Abstract

Character education is an effort made by teachers or schools as an effort to instill character values, religion, morals, ethics, to students through science. The role of education in fostering positive attitudes in students requires an in-depth approach directly in order to know how the character of the students so that it can play a role in fostering positive attitudes to students and can improve the character of the younger generation and the nation. This article discusses the approach in the role of character education in fostering positive attitudes of elementary school students using the literature study research method. Literature study research is an analysis of relevant literature sources to understand these aspects. The data and information obtained from the sources are then analyzed and compiled in the form of comprehensive writing. The results of this article show that the need for the role of character education in fostering positive attitudes of elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to facilitate the process of learning math multiplication operations, using Lego Brick game media can help and also improve students' learning ability in working on problems with the media. The research method used is literature review. The study method is a scientific method used to obtain data or information for predetermined purposes and interests. The results of this article can be concluded that developing game media in the form of lego bricks to help improve cognitive math skills of 8-year-old children is very effective for applying the media as learning because it uses concrete and real objects, can solve problems in learning multiplication operations easily, and is not boring.

Abstract

This article is designed to explore the importance of implementing Minangkabau Nature Culture learning in the learning process in elementary schools. Because with this Minangkabau Nature Culture learning can recognize the culture and traditional culture of the culture of the area he is in with BAM learning students can understand the history and identity of local culture but also to foster environmental awareness and sustainability. With the existence of BAM learning in schools, it can maintain Minangkabau culture and preserve local cultural identity so that it does not become extinct or shifted by outside cultures. Minangabau Nature Culture Learning as a solution to the cultural problems that arise on the island of Miangkabau. The method used in this article is a literature review. Because of its nature, this research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Descriptive research is a study of problem solving carried out by solving real problems, through collecting, compiling, classifying, analyzing, and interpreting data. The data collection method in this research is a literature review using journals and articles. The results of this article show that the need for the application of BAM learning in introducing existing cultural traditions to students, appreciating and applying the cultural values of minagkabau nature in student life.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal about the efforts of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers to increase students' interest in learning through the application of Interactive LED Smart TV learning media. This research has three research objectives including the following; First, to find out the plan of the Al-Qur'an Hadith teacher to increase students' interest in learning through the application of interactive LED smart TV media for students in class. The results of this research are: 1) Planning for the Al-Qur'an Hadith teacher in improving learning media through the application of Smart TV Interactive LED learning media, namely in the following way: a) Preparing the Syllabus b) Preparing the Learning Implementation Plan c) Preparing the learning media. 2) Implementation of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in improving learning media through the application of Smart TV Interactive LED learning media, starting from preliminary, core to closing activities. 3) Evaluation of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in increasing interest in learning through Smar TV Interactive LED learning media, namely through formative and summative evaluations.

Abstract

Ibnul Qayyim Rahimahullah revealed that teaching children the sentence of monotheism is done when the child begins to interact with the surrounding environment. Since this is when children begin to hear words and see movements, in accordance with the characteristics of early childhood, namely great imitators, it is by seeing and hearing that children will begin to imitate without being ordered. Children should be taught the sentence La ilaha illallah as the first sentence that children can say fluently. Monotheism is the basis for humans in worship, which is why children are taught from an early age about the oneness of Allah, rububiyah, uluhiyah, as well as asthma and the attributes of Allah. The application of monotheism in early childhood can actually be given since the child is still in the womb. This is believed by Zakiah Drajad who said that the basic pattern in implementing monotheism education as a child's character formation can be done by parents when the child is in the womb by inviting them to communicate gently, reading verses from the Koran which can help development. child's brain.

Abstract

Organizing Employee Recruitment at the Insprasi Learner Foundation is an educational institution that is committed to providing quality educational services for students and the community. In this effort, educational institutions need good public relations management to build a positive image, expand cooperation networks, and increase community participation in educational activities. In this article, we discuss the main functions of educational public relations management according to experts and the importance of public relations management in the implementation of education. We also reviewed the implementation of public relations management carried out by the Learner Inspiration Foundation, starting from planning, implementation, to evaluation. This evaluation includes customer satisfaction evaluation, employee performance evaluation, learning program evaluation, and social activity evaluation. By conducting regular evaluations, existing deficiencies can be corrected and the quality of educational services provided to students and the community can be improved.

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning media based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) to improve students' abilities in solving mathematical problems. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with four stages: definition, design, development and dissemination. The results of this research show that PBL-based E-LKPD learning media can improve students' analysis and synthesis skills in solving complex mathematical problems. Apart from that, this media can also increase students' motivation and interest in learning as well as learning effectiveness. In synthesis, this research shows that the development of PBL-based learning media can help improve students' abilities in critical thinking and analysis and improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of parental attention to student learning achievement. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documents. The research results show that parental attention has a positive influence on student learning achievement. Parents who give sufficient attention to their children will encourage their children to study harder and improve their achievements and parents provide important motivational encouragement to improve students' learning achievements. They must provide appropriate and sustainable learning motivation so that students remain enthusiastic in learning.

Abstract

In the process of educational leadership, it can generally be seen from the forms of activity leaders have characteristics, which include firstly pioneering creative efforts in educational and teaching activities, guiding, instructing, mobilizing, coordinating and advancing activities that are part of the institution carrying out the effort. education and teaching like schools as educational institutions. This research is a qualitative descriptive study designed to obtain information about a symptom at the time the research was conducted. The highest leadership in formal educational institutions is the principal who aims to make the school run well, namely by making various efforts made by the principal, one of which is making rules that are implemented well, making efforts to collaborate with various agencies to support the progress of the school, and carrying out approach with students to motivate learning. Apart from that, there are efforts from the school principal to motivate students to study hard and have good morals in order to achieve the school's vision and mission. The task of a leader is to be able to establish relationships both internally, namely with teachers, employees and students, and externally, namely with related institutions or agencies, being able to apply leadership principles and collaborate.

Abstract

Student management is very important and is also the most important foundation and integrated process in the management of educational institutions, including aspects of development and administration. The approach used in this research is qualitative research. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with research in the form of observation, interviews and document study. The location of this research was SMA Plus Yaspida Sukabumi. Inspections of school principals, deputy principals and teachers in infrastructure development including planning and implementation are carried out. In the world of education, curriculum is important and very important because without the right curriculum, students will not be able to achieve the right learning goals. As time goes by, in the world of education, the curriculum changes and everything changes to suit students' needs, so we hope that based on the results and discussion above students can adapt well. Jaspida High School has a built-in curriculum program and assessment and learning planning system that is similar to school exams.
