Abstract

Islamic boarding schools play a major role, namely, as motivators, innovators, and community dynamists so that the relationship between pesantren and the community becomes harmonious, as a result, the existence and presence of Islamic boarding schools in community empowerment become stronger. The purpose of this journal is to see the success of the Royatul Qur’an Boarding School in implementing personnel management with reference to seven main activities, namely recruitment (personnel procurement), personnel development and development, personnel promotion and transfer, compensation for personnel, personnel welfare, personnel evaluation, termination of employment. employment relationship (PHK). This type of research is field research, namely research conducted with the direct aim of excavating and researching data relating to the effectiveness of the implementation of personnel management and what factors influence the implementation of personnel management at the Royatul Qur’an Integrated Islamic Boarding School in Batam. Abstract

The community has the right and responsibility for the existence of quality educational institutions. similar to the regulations contained in Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic boarding schools that the implementation of an internal quality assurance system absolutely must be carried out well. However, based on the results of research conducted in several Islamic boarding schools in Bogor, we do not fully understand the stages of quality assurance. Several existing Islamic boarding schools have a quality assurance team but they are not the oldest in the organizational structure. This means that the human resources appointed as the quality assurance team include but are not legally formalized in a decision letter, this means that the Islamic boarding school implements quality assurance components but is not implemented administratively. This research aims to first, analyze the need for developing an internal quality assurance system model in Islamic boarding schools. Second, to develop an internal quality assurance system model in Islamic boarding schools. Third, to test the feasibility of the internal quality assurance system model in Islamic boarding schools. The research uses the Research and Development method, using the ADDIE model. The results of the research findings showed that the analysis of the need for developing an internal quality assurance system in Islamic boarding schools was carried out in the first two stages of the field needs analysis consisting of 9 Islamic boarding schools with 11 respondents. The conclusion was that 100% of respondents needed an internal quality assurance system model for Islamic boarding schools to guarantee the quality of education. boarding school. Second, document analysis consisting of internal quality assurance system documents issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture's primary and secondary education, as well as internal quality assurance system regulations issued by law number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic boarding schools, became a reference in preparing a model for the internal quality assurance system in Islamic boarding schools. . The Islamic boarding school internal quality assurance system model produces a product in the form of the SPMI model in Islamic boarding schools which explains the internal quality assurance cycle including planning the quality of Islamic boarding school education, preparing plans to improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools, implementing plans to improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of plans to improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools, setting standards. new quality and developing strategies to improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools. Third, a one to one test was carried out with educational management experts, linguists and experts in the field of Islamic boarding school with validation test results by experts in educational management of 81% "decent", language experts of 88% "very worthy", experts in the field of Islamic boarding school of 76%. "worthy". Then revisions were made based on the experts' assessments and suggestions to produce a second prototype. The next stage is implementation in the form of implementation, carrying out a feasibility test on practitioners with an average validation result of practitioners of 90% "very feasible", then producing a third prototype. Next, it goes to the final stage, namely evaluating the third prototype by carrying out revisions based on previous expert assessments so that a product is produced. end. Abstract

This research aims to find out the thoughts of Imam Prayogo and Amin Abdullah regarding the tree of knowledge and spider web models, to find out the differences in the thoughts of the two figures. By using data collection techniques in the form of studying and collecting data through reading materials sourced from primary books and secondary books related to the two figures discussed. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, and the type of research used is library research, namely collecting data or scientific writing aimed at the object of research or library data collection. From the research results, it was concluded that Imam Prayogo placed greater emphasis on the hierarchy and structure of knowledge rooted in revelation as the main foundation, with a focus on modernization and renewal of Islamic thought. Amin Abdullah, meanwhile, highlights the deep integration between Islamic and secular sciences in dealing with the complexities of contemporary life, placing the Qur'an and Sunnah at the center of his scientific framework.

Abstract

Among the many thinkers and observers of Islamic education, Wahid Hasyim's name is still rare and has received less attention about his ideas regarding the problems of contemporary Islamic education. In addition to his thoughts and struggles related to the State, the figure of Wahid Hasyim also thinks a lot about the strategy and progress of Islamic education in facing various challenges and demands of the community on the needs of the world of education. Islamic education has always been an interesting study not only because it has its own characteristics, but also because it is rich in concepts that are no less quality than modern education. Many figures have made innovations in the world of education, one of which is Wahid Hasyim's thought in advancing Islamic education. This research uses the literature method (liberary reseach) The results of this study are the educational concepts of K.H. Abdul Wahid Hasyim, namely, 1) Religion, 2) Development of students' potential, 3) Social, and 4) National spirit. Those are the 4 pillars of the concept of Islamic education contributed by K.H. Abdul Wahid Hasyim in the Islamic education system.

