Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify the effects of product development and customer satisfaction by studying the consumers of Fresh Care Smash. This research is important to conduct because consumers are currently more selective in choosing products based on innovation, packaging, content, and usage experience. Without product development that suits market needs, customer loyalty may decline. The data of this quantitative study was harvested from questionnaires regarding product quality, variance, convenience, style, and design as well as consumer’s expectation fulfilment distributed to 100 respondents selected via purposive sampling technique. The instrument has been tested for its validity and reliability, and the acquired data has been examined for their normality, heteroscedasticity, and linearity, while coefficient of determination and t-test were also performed. All of the statistical processes were performed using SPSS version 30.0.0. This study finds that product development significantly influences consumer satisfaction and that indicators of product development such as product quality, variance, style, and design also have positive and significant influences on consumer satisfaction. Abstract

This study evaluates the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices of PT Greenfields Indonesia Dairyfarm 1 Malang using the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) framework, which emphasizes three key dimensions: People, Planet, and Profit. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that PT Greenfields has successfully carried out CSR initiatives across all TBL dimensions. In the People aspect, the company has contributed to community welfare, healthcare, education, and infrastructure. The Profit dimension is addressed through community empowerment and partnerships involving dairy cow farming and forage crops like dwarf elephant grass and corn stalks. The Planet component includes environmental sustainability efforts such as reforestation and greening initiatives. Despite these achievements, weaknesses remain in the People aspect, particularly concerning infrastructure development. To address these shortcomings, the study suggests (a) enhancing supervision, (b) strengthening collaboration with community leaders to increase public satisfaction, (c) broadening the scope of infrastructure-related CSR activities, and (d) involving more community members in CSR programs. Moreover, leveraging positive CSR outcomes is recommended to reinforce the company’s long-term sustainability and public legitimacy.

Abstract

The rapid growth of tourist destinations in Batu City has posed challenges for travel agencies in designing efficient tourism routes. Ineffective routing can lead to extended travel time, tourist dissatisfaction, and operational inefficiencies. This study aims to design optimal tourism routes using the Minimum Spanning Tree (MST) method through Prim’s algorithm and to compare manual calculations with those generated by QM for Windows software. A descriptive quantitative approach with a replication model was employed, involving one purposively selected key informant—a travel coordinator at Tour and Travel Agency X—due to their expertise in route planning. Primary data were collected through structured interviews, while secondary data, including inter-location distances, were sourced from Google Maps and internal documents. The sample comprises four predefined tour packages. Analysis involved constructing a weighted graph, followed by MST calculations conducted manually and using QM for Windows. Results indicate that QM for Windows consistently produces shorter routes than manual computation. However, practical implementation still requires consideration of real-world factors such as road conditions and agency policies. This study offers practical insights for data-driven tourism route planning and contributes to more efficient and customer-centered travel operations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of job stress and job satisfaction on the turnover intention of outsourcing employees at PT Swakarya Sinar Sejahtera. Turnover intention, defined as employees' tendency to leave the company, negatively impacts work efficiency and organizational performance. This quantitative study collected data through a survey involving a total population of 135 outsourcing employees, using distributed questionnaires. The examined variables are job stress as the first independent variable, job satisfaction as the second independent variable, and turnover intention as the dependent variable. The validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the data. Classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, were performed using SPSS version 25 software. The data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression to assess the relationships between the variables. The results indicate that job stress significantly and positively affects turnover intention, while job satisfaction significantly and negatively affects turnover intention, and the interaction between job stress and job satisfaction was found to have a significant impact on turnover intention. This study concludes that managers should focus on managing job stress among employees and enhancing their job satisfaction to reduce turnover intention.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in Malang City, especially those engaged in culinary business, play a crucial role in developing the municipality’s economy. However, the last Covid-19 and the fierce competition have hindered their contributions to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). Therefore, in order to increase the enterprises’ performance, managerial strategies such as total quality management (TQM) and lean production need to be implemented, although past studies found inconsistencies about their effectiveness. The objective of this research is to identify the effects of TQM and lean production on the performance of culinary MSMEs in Malang City. The data of this quantitative explanatory study was harvested via questionnaires and was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that TQM positively and significantly influences the enterprises’ performance and that lean production also has positive and significant effects the said performance, suggesting the acceptance of the first and second hypotheses. These findings highlight the importance of effective operational strategies to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs engaged in culinary business.

Abstract

This explanatory quantitative study aims to examine how transformational leadership style and Islamic work ethics influence sustainable human resource performance at SMP IT Al Mumtaz in Pontianak, with intrinsic motivation as a moderating variable. This census study included all 50 employees as the sample. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using multiple linear regression in IBM SPSS 30.0 for Windows. The study found that transformational leadership style, Islamic work ethics, and intrinsic motivation significantly positively affect sustainable human resource performance. Furthermore, intrinsic motivation mediates the relationship between transformational leadership style and sustainable human resource performance but does not mediate the effect of Islamic work ethics on sustainable human resource performance.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determined the effects of organizational culture and compensation on Intention To Stay with Job Satisfaction as Mediator of PT Telkomsel Employee. Using quota sampling, 122 employees of PT Telkomsel were involved as the respondents of this quantitive explanatory research. The results of the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) indicate that organizational culture has significant effect on job satisfaction, that compensation has significant effect on job satisfaction, that organizational culture does not have any significant influence on intention to stay, that compensation does not have any significant on intention to stay, that job satisfaction has any significant effect on intention to stay, that organizational culture has any significant effect on intention to stay through job satisfaction, and that compensation has any significant effect on intention to stay through job satisfaction

Abstract

This quantitative study aims to analyze the effect of workload, workplace environment, and career development on the job satisfaction of employees of PT Pejaten Jaya Abadi. The data were collected through questionnaires filled out by 120 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression in IBM SPSS 30. This study finds that workload has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, while workplace environment and career development have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, workplace environment has the greatest influence on job satisfaction compared to other variables. The coefficient of determination value of 79.9% indicates that these independent variables are able to explain most of the variation in job satisfaction. Based on the findings above, this study recommends that thecompany manage workload proportionally, create a conducive workplace environment, and improve career development programs in order to improve employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the direct and indirect effects of work-life balance on employee performance at Perumda Air Minum Tugu Tirta of Malang City with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This quantitative explanatory research investigates causal relationships among variables through hypothesis testing. The sample consists of 173 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique, targeting all permanent employees at the company. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in SmartPLS version 4. The results show that work-life balance has a direct, positive, and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, work-life balance also positively and significantly affects job satisfaction, which in turn has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The findings further indicate that work-life balance indirectly affects employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of workload and career development on turnover intention of employees of PT XYZ in the property sector. A quantitative and explanatory approach was used to test the causal relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 68 respondents from a population of 217, while the selection was carried out using the non- probability sampling method. However, this study collected data from 120 respondents, using instruments that had been tested, to increase the accuracy and representativeness of the results. After going through the classical assumption test, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, followed by hypothesis testing; the entire statistical process was carried out using IBM SPSS version 25. This study finds that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, that career development has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and that both variables simultaneously also have a significant effect on turnover intention of employees of PT XYZ.
