Fokus ABDIMAS (Jurnal Ilmiah Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) diterbitkan oleh STIE Pelita Nusantara Semarang dengan tujuan mempublikasikan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bersifat aplikatif, inovatif, dan memberikan dampak nyata bagi masyarakat. Pengelolaan wilayah pedesaan berbasis kearifan lokal Termasuk tata kelola desa, pembangunan berkelanjutan, dan community development. Pengembangan Ekonomi, Kewirausahaan, Koperasi, Industri Kreatif, dan UMKM Seperti pelatihan manajemen keuangan, manajemen usaha, pemasaran digital, dan inkubasi bisnis. Pengembangan teknologi berwawasan lingkungan Meliputi teknologi ramah lingkungan, pengelolaan limbah, dan edukasi lingkungan untuk masyarakat. Inovasi teknologi dalam bisnis Termasuk penerapan teknologi informasi, digitalisasi proses bisnis, aplikasi akuntansi dan manajemen berbasis IT, serta solusi otomatisasi usaha. Jurnal ini menerima artikel yang berasal dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, pendampingan, pelatihan, pemberdayaan komunitas, implementasi teknologi tepat guna, evaluasi program, serta best practices yang relevan dengan bidang akuntansi dan manajemen.

Abstract

This community service activity is in partnership with small and medium batik businesses. The partner location is in the city of Pekalongan. Our target is batik owners/managers in the city of Pekalongan. One of the visions is to train batik owners to be skilled, independent and able to get opportunities to implement clean production. So training is needed regarding knowledge of various opportunities for implementing cleaner production. The solution method is to provide training on implementing cleaner production. The results of this activity can increase the knowledge and skills of batik owners thereby increasing their competence.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the local economy, serving as a solution to unemployment. Remarkably, they manage to survive in various economic conditions. However, many operate solely based on business instincts and do not consider the evolving business landscape. Therefore, it is essential to provide information through communication and education. This is especially relevant for MSME entrepreneurs in the Pedurungan Tengah neighborhood in Semarang, particularly those in the culinary/food industry. Outreach efforts should focus on communicating and delivering the latest information, especially regarding online marketing, both in terms of sales and promotions. Abstract

The aim of village development is to build villages so that they have development capacity and independence through village financial independence which is characterized by high capacity of Regional Original Income. Pengalangan Village actually has local potential as an alternative source of income for the village, one of this potential is a park known as Sunflower Park. The limited ability of local communities to develop tourism village programs and the rainy season has damaged the condition of tourist attractions, so efforts are needed to revitalize them. That is why the development of tourist villages requires assistance from stakeholders. The aim of the Lecturer and Student Community Service packaged in the Thematic KKN Program from Wijaya Putra University is to revitalize and restore the potential function of Sunflower Park to become a tourist destination in Pengalangan Village. The assistance provided is revitalizing tourist attractions by repairing tourist attraction machines, making outbound rides, providing assistance in increasing Knowledge Skills or technical managerial abilities for tourism managers, and forming tourism awareness groups involving BUMDes, Village Level Karang Taruna, and MSME actors in Pengalamgan Village.

Social media is platform or means of digital communication that allow individuals and groups to interact, share information, and participate in online activities. Social media have become an integral part of the daily lives of many people around the world, and they have a huge impact in various fields, including communications, marketing, politics, and culture. However, the use of social media can also involve risks such as online privacy, security data, and the spread of false or inaccurate information. Promoting the use of social media and digitalization wisely is very necessary, especially for MSMEs that conduct business online so that undesirable things do not happen related to statutory regulations. Abstract

Community empowerment activities were carried out in Drancang Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency through real work lectures (KKN). The aim of this service is to provide training about digital marketing to residents and assistance in packaging food products to Lento Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The method used in implementing this service is giving direct lectures to residents and providing assistance to MSMEs business locations about improving product quality by packaging food products more attractively and hygienically. The result of this service activity is that residents increasingly understand the concept of digital marketing and are starting to be inspired to become entrepreneurs by utilizing online business. For MSMEs actors, Lento’s business is expected to produce quality food products with attractive packaging and hygiene is maintained.