Abstract

Imam Al-Ghazali defined that education is the perfection of life in this world and the hereafter. Thus, humans who want to achieve perfection in life in this world and the afterlife must have religious knowledge. Religious knowledge is so important for provision in life, without religious knowledge humans can be said to be far from perfection. Apart from religious knowledge, life skills education is also very important for provisions in life. However, it is very unfortunate that many children who are teenagers or are about to enter puberty do not yet have mature life skills in terms of personal skills and social skills. From KPAI (Indonesian Child Protection Commission) data during January - November 2023, 37 children ended their lives. Self-harm behavior and attempts to end life are major global mental health problems due to their increasing frequency. This case occurred at a vulnerable age (grade 5-6 of elementary school), grade 1 or 2 of junior high school, grade 1.2 of high school. Another case related to juvenile delinquency is the incident involving the death of a student in Bogor which sadistically adds to the number of delinquencies among students. It also leaves a red report card for the world of education, because the sadistic incident was carried out by students. From this background, it is necessary to have a program that will strengthen children's life skills education from pre-adulthood, especially phase A, so that class children can be ready to live life in the next phases. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The program needs analysis was carried out by creating a Google form with a closed questionnaire which was distributed randomly to ten respondents. After the needs analysis, the researcher analyzed previous programs. There were two programs that the researcher used as a reference, namely the entrepreneurship program and the self-help program in an effort to increase independence. then the next step is to design the program, the programs prepared by the researchers are as follows: cookies (cooking with kids), market day, BTS (Bed Time Sirah), PKS (Student Independence Habits), PMO (Habits of Helping Parents) and CLMH (Love of the Environment and Living Creatures). After the program was prepared, it was validated by several experts including Islamic religious education experts, language experts and also child psychology experts. After going through expert validation, the program is implemented to users. After implementation, the final stage is to test the feasibility through evaluation. The feasibility test is carried out by experts by providing an assessment of the program being prepared. From the results of this feasibility test, it was found that this program was good and suitable to be applied to pre-age children, especially in phase A in the life skills education process.

Abstract

The city of Surabaya is the capital of East Java province which is known as the city of heroes and is the second largest metropolitan city with a dense population after the city of Jakarta. According to data from the official website of the East Java Central Statistics Agency in 2023, the city of Surabaya has a population of approximately 2,893,698 people, with a large population this will result in an increase in the number of private vehicles which will affect comfort in urban areas. In connection with this, the Surabaya city government has provided a program that aims to overcome problems in the transportation sector, namely the provision of public transportation called Feeder Wira-Wiri by bringing the concept of orderly, safe and comfortable driving or transportation behavior. The aim of this research is to measure the effectiveness of the Wira-Wiri Feeder Public Transport Service in the City of Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach using simple descriptive analysis techniques. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire technique. The population of this research is people who use wira-wiri feeder services with a sample of 100 respondents. This research produced interesting findings, including: 1) The results of respondents' responses to the twelve effectiveness measurement indicators showed that all indicators still had values ​​that indicated they were quite effective. However, of the twelve effectiveness measurement indicators, the value indicating quite high effectiveness is found in the flexibility of adaptation indicator with a percentage of 23% and in the productivity indicator with a percentage of 16%. 2) The overall results of the respondents' responses showed that the Surabaya City wira-wiri feeder public transport service was said to be effective with a percentage of 53%.

