Abstract

Employee performance can be influenced by many factors such as workload, work discipline, and organizational commitment. Problems with employee performance have a significant impact on the sustainability of a company. There are many cases related to employee performance faced by PT. Bonofactum Kerobokan Badung. PT. Bonofactum Kerobokan Badung experiences fluctuations in production target achievement. This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative. The population used is PT. Bonofactum employees, and the sample size is 83 people. The results of the study show that workload, work discipline, and organizational commitment each have a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The researcher's suggestion is that PT. Bonofactum should review the number of work targets assigned to employees so that it can set more proportional work target policies that do not cause excessive burdens on employees, give warnings or sanctions to employees who arrive late without acceptable reasons, always appreciating every contribution made by employees to the company so that employees feel valued and motivated to remain committed to the organization, and periodically providing training to improve employees' abilities in meeting their daily/weekly work targets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work-family conflict, organizational citizenship behavior, and job placement on employee job satisfaction at BKPSDM Badung Regency. This study is quantitative in nature. The population in this study consists of all 87 employees of BKPSDM Badung Regency. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample technique, where the selection in this study uses the entire population. The data analysis technique used in this study was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that work-family conflict had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction at BKPSDM Badung Regency. This means that a decrease in work-family conflict in the work environment of BKPSDM Badung Regency employees can have a positive impact on increasing job satisfaction. Organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at BKPSDM Badung Regency. This means that the better the organizational citizenship behavior of each employee, the more positive the impact on increasing job satisfaction at BKPSDM Badung Regency. Job placement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at BKPSDM Badung Regency. This means that the more appropriate the job placement of employees implemented by the Badung Regency BKPSDM, the more positive the impact on increasing job satisfaction. The researcher suggests that future researchers should add other variables such as internal control, compensation, competence, and others. In addition, it is necessary to increase the number of samples and expand the scope of the research beyond the Badung Regency BKPSDM.

Abstract

Human resources represent a pivotal component within the economic framework. This is due to the perception of humans as diligent individuals who play a pivotal role within institutions, whether they be organizations or agencies. In accordance with the pivotal function of human resources, job satisfaction is a pivotal factor in determining the extent to which employees have contributed maximally to their workplace. A multitude of factors have been identified as contributors to employee job satisfaction, including workload, work environment, and work-life balance. The objective of this article is to understand how workload, work environment, and work-life balance affect employee job satisfaction at The Flea Market, Seminyak. In this article, the sample size at The Flea Market was 50, employing saturated sampling as the sampling technique, while the analysis technique utilized was multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of the study suggest that the work environment exerts a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, work-life balance demonstrates a positive and significant impact, while workload exhibits a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In the interest of providing counsel to future researchers, it is recommended that they consider the addition of other independent variables that have the potential to affect employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Royal Bali Adventure Bongkasa is a nature-based tourism service company that serves domestic and foreign tourists. The company is required to have qualified employees in order to provide optimal service. However, employee performance has not been optimal due to the influence of transformational leadership, organizational climate, and individual characteristics that have not been fully optimized. This study used a quantitative method with saturated sampling technique, where all 36 employees were sampled. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Royal Bali Adventure Bongkasa, which means that if leadership is good, performance will also increase, (2) organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Royal Bali Adventure Bongkasa, which means that the better the organizational climate, the higher the employee performance, (3) individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Royal Bali Adventure Bongkasa, which means that the better the individual characteristics of an employee, the higher the employee performance shown.

Abstract

Human resources are a major factor in determining the success of an organization, so companies need to ensure that employee performance is optimized. Employee performance is influenced by several important factors, such as competence, job satisfaction, and work discipline. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance at Kuta Puri Bungalows Villa & Resort, which is motivated by the phenomenon of low competence standards, lack of employee satisfaction with career opportunities, and high absenteeism as an indicator of low work discipline. The population of this study was all 31 employees of Kuta Puri Bungalows Villa & Resort. The type of data used in this study is quantitative. The sample size was determined using saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 31 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and t-test using SPSS program.

