Abstract

The success and failure of a company is often determined by the important role of its human resources. There are many factors that influence employee performance, including servant leadership, motivation and work discipline. Likewise at Hamaka Bali Adventure, servant leadership, motivation and work discipline are factors that can influence employee performance. There is attention and findings regarding the issues of servant leadership, motivation and work discipline in an effort to improve and increase employee performance in accordance with the aim of this research to determine the influence of servant leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at Hamaka Bali Adventure. The population in this study was 35 person. The number of samples in this study was 35 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The results of the study showed that 1). Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hamaka Bali Adventure. 2). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hamaka Bali Adventure. 3). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hamaka Bali Adventure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, self efficacy, and physical work environment on employee performance. The location of this study is at the Bangli District Health Office. The population used employees at the Bangli District Health Office and a sample of 64 employees determined by saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques use Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Correlation Test, Coefficient of Determination, F Test and t Test. The results showed that career development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The advice that can be given by researchers is that the Bangli District Health Office should provide socialization on career development procedures to employees, rearrange the workspace to be more comfortable, and always provide motivation to employees.

Abstract

Pelita Air Service Denpasar is an airline company that faces tight competition in the national aviation industry, so it needs to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty which can be formed through service quality and appropriate priceperceptions. This research aims to determine the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the influence of service quality andprice perception on customer loyalty. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative design. The sample taken was 100 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling, so that the respondents were customers of PT. PelitaAir Service Denpasar. The data collection method in this research isquestionnaires. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this research show that 55.2% of the variation in customer loyalty of PT. Pelita Air Service Denpasar is influenced by service quality, price perception and customer satisfaction. Based on hypothesis testing in path analysis, the resultsobtained are: (1) service quality and price perception have a positive effect on customer satisfaction; (2) service quality, priceperception, and customer satisfaction have a positive effect on customer loyalty; (3) customer satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of service quality and price perception on customer loyalty at PT. Pelita Air Service Denpasar.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an important thing that a company must pay attention to. The more aspects that suit the individual's wishes in their work, the higher the level of job satisfaction that will be felt. Job satisfaction can improve employee performance by paying attention to the work environment that the company pays attention to, the work motivation provided by the company and the work stress that is handled within the company. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work motivation and work stress on employee job satisfaction at Ulun Ubud Resort & Spa Gianyar. The population in this study were all employees of Ulun Ubud Resort & Spa Gianyar, totaling 38 people. Determining the number of samples using a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 38 employees. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that the work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Ulun Ubud Resort & Spa Gianyar.

Abstract

The population in this study were 42 employees of the Mitra Sejahtera Cooperative, Siangan Gianyar Village. Regarding the sample, the sample in this study was 42 people who were determined using the census method or saturated sample. This research uses a number of data collection methods, both in the form of primary data and secondary data consisting of interview methods, questionnaires and documentation studies. To analyze the data, this research used five methods, including research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, determination analysis, and t test. The results of the research show that Organizational Culture, Job Training and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Mitra Sejahtera Cooperative, Siangan Village, Gianyar. This means that the better these three factors are, the more the performance of the Mitra Sejahtera Cooperative employees in Siangan Gianyar Village will improve.

Abstract

The current economic climate is becoming more competitive, necessitating management and development forall types of organizations to stay relevant. Companies and government agencies alike need to be aware of theirresources, particularly their human resources. This study aims to ascertain the impact of career development, transformational leadership, and job stress on employee performance at Natural Skin Care Company's Angelo Storein Gianyar. The study's population comprised all 32 employees of the Gianyar Regency-based Angelo Store CompanyNatural Skin Care Products. Saturated sampling is the method of sampling that is employed. Questionnaires,observations, literature reviews, and interviews are some of the methods utilized in the data collection process.Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 is the methodology employed. The results of this study show that transformational leadership at Angelo Natural Skin Care's Products Store Company,Gianyar Regency, has a favorable and statistically significant impact on staff performance. At Angelo Natural Skin Care'sProducts Company, Gianyar Regency, career development has a major and favorable impact on employee performance.Workplace conflicts at Gianyar Regency's Angelo's Products Natural Skin Care Store Company have a major anddetrimental impact on employees' performance. Future researchers can incorporate or apply more independent variables that influence performance, such as work-life balance, job competency, and job satisfaction.

Abstract

A new shopping trend thas has emerged among today’s society is shopping online, especially after the emergence of many electronic commerce or what we usually know as e-commerce. The decision to use can be interpreted as choosing from two or more existing alternatives and choosing one of them, where the alternative choice that consumers choose depends on their needs which can encourage them to make the right choice, such as choosing to use e-commerce Shopee. This research aims to find out and explain E-Word of Mouth, Brand Trust, and E-Service Quality on Usage Decisions. The sample in this research was 96 respondents who were e-commerce Shopee users in Denpasar City. Determining the sample in this research used a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear analysis. The research results show that E-Word of Mouth, Brand Trust, and E-Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Usage Decisions.

Abstract

Every organization needs quality human resources to achieve the company's planned goals. For success in a company, employees who have good performance are needed because this performance will determine the extent of the employee's ability to carry out the tasks assigned to him. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of work family conflict, compensation, and self-efficacy on employee performance at the Badung Regency Agriculture Service. The population in this study were 56 employees of the Badung Regency Agriculture Service. The sample in this study was 56 respondents who were determined based on the saturated sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the work family conflict variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at the Badung Regency Agriculture Service; while the compensation and self-efficacy variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Badung Regency Agriculture Service.

Abstract

The population in this study were 50 employees of PT Sari Rambut Abuan Bangli. Regarding the sample, the sample in this study consisted of 50 people who were determined using the census method or saturated sample. This research uses a number of data collection methods, both primary data and secondary data consisting of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. To analyze the data, this research used five methods, including research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, determination analysis, and t test. The research results show that Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sari Rambut Abuan Bangli. This means that the better these three factors are, the better the performance of PT Sari Rambut Abuan Bangli employees will be.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work stress, work discipline and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Bumi Sentosa Denpasar using a sample of 45 employees. The sampling technique used was the census method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS version 26 software. Based on the results of the analysis, this research shows that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bumi Sentosa Denpasar. This means that the better the work environment, the better the employee performance at PT. Bumi Sentosa Denpasar. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bumi Sentosa Denpasar. This means that the better the work stress, the better the employee performance at PT. Bumi Sentosa Denpasar. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bumi Sentosa Denpasar. This means that the better the work discipline, the better the employee performance at PT. Bumi Sentosa Denpasar.
