Abstract

Work discipline, competence, and work motivation are important factors that influence employee performance in supporting the achievement of company goals. PT. BPR Karuna Ramanda Sejahtera, as a financial institution, faces challenges in ensuring that employees are able to perform optimally. This study was conducted to analyze the influence of work discipline, competence, and work motivation on employee performance in the company. The results of this study are expected to provide strategic recommendations to improve overall employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and multiple linear regression. The research sample consisted of 34 respondents, who were all employees of PT. BPR Karuna Ramanda Sejahtera, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire that measured the variables of work discipline, competence, work motivation, and employee performance. Data processing was carried out using statistical analysis using the t-test and the coefficient of determination. The results show that work discipline, competence, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has the most dominant effect on employee performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that companies increase employee rewards, provide additional training to improve competence, and improve discipline in terms of working hours. These efforts are expected to encourage increased productivity and more optimal performance in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leverage, institutional ownership, and liquidity on company value. The population in this study consists of infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the observation period of 2020-2022. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique based on criteria determined by the researcher. Based on the sample selection criteria, 40 companies and 120 samples were obtained. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, which was processed using the SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that leverage and liquidity do not affect company value, while institutional ownership has a positive effect on company value.

Abstract

The success or failure of a business is directly related to its human resources, making them a valuable asset. Therefore, good human resource management is very important for the growth of a company's efficiency and productivity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between employee performance at LPD in Selemadeg District and leadership style, motivation, and organizational culture that emphasizes change. The Village Credit Institution (LPD) in Selemadeg District, Tabanan Regency, was the location of this investigation. The influence of transformational leadership style, intrinsic motivation at work, and corporate culture on productivity was the focus of this study. The staff of the Village Credit Institution (LPD) in Selemadeg District, Tabanan Regency (n=80) were the population and sample of this study. Due to the small sample size (less than 100), all employees were included as respondents in the multiple linear regression analysis conducted using SPSS version 25 software. The sampling approach used was the saturated sampling method, also known as the census method. The village credit institution (LPD) in Selemadeg District, Tabanan Regency, will see an increase in employee performance as a direct result of a more transformational leadership style, according to this study's analysis of the relationship between transformational leadership, work motivation, and organizational culture.

Abstract

Kinerja ialah hasil dari pekerjaan yang sudah diraih tiap individu disebuah perusahaan yang selaras dengan kewajiban masing-masing untuk meraih target yang sudah dibuat dengan legal, juga tidak menyimpangi hukum yang ada. Pengkajian ini tujuanya guna mengamati pengaruh motivasi kerja, komunikasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengkajian ini diselenggarakan di Toko Besi Krisna Jaya yang beralamat di Jl Bypass Dharma Giri, Buruan, Blabatuh, Gianyar. Populasi menggunakan seluruh pekerja Toko Besi Krisna Jaya serta sampelnya sejumlah 31 karyawan. Untuk mengambil sampelnya bermetode sampling jenuh yang mana semua populasi dibuat sebagai sampel. Untuk menganalisa datanya memakai pengujian Multikonearitas, Normallitas, Regresi Linier Berganda, Heteroskedastisitas, Uji t serta Determinasi (R2). Pengkajian ini menghasilkan bila motivasi kerja berdampak signifikan positif pada kinerja karyawan, komunikasi berdampak signifikan positif pada kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berdampak signifikan positif pada kinerja karyawan.    Performance is defined as the result of the work achieved by each individual in a company in accordance with their respective obligations to achieve legally established targets, without violating existing laws. The objective of this study is to observe the influence of work motivation, communication, and work discipline on employee performance. The present study was conducted at Krisna Jaya Iron Shop, which is located at Jl Bypass Dharma Giri, Buruan, Blabatuh, Gianyar. The population of this study comprised all Krisna Jaya Iron Shop employees, with a sample size of 31 employees. The sample was obtained through the implementation of a saturated sampling method, wherein the entire population was utilized as the sample. To analyze the data, we employed a variety of statistical tests, including multicollinearity, normality, multiple linear regression, heteroscedasticity, t-test, and determination (R2) tests. The study's findings indicate that work motivation exerts a substantial positive influence on employee performance, while effective communication demonstrates a significant positive impact and work discipline shows a substantial positive impact as well.

