Abstract

This study aims to find out how the position of tax law according to the view of Islamic law. This is very important to do because 82% of the source of state revenue of the Republic of Indonesia comes from taxes. In conditions of such high dependence on taxes, in the midst of society there are still pros and cons about the existence of tax law. This research is focused on seeing how the practice of collecting Income Tax (PPh), Value Added Tax (VAT) and Land and Building Tax (PBB) as the three largest sources of state revenue in Indonesia, then comparing it with the practice of collecting state revenue during the reign of the Prophet SAW, analyzing the causes of the emergence of taxes in Islamic governments, formulating tax criteria according to sharia and implementing taxes according to shari'a in collection PPh, VAT, and UN in Indonesia. This study uses a conventional research model that uses a qualitative approach and data collection methods based on documents and literature. The results showed that taxes have existed since the reign of the Prophet (peace be upon him) in the form of Jizya, Kharaj, 'Usyr, in addition to the main sources of income of Ghanimah, Fa'i and Zakat. Of the 6 types of income sources above, currently only Zakat can be collected, resulting in the emergence of Ijtihad in the form of Tax (Dharibah) by Ulil Amri to overcome the lack / vacancy of Baitul Mal. Although Ulama allows taxes (Dharibah), but in collecting income tax, VAT and UN in Indonesia it is still not in accordance with Shari'ah, so there are taxes that need to be improved and some types of taxes must be removed.

Abstract

Ports are the main key in export and import trade activities, but ports in carrying out their functions are assisted by several sectors that influence each other. Then this regard, depots have a significant role in supporting the smooth distribution of the flow of goods at the port because container depots are located in strategic places close to the port to speed up the shipping process. With the continued rapid development of technology, it has a positive impact on the development of transportation because it is in line with the increasing human need to send goods practically, efficiently and safely from all weather conditions, therefore there are often many internal and external obstacles that influence inventory management and container distribution. at the depot, in this case this research will discuss problems at the depot and the strategic analysis that will be achieved in these problems, which is expected to optimize the management of inventory and distribution of containers at the depot.

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of the percentage of gembili (Dioscorea esculenta) starch substitution in making sago cheese cake on consumer acceptance through the aspects of color (outside and inside), aroma (butter/cheese and gembili), taste (cheese, gembili and sweet ), and texture (brittle). The research will take place from January 2022 to November 2023 at Jakarta State University. This research is included in quantitative research with experimental methods for 3 treatments (10%, 20% and 30% substitution). Testing with organoleptic tests, namely hedonic tests carried out on 30 somewhat trained panelists. The results of statistical hypothesis testing using the Friedman test show that there is no effect of gembili starch substitution in making sago cheese cake on consumer acceptance in all aspects, so it can be decided that 30% gembili starch substitute for sago cheese cake is the most preferred formula in general and recommended to be developed in further efforts to improve local food that has functional properties.

Abstract

The Pontianak Kapuas River has a narrow shipping lane with a one-way route system. To reduce the danger in sailing in the shipping channel, a navigation tool is needed in the form of cardinal buoy. Based on the information obtained, there is a cardinal buoy 1 that has collapsed and endangered the shipping lanes. So it is necessary to carry out a hydrographic-bathymetric survey using the Multibeam Echosounder (MBES) technology. This survey aims to identify the coordinates and direction of the cardinal buoy object. The sounding method is a method used to obtain water depth data in the survey area. After processing the data, it was found that the coordinates of the cardinal buoy that collapsed were 0°4'29" N - 109°10'02" E and experienced a position shift of around ± 38 meters. The cardinal buoy that have been found do not block the shipping lanes because of their position as far as 240.39 meters from the shipping lanes. For this reason, the cardinal buoy that has collapsed does not need to be lifted, only a marker bouy is given,
