Abstract

Beckground: The banking industry has experienced rapid development in recent years. Competition among banks has intensified, and to maintain a competitive advantage, it is important for banks to understand customer expectations, improve their service performance, and gain high customer satisfaction and customer trust. Aims: This study aims to analyze the influence of customer expectations on bank service performance, bank customer satisfaction, and how this influence impacts customer trust. The background of this study is based on the importance of improving customer satisfaction and customer trust in today's highly competitive banking industry. Research Method: The research method used in this study is a literature study. Various relevant literature sources, including scientific journals, books, and related research reports, were analyzed. This study analyzes and synthesizes the findings in the literature to identify the relationship between customer expectations, bank service performance, bank customer satisfaction, and customer trust. Results and Conclussion: The results show that customer expectations have a significant influence on bank service performance. When customer expectations are met, bank service performance tends to be better. In addition, bank service performance also has a significant influence on bank customer satisfaction. When bank service performance increases, bank customer satisfaction also increases. Furthermore, bank customer satisfaction also has a positive impact on customer trust in banks. Contribution: The contribution of this research is to provide a better understanding of the relationship between customer expectations, bank service performance, bank customer satisfaction, and customer trust. This research can serve as a reference for companies in the banking industry to improve their bank service performance, so as to meet customer expectations, increase customer satisfaction, and strengthen customer trust in the long run.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, the Quantitative Performance Management Framework (QPMF) has emerged as a potential solution to increase operational efficiency and the industrial sector's contribution to society's economic growth. This study explores the application of KM2K in the context of omnichannel supply chains, with a focus on the banking and marketing industries. This research aims to investigate the impact of implementing QPMF in improving the community's economy through an omnichannel supply chain, with special emphasis on its role in the banking and marketing industries. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to compile and analyze related literature. In addition, case studies are used to understand the application of QPMF in the real context of the banking and marketing industry. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation analysis to gain in-depth insight. The research results show that the application of QPMF in the banking industry makes a significant contribution to operational efficiency, strategic decision making, and responsibility to customer needs through an omnichannel supply chain. In the marketing sector, QPMF enables optimization of marketing strategies, personalization of campaigns and increased responsiveness to market trends.

Abstract

Extractive industries often face significant sustainability challenges, particularly regarding the social and environmental impacts of their activities. In this context, marketing strategy has a key role in shaping the company's image, responding to community expectations, and building project sustainability. Building a reciprocity framework for community engagement is becoming an increasingly recognized approach to achieving this goal. This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of marketing strategies in project sustainability management efforts in the extractive industry, with a focus on building a reciprocity framework to increase community involvement. The main objective is to identify the key factors that influence the success of sustainable marketing strategies and their impact on community engagement. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a multiple case study of companies in the extractive industry that have adopted sustainable marketing strategies and a reciprocity framework. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, analysis of related documents, and direct observation of marketing strategy implementation. The research results show that implementing marketing strategies in project sustainability management in extractive industries by building a reciprocity framework can create a positive impact on community involvement. Factors such as transparency, community participation and local empowerment have a critical role in shaping project sustainability and improving relations between companies and local communities.

Abstract

In the context of modern business that is increasingly intertwined with sustainability issues, the development of a brand sustainability strategy is becoming essential for companies that want to not only survive but also thrive. Social media marketing and marketing management are emerging as key forces in shaping sustainable brand identities, guiding organizations towards responsible business practices and empowering consumers. This research aims to explore the role of social media marketing and marketing management in the development of brand sustainability strategies. A key focus is on identifying how social media engagement and marketing management strategies can shape consumer perceptions of brands and lead to the implementation of sustainable business practices. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through in-depth interviews with marketing, brand management, and social media experts in organizations that have successfully integrated brand sustainability. Document analysis was also conducted to investigate the organization's social media campaigns, marketing materials, and sustainability reports. The results show that social media marketing plays an important role in conveying brand sustainability messages, creating consumer engagement, and building awareness of responsible business practices. Meanwhile, marketing management serves as a catalyst for integrating sustainability values in all aspects of an organization's marketing strategy and operations. Employee engagement and interdepartmental collaboration are key to the successful implementation of a brand's sustainability strategy.