Abstract

Human resources always play an active and dominant role in every organizational and business activity, because humans are the planners, actors, and determinants of the realization of organizational and business goals. Human resources are one of the most decisive factors in the success or failure of an organization or company. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of individual characteristics, organizational climate, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Mason Elephant Park & Lodge Gianyar. The population in this study was employees at Mason Elephant Park & Lodge Gianyar. The sample in this study consisted of 59 respondents, using a saturated sampling method where the entire population was used as the sample. The analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis processed using the SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on the analysis results, this study shows that individual characteristics, organizational climate, and job satisfaction each have a significant positive effect on employee performance at Mason Elephant Park & Lodge Gianyar. Suggestions for further research include developing this study by adding variable variations such as job training, leadership style, and knowledge sharing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Penghargaan, Lingkungan Kerja Dan  Budaya Kerja Karyawan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Kontrak Pada Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) Rumah Sakit Umum di Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang bertugas di bagian IGD yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Teknik Sampel Jenuh, dimana penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penghargaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) Rumah Sakit Umum di Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) Rumah Sakit Umum di Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung. Budaya kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) Rumah Sakit Umum di Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung. Peneliti menyarankan agar peneliti selanjutnya hendaknya menambahkan variabel lainnya seperti pengendalian internal, kompensasi, kompetensi dan lainnya serta selain itu diperlukan penambahan jumlah sampel dan memperluas ruang lingkup penelitian yang tidak hanya terbatas di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) Rumah Sakit Umum di Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung.   This study aims to analyze the influence of employe rewards, work environment, and work culture on job satisfaction among contract employes at the Emergency Department (ED) of General Hospitals in Klungkung Regency. The population in this study consists of all employes working in the Emergency Department, totaling 40 people. The sampling technique used is the Saturated Sample Technique, where this study uses the entire population as the sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results indicate that rewards have a positive influence on job satisfaction in the Emergency Department (ED) of General Hospitals in Klungkung Regency. The work environment has a positive influence on job satisfaction in the Emergency Department (ED) of General Hospitals in Klungkung Regency. Work culture has a positive influence on job satisfaction in the Emergency Department (ED) of General Hospitals in Klungkung Regency. Researchers suggest that future researchers should add other variables such as internal control, compensation, competence, and others. Additionally, it is necessary to increase the sample size and expand the scope of the research beyond just the Emergency Department (ED) of General Hospitals in Klungkung Regency.

Abstract

Effective and efficient utilization of company resources is essential to demonstrate the condition of a company, which is usually presented in financial reports. This study aims to explain the effect of company size, capital structure, and profitability on company value in transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023. The population used in this study is transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study uses all transportation companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2023 with a saturated sampling technique. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that company size, capital structure, and profitability in transportation companies have a significant positive effect on company value. Suggestions for further research include developing this study by adding variables and company sectors.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan perusahaan karena perannya yang sangat penting dalam menjalankan fungsi dan mencapai tujuan organisasi. Karyawan diharapkan dapat melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dengan penuh semangat dan dedikasi untuk mencapai target yang ditetapkan. Permasalahan rendahnya tingkat retensi karyawan masih menjadi tantangan bagi perusahaan, termasuk PT. Alex Villass Concrete Mengwi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap retensi karyawan di perusahaan tersebut.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 47 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Alex Villass Concrete Mengwi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda untuk melihat sejauh mana pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap retensi karyawan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil ini, perusahaan disarankan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih mendukung, memberikan kompensasi yang adil, dan mendorong loyalitas karyawan agar tingkat retensi dapat ditingkatkan.   Human resources constitute a pivotal element in the success of a company, owing to their indispensable role in executing operations and attaining organizational objectives. Employees are expected to carry out their duties and responsibilities with enthusiasm and dedication in order to achieve the targets set. The issue of low employee retention rates continues to present a significant challenge for companies, including PT. Alex Villas Concrete Mengwi. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee retention within the company. The present study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a survey method. The data presented herein was collected through the administration of questionnaires to 47 respondents, all of whom were employees of PT. Alex Villas Concrete Mengwi. The data analysis technique employed was multiple linear regression, the objective of which was to ascertain the extent of the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee retention. The findings indicated that job satisfaction exerted a positive and significant influence on employee retention. Job satisfaction has been demonstrated to exert a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has been demonstrated to exert a positive and significant influence on employee retention. In light of these findings, it is recommended that the company implement measures to foster a more supportive work environment, ensure equitable compensation, and promote employee loyalty to enhance retention rates.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung perekonomian daerah Bali, khususnya pada sektor berbasis budaya lokal. Namun, keterbatasan dalam penerapan strategi branding menyebabkan rendahnya tingkat brand awareness dan kinerja pemasaran UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi branding terhadap brand awareness dan kinerja pemasaran UMKM di Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap pelaku UMKM di beberapa wilayah di Provinsi Bali. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan bukti empiris bahwa strategi branding berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand awareness dan kinerja pemasaran UMKM. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar rekomendasi bagi pelaku UMKM dan pemangku kepentingan dalam merumuskan strategi penguatan merek berbasis kearifan lokal guna meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di Bali.   Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in supporting the regional economy of Bali, particularly in sectors based on local culture. However, limitations in implementing effective branding strategies have resulted in low levels of brand awareness and marketing performance among MSMEs. This study aims to analyze the effect of branding strategies on brand awareness and marketing performance of MSMEs in Bali. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving MSME owners in several regions of Bali Province. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings are expected to provide empirical evidence that branding strategies have a positive and significant effect on brand awareness and marketing performance. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for MSME practitioners and policymakers in formulating branding strategies based on local wisdom to enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs in Bali.