Abstract

This community service program is carried out in the Balongan Kragan beach area in Rembang Regency. One of the problems or weaknesses faced by Partners is the low level of knowledge about marketing management and the limited application of marketing management in developing tourist attractions. So the team formulated a program to develop the Balongan beach tourist area through destination branding. Holding marketing management training, one of which is discussion and mentoring for partners, namely managers of the Balongan Beach tourist area. The material provided in tourism marketing and development training includes: 1) Marketing Management, 2) Destination Branding of Tourist Attractions, 3) Advertising communication strategies and 4) Creative Strategies in Tourist Attraction Development. Abstract

Sendangasri Village is included in the 28 tourist villages designated by the Rembang Regency government as Arts and Culture Tourism Villages. The results of the Community Service Team's observations at the Sendangasri Tourism Village succeeded in identifying that unprofessional management resulted in the Sendangasri Tourism Village still rarely being visited by tourists. This management problem is also supported by the fact that most managers have their own busy schedules, so managing tourist villages optimally is still not possible. The solution offered is to optimize the functions and roles of tourism village managers through motivational and management training. This service activity is carried out through several methods to solve problems, namely observation, training and mentoring. The results of the service carried out in Sendangasri Village are (1) There has been an increase in the performance of tourism managers, (2) There has been an increase in the tourism management capabilities of tourism village managers. Abstract

The study aims to analyze the situation of the UMKM industry in the Desa Pundenarum, Kecamatan Karangawen Kabupaten Demak, and its impact on the management of assets. The study focuses on the importance of aset as a crucial component of a company that must be managed effectively and efficiently to achieve the desired results. The study consists of several steps, including determining the status of the aset, inventarisasi kekayaan dan masa pakai aset, menjaga nilai aset tinggi dengan usia panjang, minimisasi biaya, menghasilkan manfaat optimal, and pengamanan aset. By implementing these steps, the company can minimize risks related to the aset's performance, thereby enhancing the performance of the company. The study is conducted on 20 participants from the UMKM industry in the Desa Pundenarum, Kecamatan Karangawen Kabupaten Demak. The agenda includes the study of aset, klasifikasi aset, and manajemen aset yang terdiri dari enam siklus yang terdiri inventarisasi aset, penilaian aset, dan optimalisasi aset. The study also focuses on the importance of the aset's performance in the management of assets in the UMKM industry. By implementing these steps, the company can optimize its assets and achieve the desired results, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the UMKM industry in the Desa Pundenarum, Kecamatan Karangawen Kabupaten Demak.

Abstract

Danial Cake & Bakery adalah UMKM yang memproduksi kue tart yang berada di Desa Sumurpule Kecamatan Kragan Kabupaten Rembang. Dalam Pengabdian ini Tim KKU Universitas YPPI Rembang melakukan pengembangan usaha Danial Cake & Bakery. Kuliah Kerja Usaha (KKU) merupakan sarana untuk mengantarkan mahasiswa menuju kehidupan masyarakat yang sesungguhnya. Metode yang digunakan terdapat 3 tahapan, yaitu Kegiatan Pra-Survei, Analisis Kebutuhan, dan pelaksanaan pendampingan program. Masalah yang dihadapi UMKM Danial Cake & Bakery yaitu UMKM belum mempunyai legalitas usaha dan UMKM belum mempunyai media pemasaran. Adapun Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah agar produk dapat dikenal lebih luas dan memberikan pendampingan program terkait pembuatan akun dan tata cara pengurusan legalitas melalui Online Single Submission (OSS). Hasil kegiatan KKU yaitu mempunyai legalitas usaha dan pemasangan papan penunjuk arah dari pinggir jalan utama menuju tempat lokasi UMKM yang memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat atau konsumen mengetahui lokasi UMKM. Abstract

The partner in this activity is POKMAS Guyup Rukun Dusun Kebonalas, Sukoreno Village, Prigen, chaired by Mr. Rofik Usmanto as Babinkamtibmas in Prigen. The daily organizer of the Watoe Delean is Mr. Subkan. The problems felt are not internal problems or problems with local residents because Watoe Delean was created based on initiative of residents who wanted tourist attractions in their area. The existing problems are more about facilities and marketing problems. This tourist attraction has actually been operating since 2019. Due to Covid-19, this tourist attraction only functions as a rest area for those who pass through this area on their way to Mojokerto or Pandaan. Because this place is relatively new, it is very natural that the existing facilities are still inadequate. However, water, electricity, prayer room and toilet facilities are available because these are requirements that must be met by the management who collaborates to manage the Perum Perhutani forest area. With the end of the Covid-19 pandemic, this tourist spot needs to be reorganized so that it can be used as a tourist spot in accordance with the original purpose of its establishment. So it is necessary to revitalize and organize, especially the existing facilities at this tourist spot. Promotion also required so that this place is visited by many tourists, both local and foreigners.
