Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum offers opportunities for educational institutions to develop curricula that align with the unique characteristics and needs of their students. SMP IT Shidqia Islamic School, as an integrated Islamic educational institution, has several flagship programs that emphasize Islamic values and character building. This study aims to explore strategies for integrating the school’s flagship programs with the Merdeka Curriculum within the framework of curriculum management. A descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach was used. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the integration is carried out by aligning the school’s vision with the learning objectives of the Merdeka Curriculum, strengthening the role of teachers as facilitators, and implementing flexible lesson module development that includes local content and Islamic values. This integrative strategy is considered effective in enhancing curriculum relevance and reinforcing the school’s identity as a value-based educational institution. The study recommends ongoing professional development for teachers and strengthened collaboration among school stakeholders to optimize contextual and sustainable curriculum management.

Abstract

This study aims to explore students' perceptions of Bahasa Indonesia as a national identity in the era of globalization and their potential role in promoting the language internationally. Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, this study involved 20 junior high school students in East Jakarta who were selected purposively. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and limited observations, then analyzed using open, axial, and selective coding techniques. The results showed that students viewed Bahasa Indonesia as a symbol of national unity, felt proud of the international recognition of the language, and acknowledged the ease of the structure of Bahasa Indonesia compared to foreign languages. In addition, students were aware of their strategic role in promoting the language through social media and digital content, and saw the potential of Bahasa Indonesia as an international language that could strengthen the nation's competitiveness and cultural identity. These findings indicate the importance of updating the Bahasa Indonesia curriculum that does not only focus on technical aspects, but also builds national and global awareness.

Abstract

SMEs contribute significantly to global carbon emissions, making the implementation of green innovation and the circular economy crucial for improving performance while ensuring environmental sustainability. The circular economy is an economic concept focused on waste reduction and the reuse of resources through strategies such as recycling, reuse, and sustainable design. This concept aims to create a regenerative economic system by minimizing the exploitation of natural resources and reducing negative environmental impacts. Meanwhile, green innovation refers to the development and application of environmentally friendly innovations in products, processes, and business models to enhance resource efficiency and reduce industrial emissions and waste. This study aims to analyze the influence of both concepts on SME performance. Data were collected from 479 articles indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) databases, and analyzed using co-occurrence, co-citation, and bibliographic coupling techniques with the help of VOSviewer software. The findings indicate that green innovation and the circular economy significantly enhance SME performance, particularly in terms of operational efficiency, competitiveness, and market reputation. Green innovation dimensions, such as green process and product innovation, are proven to support business performance, while circular economy indicators in social, economic, and environmental aspects serve as key factors for sustainability. This study provides strategic insights for SMEs to integrate green practices into their business strategies in order to achieve long-term competitive advantage.

Abstract

The research "Framing Online Media Coverage by Detik.com and Tempo.co on the Nusantara Capital Project during the First 100 Days of the Prabowo-Gibran Administration" aims to understand how Detik.com and Tempo.co frame news about the Nusantara Capital Project during the first 100 days of the Prabowo-Gibran administration, published from October 20, 2024, to January 28, 2025. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using Robert N. Entman's framing model, which has four analytical devices: defining the problem, determining the cause of the problem, making a moral judgment, and recommending a solution. The data sources come from three news articles published by Detik.com and three news articles published by Tempo.co. The research results show that the online media Detik.com and Tempo.co frame the sustainability of the Nusantara Capital City (IKN) development project from different perspectives. Detik.com emphasizes the sustainability of the IKN project as a priority for the Prabowo-Gibran administration. Tempo.co highlights the need for a reevaluation of the IKN project by the new administration.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has brought significant impacts in the world of education, both on the positive and negative sides. This study aims to identify and address the negative impact of the use of digital technology in the learning process, especially at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 Gresik. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with observation techniques and interviews with teachers and students. The results show that although technology facilitates access to information and improves learning efficiency, its uncontrolled use can cause distraction, decreased learning focus, and moral and social disruption of learners. In addition, unwise use of the internet can also lead to addiction, cyberbullying and misuse of information. To overcome this, collaboration between teachers, schools and parents is needed to build character, organize appropriate learning strategies, and provide controls and facilities that support the positive use of technology. Cultivating digital ethics and technology literacy are key to creating a healthy and responsible learning environment in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management strategy of the Independent Curriculum through the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) with the theme of Voice of Democracy at the Senior High School level. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach through a case study method, with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis related to project implementation. The findings show that the success of the project is highly dependent on collaborative planning between teachers and students, participatory implementation of activities, and evaluation based on critical reflection on the learning process and outcomes. The implementation of this project has a positive impact on strengthening students' character, especially in forming attitudes as active citizens, critical thinkers, and responsible in social and democratic life.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika value in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) through Social Sciences (IPS) learning at SMPIT Misbahussudur, Depok City. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was collected through interviews, observations, and analysis of curriculum documents. The results of the study indicate that the integration of diversity values ​​is effective when designed collaboratively, linked to the social context of students, and implemented through project-based learning. Activities such as local cultural exploration, cross-cultural dialogue, and student creative actions strengthen awareness of the importance of tolerance and unity in diversity. Despite challenges, such as limited resources and time, strategies such as teacher training and the use of digital media are able to support smooth implementation. IPS learning has proven to be a strategic medium in instilling the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika value contextually and meaningfully.

