Abstract

The capital market, which is a vital instrument in the modern economy, serves as a meeting place for the supply and demand of investments. Among the various sectors in the capital market, the property and real estate sectors play a significant role, especially in the economy of a country. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Price to Earnings Ratio, and Current Ratio on Stock Returns. This research employs a quantitative method and secondary data. The population consists of 89 Property & Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2023, with a sample size of 91 company data points obtained using purposive sampling technique with unbalanced panel data. Based on data analysis using SPSS Statistics 25, the results indicate that Net Profit Margin has a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns, while Debt to Equity Ratio, Price to Earnings Ratio, and Current Ratio do not have an effect on Stock Returns.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine how work discipline and leadership affect employee performance in the management department of Karawang Regional General Hospital. In this study, path analysis methods were used along with quantitative methodology to determine correlation, determination, and path coefficients. Researchers use f-test and t-test analysis to assess hypotheses. There are 45 samples in total, all of whom work in the management division. The following conclusions are drawn from the findings of the analysis: (1) Leadership (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a positive, moderate, and significant relationship, with a correlation value of 0.549. (2) With a path coefficient value of 0.854, there is no partial and significant influence of Leadership (X1) on Employee Performance (Y). (3) With a path coefficient value of 0.001, employee discipline (X2) has a partial and significant effect on employee performance (Y). (4) Results showed that work discipline (X2) and leadership (X1) had a significant and simultaneous influence on employee performance (Y), with the influence of 50.3% of both factors and the influence of 49.7% of other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the income of asphalt bean household businesses in Loli Oge Village, Donggala Regency. This research uses qualitative research using primary and secondary data. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis used is descriptive , namely calculating revenue, production costs and business income. The results of income analysis calculations show that the Asphalt Nut household business is very profitable because the income received by the owner for one month is IDR . 2,696,333,- per month, received revenue of IDR. 6,000,000,- per month minus production costs of IDR. 3,303,667,-. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of quality of work life, job characteristics, quality of work life, and organizational commitment on the performance of Semarang City Health Service employees. This type of research is explanatory research. The results of the quality of work life variable, job characteristics variable, organizational commitment variable, and performance variable have a KMO value which indicates that the criteria for adequacy of this research sample have been met. Based on hypothesis testing and mediation effect testing results obtained: 1). Quality of work life has a positive influence on organizational commitment; 2). Job characteristics have a positive effect on organizational commitment; 3). Quality of work life influences performance; 4). Job characteristics have a positive effect on performance; 5). Organizational commitment has no effect on performance; 6). Organizational commitment is not a variable that mediates the influence of quality of work life on performance; 7). Organizational commitment is a variable that mediates the influence of job characteristics on performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Mobile Banking and ATM on Financial Performance. The approach in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collected in this research is secondary data obtained by researchers via the official website www.idx.co.id of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The population of this research is 47 banking companies registered on the IDX. Sample collection was carried out using a purposive sampling method, so the samples that met the criteria in this research were 20 banking companies. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS. Based on the partial T test hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that the Mobile Banking and ATM variables partially have a significant positive effect on Return on Equity and Return on Assets. Based on the simultaneous F test hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that the Mobile Banking and ATM variables simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Return on Equity and Return on Assets of general banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2018-2022.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of price perception, service quality, and location on customer satisfaction at CK Motor Body Repair Workshop in Purbalingga. This research employs a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. The sample consists of 113 customers of CK Motor Body Repair Workshop in Purbalingga, selected using purposive sampling with the criteria: 1) having used the services of CK Motor Body Repair Workshop at least twice, and 2) having an income. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression techniques with SPSS version 25. The findings indicate that 1) price perception has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, 2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and 3) location does not affect customer satisfaction. Therefore, CK Motor Body Repair Workshop should focus on offering appropriate pricing and improving service quality to enhance customer satisfaction. Location does not need to be a primary concern, allowing the workshop to redirect attention and resources towards improving pricing and service aspects that are crucial for customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The adaptation of technology by organizations often leads to techno-overload, a situation where technology forces users to work faster and longer, resulting in decreased performance and increased stress. This research aims to identify the relationship between techno-overload to performance, and emotional exhaustion of employees through the theoretical basis of definitions and findings from several experts. The method used was a systematic literature review following the stages of identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion. Articles were collected from the Scopus database. From this process, 15 selected articles were analyzed in depth to explore the relationship between techno-overload, performance, and emotional exhaustion. The results showed that techno-overload, a situation where individuals feel overwhelmed by the technology they have to use, can lead to emotional exhaustion. Individuals who experience emotional exhaustion tend to feel physically and emotionally drained, thus unable to give their best in their work. In addition, emotional exhaustion also reduces employees' motivation and ability to contribute to their full potential, which ultimately results in decreased performance and difficulty in maintaining concentration. This research indicates that organizations need to manage techno-overload well to reduce its negative impact on emotional exhaustion and improve employee performance.

Abstract

The current technological development accelerates innovations in marketing, especially through sosial media, which enables companies to interact more directly with consumers and influence their decisions. This research was conducted to determine the impact of communication and Instagram sosial media content on purchasing decisions at Sage Dish. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with non-probability sampling techniques through purposive sampling. The population in this study involved Instagram followers who have previously purchased products at Sage Dish. A sample of 210 followers was used, calculated using Slovin's formula. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and processed using Partial Least Squares 3 (PLS3). The analysis results show that both simultaneously and partially, communication and Instagram sosial media content have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Sage Dish.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of promotion strategies through Instagram social media on customer satisfaction at Athena Barbershop. Involving 342 customer respondents, data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to assess perceptions of Instagram promotions and the level of satisfaction with the barbershop's services. This research employs a quantitative analysis, specifically simple regression analysis, with data processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 27.0. The results of the study indicate that the promotion strategy using Instagram social media has a significant influence on customer satisfaction at Athena Barbershop.

Abstract

Occupational safety is a crucial issue in the mining industry, given the high risk of accidents that can occur in the field. The mining industry plays an important role in the economy of many countries, especially those rich in natural resources. The purpose of the research is to analyze the effect of safety culture and work environment on safety performance. This research uses quantitative analysis with survey methods. The sample in the study was 154 hauling operators and the analysis tool used SEM-PLS. the research results state that there is a positive and significant influence on safety culture and the work environment on safety performance. This suggests that the results of the study can provide a strong basis for companies to develop and strengthen safety culture programs that focus on increasing awareness and compliance with safety procedures among hauling operators. In addition, improvements in the design and condition of the work environment can create a safer and more comfortable working environment, which in turn will improve safety performance and operator productivity. The implications of the research show that a good safety culture and work environment significantly improve the safety performance of hauling operators at PT XYZ. To improve safety, the company should intensify safety training and rewards, improve working conditions, and adopt the latest safety technologies and procedures. With these measures, PT XYZ can reduce work incidents, increase productivity and strengthen its safety reputation.
