiencing problems in incomplete data collection. Therefore, a solution is needed in the form of developing a school health information system to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of UKS services and overcome the problem of suboptimal data collection. The research methods to be used in building this system include observation, literature study, and system development methods with a prototyping approach. The implementation of a school health information system is expected to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of UKS services and overcome the problem of incomplete data collection.

Announcement and communication apps have gained popularity as a way to make it easier for parents, teachers and students to communicate with schools. This article discusses making APKs that aim to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of school management. Data collection techniques include literature study. Abstract

Registration of new students is a very important process for every school in order to get the best students to enter and study at that institution. A smooth and easy enrollment process is key to enhancing the experience of prospective students and improving the efficiency of school administration. Thus, researchers designed a system that helps prospective new students in registering, as well as processing new student data that will be stored safely into the system's database. In designing this information system, the waterfall model method is used, with several stages such as requirements analysis, system design, also applying the OOAD method or Object Based Analysis. This research produces a web-based new student registration information system that is accessed in real-time without being limited by space and time. This system is tested using the blackbox and whitebox methods, by testing the features contained in the designed system which focuses on functions and logic that can run according to the results expected by the researcher.

Abstract

In this fast-paced era, universities need to update their management systems with an integrated academic information system. The use of web-based academic information systems has become increasingly important and is considered essential for universities today. This research aims to develop a web-based academic information system at Wakanda State University in order to optimize data management and academic activities in higher education institutions. The research method employed includes literature review and system development using a prototype model. In the literature review phase, data is gathered from various sources such as national and international journals. System development follows a prototype model involving steps such as identifying needs, building prototypes, testing the system, evaluating the system, and implementing the system. The findings of this research are expected to result in an integrated and effective web-based academic information system at Wakanda State University.

Abstract

The formulation of Software Requirements Specification (SRS) and design analysis are key factors in the success of information system projects. A proper SRS lays a solid foundation for system development, while comprehensive design analysis helps identify system requirements clearly. However, crafting effective SRS and conducting thorough design analysis often pose challenges. This article aims to delineate the roles of SRS and design analysis in the early stages of system development and provide insights into best practices for addressing associated challenges. The methodology involves direct engagement with stakeholders and end-users to deeply understand user requirements. Subsequently, comprehensive requirement analysis and system design analysis are conducted. With the right approach, organizations can enhance the likelihood of success in information system projects, ensuring that the resulting systems meet user needs effectively.