Abstract

Affiliate thread content on social media has become an increasingly common marketing strategy, particularly in reaching active digital users. On platform X, affiliate threads are still frequently encountered by users and are typically presented in the form of persuasive narratives combined with attractive product visuals. This format has the potential to influence users emotionally and trigger spontaneous purchasing behavior. This study aims to examine the relationship between the intensity of exposure to affiliate threads and users’ impulsive buying behavior, while also exploring how consumer decision-making processes can be explained using the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM). This research applies a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 100 respondents who are active users of platform X and have previously read or made purchases through affiliate threads. The exposure variable was analyzed through three main indicators: frequency, duration, and attention. Meanwhile, the impulsive buying variable was examined through four components: spontaneity, compulsive urge, emotional involvement, and disregard for consequences. Data analysis was conducted using the Spearman Rank correlation test. The findings show a very strong and significant relationship between exposure to affiliate thread content and impulsive buying behavior. The peripheral route was found to be the dominant path in explaining purchase decisions, evident in the strong influence of product visuals, narrative appeal, and ease of access to purchase links. However, a small number of respondents also showed signs of central route processing, particularly when evaluating product usefulness and financial impact. These results indicate that both routes in ELM remain relevant in understanding impulsive consumer behavior in the digital age.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the deep learning approach in science subjects in the context of the Independent Curriculum in Indonesia. The background of the study shows that the Indonesian education system faces challenges in improving the quality of meaningful learning and developing 21st century skills. The purpose of the study is to analyze the concepts, principles, and strategies for implementing deep learning in science learning and evaluate their suitability with the Independent Curriculum. The method used is a systematic literature study of scientific literature from reputable international journals for the period 2020-2025. The results of the study show that deep learning in education emphasizes in-depth conceptual understanding, active student involvement, and the development of high-level thinking skills. The implementation of deep learning is in line with the principles of the Independent Curriculum which emphasize meaningful learning, differentiation, and the development of Pancasila student profiles. The conclusion of the study shows that the integration of the deep learning approach can improve the effectiveness of science learning in the Independent Curriculum through problem-based learning strategies, collaborative projects, and the use of adaptive learning technology. The implications of this study are important for the development of education policies and science learning practices in Indonesia.

Abstract

An exclusive interview titled “President Prabowo Answering” involving seven national media journalists discussed political and social issues as a form of the President's accountability to the public as well as an effort to improve political communication. This research aims to reveal the civilphobia discourse through Rodney H. Jones' digital discourse analysis, focusing on four elements: text, context, action and interaction, as well as ideology and power. The results of the analysis show that in the text element, there is a statement from the President that seems to reject criticism and blame the third party. In the context, it is known that the invited journalists came from credible media, and the video was made in response to public unrest. The action and interaction elements were analyzed through responses on social media such as YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Instagram, which showed active discussions about the term civilphobia. Meanwhile, in the aspect of ideology and power, it was found that YouTube is an effective medium in spreading ideology and shaping public perception. This video reflects how digital media plays a strategic role in building political communication between the government and the public, as well as in shaping massive public images and opinions.