Abstract

ETLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement) is a set of electronic devices that use Automatic License Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology in the form of cameras that automatically detect motorized vehicles and cars with traffic violations E-TLE system, which is part of law enforcement efforts, this system aims to reduce problems caused by traffic violations, such as congestion and accidents, and ensure order on the highway. The e-Tilang system was pioneered by the East Java Regional Police, especially the Surabaya Police, which has this innovation as a crucial role in improving safety and regularity of electronically based traffic, the implementation of ETLE tickets in Surabaya City has increased in 2022 and 2023 compared to 2021. Which in 2021 the ETLE program was intensified due to the Covid-19 pandemic in order to increase the efficiency of technology-based services. The ETLE camera system uses CCTV cameras that are monitored directly by Police Officers with a total of 22 monitoring camera points in several parts of Surabaya City. where each officer oversees 4 areas with 8 CCTVs on the monitoring screen. Although it has had a positive impact on the implementation of ticketing, there are many things that should be evaluated from the process of running E-TLE at Surabaya Police Station. Mainly in the process of implementing and providing maximum fines, as well as the limited number of employees and time in ETLE supervision. So that the Process on Performance and the Facilities used should be evaluated in the running of the ETLE system in Surabaya City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The focus of this research is to find out the results of the Evaluation of the E-Ticket Policy Program (E-TLE) at the Surabaya City Road Intersection The theory used in the research is Gupta & Jana's Evaluative performance theory. There are 4 indicators from this theory, namely total costs and fines, quality of planning and control, quality of decision making and system characteristics. The data collection technique in this study is by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. In this research, from these 4 indicators, some are quite appropriate, but there are still many shortcomings that should be evaluated from the system and the quality of performance of the Surabaya police litas unit. The performance evaluation of the E-Tilang program in Surabaya shows success in managing total costs and fines, the quality of planning and control, and the quality of decision making. This program includes the use of 40 CCTV camera units and fiber optic networks that support the effectiveness of law enforcement, as well as the management of fair fines. Careful planning and better coordination after the evaluation ensured efficiency in recording violations using gadgets and the E-Tilang application.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. The Karepe Dimesemi Bojo (Independent Prosperous Mental Disability Rehabilitation Area of Jombang Regency) program is one of the innovations of the Jombang Regency Social Service which successfully became a finalist of the 2019 KOVABLIK. The Karepe Dimesemi Bojo program refers to poverty alleviation with the aim of increasing the role of people with mental disabilities in all areas of Jombang Regency in productive activities. This article aims to analyze the Evaluation of the Karepe Dimesemi Bojo Program for Persons with Mental Disabilities at the Jombang Regency Social Service. The theory used is the evaluation theory from William N Dunn (2003), which consists of Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, and Accuracy. Data analysis uses analysis techniques from Miles, Hubernman and Salda (2014). The informants in the study included key informants, including the Head of the Social Rehabilitation Division and Mental Nurses, while secondary informants from the families of patients with mental disabilities who participated in the Karepe Dimesemi Bojo program. The results showed that the effectiveness and equity factors are not optimal because there are no independent shelters for people with mental disabilities. The adequacy factor is insufficient because the grant is still found to be a failure so that it needs to be re-evaluated. However, the efficiency, responsiveness, and accuracy factors show good results. Keywords: Evaluation; Karepe Dimesemi Bojo program ABSTRAK. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Evaluasi Program Karepe Dimesemi Bojo Bagi Penyandang Disabilitas Mental Di Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Jombang. Adapun informan pada penelitian meliputi informan kunci yaitu Kepala Bidang Rehabilitasi Sosial dan Perawat Jiwa, sedangkan informan tambahan dari keluarga pasien peyandang disabilitas mental yang mengikuti program Karepe Dimesemi Bojo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada faktor efektivitas dan perataan belum optimal hal ini karena belum terdapat shelter mandiri bagi penyandang disabilitas mental. Pada faktor kecukupan dikatakan belum cukup karena bantuan yang diberikan masih ditemukan kegagalan sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi kembali. Abstract

The existence of a country cannot be separated from the existence of it’s population. Population growth in Indonesia continues to increase from year to year in almost every region. The large population causes problems regarding the fulfillment of rights, needs, protection and public services. In the current era, public services have great demands from the public, the public sector is asked to provide excellent service by showing high professionalism. However, the demands and hopes of the community have not been fully realized. Based on data released by the Central Statistics Agency (2024), in 2015-2023 the number of civil servants in Indonesia continued to decline, this was also a factor causing the workload carried out by each employee to increase. Several factors that hinder public services are part of the Government's regulations regarding Bureaucratic Reform. Bureaucratic reform is a need that needs to be fulfilled in ensuring the creation of good governance. In the Rungkut Subdistrict Work Unit, there are complaints that there are not enough employees to carry out the large workload. With these complaints, the author feels it is necessary to carry out an analysis of the workload in the Rungkut District Work Unit by referring to PermenPANRB No. 1 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Job Analysis and Workload Analysis, so that the results of the workload analysis are expected to provide information regarding the ideal number of employees according to the workload.