Abstract

In an era of competition in the digital service sector, drivers of application-based food delivery services must continuously improve their performance to maintain service quality and company competitiveness. One way to maintain and improve performance is to evaluate factors influencing driver job satisfaction so that human resource management can be carried out more optimally. This study aims to determine the effects of incentives, work flexibility, and work safety on the job satisfaction of ShopeeFood drivers in Denpasar City. A quantitative approach with a survey technique was used for the research method. The study sample consisted of all 70 ShopeeFood drivers in Denpasar City using a total sampling method. Research data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that incentives have a positive and significant effect on driver job satisfaction, indicating that fair and proportional incentives can increase satisfaction. Work flexibility also positively and significantly affects job satisfaction, suggesting that the freedom to manage work time provides drivers with comfort. Additionally, work safety positively and significantly affects driver job satisfaction. Therefore, implementing an appropriate incentive system, providing adequate work flexibility, and ensuring work safety guarantees can increase the job satisfaction of ShopeeFood drivers in Denpasar.

Abstract

The growth of financial technology (fintech) in Indonesia, particularly in the Industry 4.0 era, has accelerated significantly. This development is driven by digital transformation and high levels of technology adoption, especially among the younger generation. A survey by Kredivo and the Katadata Insight Center (KIC) indicates that domestic PayLater users are predominantly millennials and Gen Z. Although PayLater users are dominated by millennials and Gen Z, when compared in terms of financial literacy, the data shows that Gen Z has the lowest financial literacy. Furthermore, while the use of fintech services like Shopee PayLater provides easier access to shopping, its use also carries potential risks. Additionally, aside from being influenced by financial literacy and risk perception, interest in using Shopee PayLater can also be influenced by self-control. The objective of this study is to test and determine the influence of financial literacy, risk perception, and self-control on interest in using the Shopee PayLater fintech service. This study was conducted in the city of Denpasar. The population in this study consists of Generation Z in Denpasar, totaling 226,450 people in 2024. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula; based on the calculation using the Slovin formula, the sample size for this study was set at 100 respondents. Furthermore, the technique used for sample selection was purposive sampling. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on interest in using Shopee Paylater fintech among Generation Z in Denpasar; risk perception has a positive and significant effect on interest in using Shopee Paylater fintech among Generation Z in Denpasar; and self-control has a positive and significant effect on interest in using Shopee Paylater fintech among Generation Z in Denpasar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of digital marketing, price perception, and brand image on consumer purchase intent toward Yuli Kebaya Bali. The increasingly fierce business competition in the traditional Balinese clothing sector, as well as fluctuations in consumer purchasing power affecting Yuli Kebaya Bali, make consumer purchase intent a critical factor in business sustainability. Therefore, an appropriate marketing strategy is needed to boost consumer purchase intent. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of all Yuli Kebaya Bali consumers. The sampling technique utilized accidental sampling, with a sample size of 105 respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest in Yuli Kebaya Bali. Price perception has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest in Yuli Kebaya Bali. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest in Yuli Kebaya Bali. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that digital marketing, price perception, and brand image play a crucial role in increasing consumer purchasing interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, digital marketing, and brand image on purchasing decisions at Cubic Art Bali. The phenomenon of increasing competition in the arts and crafts industry requires companies to strengthen product quality, digital marketing strategies, and brand image in order to enhance consumer purchasing decisions. The research design employed is quantitative research using an associative approach. The population in this study consists of Cubic Art Bali consumers, while the sample consists of 144 respondents obtained through a non-probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used include Validity and Reliability Tests, Classical Assumption Tests, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, as well as t-tests and F-tests. The results of the study indicate that: (1) product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions; (2) digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions; and (3) brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions. These findings suggest that the higher the product quality, the more effective the digital marketing strategy, and the more positive the brand image, the higher the purchase decisions of consumers at Cubic Art Bali.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-family conflict, self-efficacy, and workload on employee performance at PT. BPR Artha Bali Jaya (Head Office). This is a quantitative study. The population in this study consists of all employees of PT. BPR Artha Bali Jaya (Head Office), totaling 40 people. The sampling technique used is the Saturated Sampling Technique, where the selection in this study utilizes the entire total population. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study indicate that work-family conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Artha Bali Jaya (Head Office). Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Artha Bali Jaya (Head Office). Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Artha Bali Jaya (Head Office).