Abstract

Advances in the field of artificial intelligence, particularly with the emergence of generative language models such as ChatGPT, have opened up new opportunities and challenges in a variety of disciplines. This research aims to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) of using ChatGPT in the context of education and the business world from various disciplines. The aim of this research is to explore the impact of using ChatGPT in education and the business world, detailing the advantages and disadvantages of this technology, and designing strategies to exploit its positive potential. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze literature, case studies, and subject responses regarding the use of ChatGPT. Data collection involved an in-depth literature review and content analysis of various relevant sources. The research results identified that ChatGPT's strength lies in its ability to provide fast responses, increase operational efficiency, and support decision-making processes. However, drawbacks include inaccurate information, lack of understanding of context, and potential privacy risks. Opportunities are seen in improved customer service, personalized learning, and product innovation. Meanwhile, threats involve the risks of over-dependence, data privacy, and potential misuse of the technology.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly digitally connected globalization, innovation and knowledge management play a crucial role in shaping the international business landscape. This study conducts a systematic literature review to explore the latest approaches in digital innovation and knowledge management, particularly in the context of international business in Indonesia. The analysis outlines the evolution of the concepts of digital innovation and knowledge management, identifies key trends, and evaluates their impact on global business strategies. The study provides in-depth insights into how companies can adopt and optimize digital innovation as well as leverage knowledge management to improve competitiveness in the global marketplace. Abstract

This research reviews Business Innovation and Critical Success Factors in the context of the digital transformation period for startups. Through econometric analysis, this research explores the influence of business innovation factors, adaptation to technology, risk management, marketing strategy, and human resource management on startup survival and success. These factors are analyzed to understand the extent of their contribution in predicting startup performance in this challenging era. The research methodology involves collecting secondary data from a number of startups operating in various industrial sectors. Econometric analysis was carried out to measure the relationship between these factors and startup business performance. The research results highlight the importance of integrating business innovation, technology adaptation, careful risk management, responsive marketing strategies, and effective human resource management in increasing startup success amidst changes in the digital business paradigm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Payroll Control System and Performance Benefits on Employee Performance at Bappeltibangda Cianjur Regency. The research method used is descriptive research, which analyzes research results without drawing broader conclusions. This research involves independent variables, namely Payroll Control System (X1) and Performance Allowance (X2), as well as the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y). Data collection techniques were carried out through field studies with questionnaires distributed to 84 respondents, and literature searches. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that there is a significant relationship between the Payroll Control System, Performance Benefits, and Employee Performance at Bappeltibangda Cianjur Regency. The results of statistical calculations using SPSS show the value of F = 51.503, and the value of Sig. = 0,000. With the calculated F value above the F table (3.11) and the Sig value. <0.05, H0 is rejected, so Ha is accepted. This means that the Payroll Control System (X1) and Performance Allowance (X2) variables together have a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y).

Abstract

Blockchain technology is a significant breakthrough in the world of modern supply chain management. In the Indonesian context, this study places emphasis on the acceptance of blockchain technology by professionals in the supply chain industry. The research is based on the understanding that efficient supply chain management is an essential element of business success in the current era of globalization. The integrated model developed in this research involves an inclusive approach that takes into account multiple perspectives from supply chain professionals. In the process, we analyze the level of acceptance of blockchain technology, identify the benefits that this technology can provide, and illustrate the potential role of blockchain in improving sustainability in the supply chain. The results show that the acceptance of blockchain technology in Indonesia is positive. Supply chain professionals recognize the added value that this technology can provide in improving transparency, security, and efficiency in their supply chains. The integrated model proposed in this study provides valuable guidance for Indonesian supply chain practitioners in implementing blockchain technology in their operations. As such, this research makes an important contribution to the understanding of the acceptance of blockchain technology in the context of supply chain management in Indonesia, which can support steps towards a more efficient, transparent, and sustainable supply chain in the future.

Abstract

Uncertainty in economic policy has become a significant challenge for companies in various industrial sectors. In this research, we disentangle the influence of economic policy uncertainty on the strategic contribution of marketing, operations, research and development in the modern business context. Through a qualitative approach, we explore how companies face the challenges of economic uncertainty and the strategies they adopt to overcome its negative impacts. In a marketing context, we highlight the importance of a deep understanding of changes in consumer behavior and flexibility in reaching market segments that still have strong purchasing power. On the operational side, we discuss how companies are managing risks associated with supply chain fluctuations and production costs through stronger collaboration and the adoption of innovative technologies. In terms of research and development, we highlight the importance of intelligent resource allocation, collaboration with external partners, use of data analytics, and product development that can improve a company's operational efficiency. By analyzing our findings, we conclude that companies need to take a proactive and innovative approach in managing economic policy uncertainty to ensure their long-term business growth and sustainability.
