Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty at SFA Steak & Resto Gentan Mangesti, a growing casual dining restaurant. As competition in the culinary industry intensifies, restaurants are required to maintain consistent product quality while enhancing service performance to retain loyal customers. A quantitative associative research design was employed, involving 128 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis included validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression.The findings reveal that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, whereas service quality does not exhibit a significant direct influence. Nevertheless, both variables jointly contribute significantly to customer loyalty, with the model explaining 22.8 percent of the variance. These results indicate that customers in casual dining settings place stronger emphasis on functional aspects such as taste, consistency, and portion suitability when forming loyalty, while service quality is perceived as a complementary factor enhancing overall perceived value. Theoretically, the study reinforces the view that product quality serves as the foundation for long-term customer loyalty. Practically, the findings suggest the need for stronger product quality control and gradual improvement in service delivery. Future studies are encouraged to incorporate additional variables such as customer satisfaction, pricing, and restaurant atmosphere to broaden analytical insights.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Word-of-Mouth (WOM) and Electronic Word-of-Mouth (eWOM) on purchasing decisions at Salon Alesha Surakarta. This research used a quantitative approach with a total of 100 female respondents who had visited the salon from January to May. The measurement instruments consist of Likert-scale questionnaires covering WOM, eWOM, and purchasing decisions. The data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results show that: (1) WOM has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, (2) eWOM has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and (3) WOM and eWOM simultaneously influence consumer purchasing decisions. The findings emphasize the importance of managing consumer recommendations and online reviews to strengthen purchasing decisions and customer trust. This research contributes to marketing strategies for micro-scale service businesses, especially beauty salons that depend heavily on interpersonal communication and online reputation.

Abstract

Excessive workload can lead to physical and mental fatigue, while an uncomfortable work environment can reduce productivity. In fact, Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 5 of 2018 and Law No. 13 of 2003 regulate working hour limits and emphasize the importance of creating a safe and healthy work environment. This study aims to determine the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative with a saturated sampling technique, involving the entire population of 40 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using data quality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that workload has no partial effect on employee performance. However, the work environment has a partial effect. Simultaneously, workload and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that the combination of workload and work environment plays a crucial role in improving performance. Therefore, companies need to pay close attention to workload distribution and create a supportive work environment to ensure that organizational goals are achieved effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The success of a company cannot be separated from its existence and the influence of human resources in it. Human resources can be interpreted as the integrated ability of the mind and physical power possessed by an individual. In a company, employees are one of the most important elements, because without the role of employees the company will not run, even though various factors needed are available. This study aims to determine the workload and work environment on employee performance at PT Jayasegar Berkat Mandiri Sunter. The sample in this study were employees who work at PT Jayasegar Berkat Mandiri Sunter. The method used in this study is the associative quantitative method by conducting multiple linear regression analysis tests. This research was conducted using a quantitative method. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression using the Spss. Workload partially does not affect employee performance, Work Environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Workload and Work Environment simultaneously affect employee performance. Workload and Work Environment can explain Employee Performance by 95%.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) in an organization aims to manage recruitment, development, and enhance employee work spirit. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The research used a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique involving 50 respondents through the distribution of questionnaires. The results showed that work motivation had a significant influence on employee performance with a t-value of 3.651 > t-table 2.012 and a determination coefficient of 28%. Job satisfaction also had a significant partial effect with a t-value of 2.114 > t-table 2.012 and a contribution of 13.6%. Simultaneously, work motivation and job satisfaction influenced employee performance with an F-value of 16.742 > F-table 3.20 and an R² value of 0.416, indicating that both variables affected employee performance by 41.6%. Therefore, all hypotheses in this study are accepted.

Abstract

In today’s highly competitive business environment, employee performance is a crucial factor in achieving organizational goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Festival Suara Indonesia Jakarta Selatan. The research applied a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected from 34 employees through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 27. The analysis techniques included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results show that both workload (X1) and work environment (X2) partially have a significant impact on employee performance (Y), as indicated by the t-value of workload 2.999 > t-table 2.040 with a significance of 0.005 < 0.05, and the t-value of work environment 2.356 > t-table 2.040 with a significance of 0.025 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence employee performance, proven by the F-value of 27.030 > F-table 3.30 and a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.636 indicates that 63.6% of the variation in employee performance is explained by workload and work environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran fitur Shopee PayLater dalam mendorong engagement konsumen Generasi Z pada platform Shopee di Pekalongan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap enam informan dari Generasi Z yang telah memanfaatkan Shopee PayLater setidaknya satu kali dalam satu tahun terakhir. Hasil analisis secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa Shopee PayLater dianggap sebagai fitur yang sederhana, praktis, dan jelas, sehingga membangun kepercayaan pengguna terhadap layanan tersebut. Penggunaan PayLater juga mendorong engagement konsumen melalui meningkatnya frekuensi membuka aplikasi, mengikuti promo, dan melakukan pembelian berulang. Selain itu, pengalaman positif dalam menggunakan PayLater meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas, serta kecenderungan pengguna untuk merekomendasikan layanan tersebut kepada orang lain. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Shopee PayLater berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai metode pembayaran, melainkan juga sebagai faktor yang memperkuat interaksi dan kedekatan antara Generasi Z dengan platform Shopee.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of CV. Mitra Abadi Sablon, a printing service company focusing on plastic cup screen printing in Surakarta City. The research employs a case study method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The main data sources consist of promotional activities, in-depth interviews with the business owner, and relevant literature. Data analysis is conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and verification. The findings indicate that the marketing strategy emphasizes product customization based on customer demand, flexible pricing with wholesale schemes for large orders, promotion through word-of-mouth recommendations, and service-oriented distribution. Several challenges are identified, including price competition with large-scale printing platforms, fluctuations in raw material prices, and inconsistent digital promotion activities. This study recommends improving professionalism in digital marketing management, strengthening customer and feedback management, enhancing price transparency, and increasing operational capacity in order to maintain and improve the company’s competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media promotion and food content creator endorsements on consumer purchasing decisions for Raja Cireng products in Kebumen. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey technique through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results show that partially, neither social media promotion nor food content creator endorsements have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, both variables also have no significant effect, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.027 or 2.7%, which means that only a small portion of purchasing decisions can be explained by these two variables. This finding indicates that the digital promotion strategy used has not been effective in influencing consumer purchasing behavior in local areas such as Kebumen. This study provides implications that marketing approaches need to be adapted to the demographic characteristics and preferences of local consumers to achieve more optimal results.

Abstract

Sustainability report disclosure drives continuous improvement in company operations. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and leverage on sustainability report disclosure in the financial statements of cement manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2024 period. The research method used a quantitative descriptive approach. The population used was five cement manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2024 period. The sampling technique used probability sampling, resulting in a sample of 30 sustainability report and annual report data from cement manufacturing companies. The results show that profitability (ROE) has no significant partial effect on sustainability report disclosure, as evidenced by a t-test result of 0.590 > 0.05. Leverage (DER) has a significant partial effect on sustainability report disclosure, as evidenced by a t-test result of 0.002 < 0.05. The f-test result of 0.009 < 0.05 indicates that profitability and leverage simultaneously influence sustainability report disclosure. Further research is expected to use other variables that have an influence on sustainability report disclosure so that the results obtained are more influential.
