Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of price perception, brand equity, product quality on purchasing decisions. The subject of this research is the Vario 150 CC product which was carried out in Kebumen district. The number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents who used Vario 150 CC motorbikes using incidential techniques. The research results show that: partially price perception has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, partially brand equity influences purchasing decisions, partially product quality influences purchasing decisions, and simultaneously price perception, brand equity and product quality jointly influence purchasing decisions, it can be concluded that together the variables of price perception, brand equity and product quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work loyalty, work environment and communication on organizational citizenship behavior in non-medical personnel at PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng Hospital, Kebumen Regency. The population and sample in this study were all non-medical employees at the PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng Hospital, totaling 50 people. The data analysis method uses validity, reliability and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that loyalty, work environment and communication have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior both partially and simultaneously

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the role of customer satisfaction as an intervening variable between service quality and customer value on repurchase intention among Honda AHASS Kebumen workshop customers. The population of this research is the customers of the AHASS Honda workshop on Jl. Kusuma No. 14 Kebumen with 100 customers. Data analysis techniques use descriptive and statistical analysis techniques including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, correlation analysis and path analysis with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 24.0 program. The results of the research show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Customer value has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, and customer satisfaction has an effect on repurchase intention and customer satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between service quality and customer value on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of investment decisions proxied by PER, profitability proxied by NPM, dividend policy proxied by DPR on company value proxied by PBV in Consumer Goods Industrial Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2019 period. . The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. The research results show that investment decisions (PER) have no significant effect on dividend policy (DPR), profitability (NPM) have a significant effect on dividend policy (DPR), investment decisions (PER) have a significant effect on firm value (PBV), profitability (NPM) significant effect on company value (NPM), dividend policy (DPR) has a significant effect on company value (PBV), investment decisions (PER) on company value (PBV) through dividend policy (DPR) shows that investment decisions have no effect on company value through dividend policy, profitability (NPM) on company value (PBV) through dividend policy (DPR) shows that profitability has no effect on company value through dividend policy

Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial performance of mining sector companies listed on the IDX on the LQ-45 index for the 2019-2021 period. Measurement of liquidity ratios uses the current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio proxies. Meanwhile, profitability ratios are used as ROA, ROE and NPM proxies. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using secondary data sources obtained from the websites of each mining company. The results of the research show that the ADRO company has liquidity conditions from the quick ratio and cash ratio (categorized as very good), but the current ratio (categorized as poor). At the ANTM company the liquidity conditions from the current ratio and quick ratio (categorized as poor), but the cash ratio ( categorized as very good). For INCO, ITMG and PTBA companies, liquidity conditions in terms of current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio (categorized as very good). Meanwhile, from the general profitability ratios of ROA, ROE and NPM for the 2019-2021 period in all mining sector companies ADRO, ANTM, INCO, ITMG and PTBA (in the poor category), this is because sales, income and sales prices have decreased so that profits decreased but did not result in losses.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) are a mixture of energy, body, inspiration, talent, knowledge, creativity and expertise needed to move industry. This research aims to identify the influence of spirituality in the workplace, the influence of compensation and employee conflict on employee loyalty at the JNE Express company in Denpasar, Bali Province. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population and illustrations in this research are 34 employees at JNE Express. Methods for collecting information in this research include interviews, questionnaires, and library research. The information analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression. Sourced from the research above. the influence of workplace spirituality has a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty in the JNE Express industry in Denpasar and compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty in the JNE Express industry in Denpasar, whereas work conflict has a negative and significant influence on employee loyalty in the JNE Express industry in Denpasar. workplace spirituality, compensation and work conflict simultaneously have a significant influence on employee loyalty in the JNE Express industry in Denpasar, Bali Province

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Company Size, Profitability, Asset Structure on Capital Structure listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 – 2022. Capital structure is part of the dependent variable, while the independent variables include company size, profitability and asset structure. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector, the food and beverage sub-sector, which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 – 2022. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and a sample of 12 companies was obtained. Data were collected from the annual reports of each company concerned and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that company size partially has no significant effect on capital structure. This is evidenced by its significance value, which is 0.449 > 0.05. Profitability partially has no significant effect on Capital Structure, this is evidenced by its significant value, namely 0.745 > 0.05. And Asset Structure has no significant effect on Capital Structure, this is evidenced by its significance value of 0.002 < 0.05.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce competition cannot be avoided by every company that wants to develop its business. The increasing intensity of competition and the number of competitors requires companies to always pay attention to customer needs and desires and try to meet customer expectations by providing more satisfying services than competitors do. Thus, only quality companies can compete and dominate the market. The aim of the research is to see what strategies analysis are carried out by the Dadok Tunggul Hitam Padang Laundry to improve the quality and productivity of its services. This research uses qualitative methods and is classified as field research with semi-structured interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings from this research are that the Dadok Tunggul Hitam laundry has several strategies to improve its quality and productivity in serving its customers

Abstract

The study aims to find out the influence of the variables of service quality, product quality, and price on purchasing interest in khayla beauty clinics. The study uses a quantitative approach involving 100 patients from the clinic concerned. The analytical techniques used are double linear analysis with the help of SPSS version 26, while the data sources are derived from primary and secondary data. Data collection is carried out through the dissemination of questionnaires to respondents. The results of the analysis showed that the variables of service quality, product quality, and price influenced purchasing interest at Khayla Beauty. The analysis of the double linear regression coefficient indicated that the highest value was obtained from the product quality variable. In other words, the higher the quality of the given product, the greater the purchasing interest that appears in the consumer. This study has its limitations because it was only done on the consumers of the Khayla Beauty Clinic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisi pengaruh Brand Credibility, Brand Engangement, dan Social Media Marketing, terhadap Brand Loyalty di Viera Oleh-oleh Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan Brand Loyalty sebagai variabel dependen dan tiga variabel independen Brand Credibility, Brand Engangement, dan Social Media Marketing. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 170 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel Brand Credibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Loyalty. Brand Engangement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Loyalty. Social Media Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Loyalty.
