<![CDATA[Pendidikan mempunyai peran sentral dalam menciptakan karakter sekaligus kepribadian siswa, tidak hanya dalam aspek akademis dan tapi juga membentuk nilai – nilai sosial dan budaya yang mendasar. Pendidikan ialah perihal penting teruntuk kehidupan Masyarakat dikarenakan adanya Pendidikan seseorang bisa mengaktualisasikan kehidupannya. Kualitatif deskriptif Hasil penelitian (Ilham, 2020) Perkembangan sosial ialah proses pembentukan kepribadian guna mendapat kapabilitas berprilaku dimana relevan dengan norma sekaligus nilai dimana ada di sekitarnya. Realitas pola perilaku anak ada yang berperilaku sosial dan tidak. Dalam konteks pendidikan disekolah dasari, peran pendidikan dalam membentuk nilai-nilai sosial dan budaya siswa sangatlah signifikan. Sekolah ialah lembaga yang mempunyai responsibilitas besar guna menyiapkan generasi muda agar menjadi seseorang yang berkarakter kuat sekaligus terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai budaya lokal mereka. lewat pendekatan kurikulum berbasis budaya, sekolah telah berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai lokal ke pembelajaran sehingga siswa dapat lebih memahami sekaligus menghargai warisan budaya serta tradisi yang ada di sekitarnya. Selain itu, guru sebagai teladan mempunyai peran tidak kalah penting guna membimbing siswa untuk menginternalisasi sekaligus mengimplementasikan nilai sosial dan budaya di kesehariannya. lewat contoh yang mereka berikan, siswa bisa belajar untuk menghargai nilai contohnya kerja sama, rasa hormat, dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan sekitar.]]>

<![CDATA[. The purpose of this study was to determine consumer preferences for kebab product attributes in Uncle Hasan's Palestine Kebab. The method used in the study is the Fishbein Analysis Method. This study uses 9 product attributes based on literature study references, namely taste, price, product content, size, packaging, service, product quality, product safety and product variations. Based on the results of the study, consumer preferences towards kebab attributes in Uncle Hasan's Palestine Kebab have no negative value. The preference value for the price attribute is 21.47 which is very positive, taste is 19.75 which is very positive, product content is 18.74 which is positive, size is 17.92 which is positive, packaging is 16.23 which is positive, service is 17.99 which is positive, product quality is 20.73 which is very positive, product safety is 20.60 which is very positive and product variation is 17.91 which is positive. The value of consumer preference for Uncle Hasan's Palestine Kebab kebab products as a whole is positive, with a value of 171.34.]]>

<![CDATA[Professional ethics in the legal field are becoming increasingly relevant and significant in this digital era. As a rule of appropriate behavior in the workplace, a code of ethics is very important to maintain the honor of the profession and protect society from abuse of power and justice in the legal field. Professional ethics in the legal field is centered on readiness to provide services that are altruistic and focused on the good of society.To be relevant and effective in defending the interests of society in facing social changes caused by the digital era, the ability to adapt and revolution is needed. The aim of this research is to determine professional ethical attitudes towards social change in the digital era, especially in the legal field. The author of this research used library research methodology, taking sources from books and journals. In this way, researchers can draw conclusions about the urgent need for attitudes and changes in society regarding professional ethics in the legal field, because social developments in the digital era have an impact on professional behavior patterns in carrying out their professional mandates and highlight the need for more concrete ethics. <![CDATA[The code of ethics for the legal profession is an ethical guideline that must be adhered to by all legal scientists to maintain moral quality and professionalism. The code of ethics reflects the moral values inherent in the profession and is prepared without external coercion. This code functions as social control, preventing interference from other parties, and avoiding internal conflict. Apart from that, a code of ethics is important to maintain the professionalism and clarity of duties of members of the legal profession, including advocates, notaries, judges, and others. Indonesia as a rule of law regulates a professional code of ethics in law, strengthening the role of free and responsible law enforcers. Enforcement of the code of ethics involves monitoring and providing sanctions for violations to maintain the reputation of the profession in the eyes of the public. Code of ethics and law enforcement are two different but interrelated aspects, where code of ethics enforcement focuses on implementing professional moral guidelines, while law enforcement includes broader legal norms to maintain order in society.]]>

This research aims to answer the questions stated in the problem formulation, which are: What roles does the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) play in addressing the issue of underage marriage in Mojowarno sub-district? And how effective is the role of KUA in reducing the number of underage marriages in the sub-district?This research is qualitative and uses the empirical juridical approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation.The results of the study conducted by the author reveal two main findings. Firstly, there are 34 cases of underage marriage recorded in 19 villages in Mojowarno sub-district. Among the perpetrators, 4 individuals did not complete primary school (SD), 10 individuals completed SD/MI, and 20 individuals completed junior high school (SMP/MTs). Secondly, the level of effectiveness of the KUA in Mojowarno sub-district in addressing underage marriage is still low.]]>

<![CDATA[The company CV. XYZ, located in Central Java, produces various types of animal feed according to the age of the consuming animals. However, there are quality issues with the pellet products they produce. Common problems include pellet color inconsistency, low density with ash content between 4-6% making the pellets prone to breaking, and pellet sizes not meeting industry standards, which should range between 0.3 to 0.5 cm. To reduce defects in animal feed production, the Six Sigma approach was applied to trace and identify the root causes and formulate improvement solutions. Data processed and Analyzed through control charts indicated that all values were within the upper and lower control limits, indicating that the process was statistically controlled and conformed to the standards set by the company. It was found that the average sigma value for Indonesian industrial companies is 2 to 3 sigma, while the sigma value at CV. XYZ reached 3.63. Although already above the industry average in Indonesia, CV. XYZ needs to continuously improve to meet the quality standards desired by consumers. Therefore, it is recommended to apply the 5W+1H method (What, Why, Where, When, Who, How) as a systematic approach to support continuous quality improvement.]]>

<![CDATA[This article identifies the key role of ethics in building professionalism in the legal field, including increasing public trust, preventing abuse of authority, and improving the quality of legal services. Through the application of ethical principles, legal professionals can demonstrate their commitment to integrity and fairness, which in turn strengthens public trust in the legal system. This article also explores challenges in implementing ethics, such as structural barriers, external pressures, and conflicts of interest. Building an ethical culture in the workplace and raising public awareness about the importance of ethics in legal services are also proposed as important steps. With this strategy, it is hoped that awareness and application of ethics among legal professionals can be increased, thereby strengthening the integrity and effectiveness of the legal system as a whole.]]>

<![CDATA[This research describes Directive and Expressive Speech Acts on the Vidi Podhub Podcast on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube Channel, because this research has never been carried out before. The aim of this research is to describe directive and expressive speech acts on the Vidi Podhub Podcast on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel. In this study, researchers used pragmatic studies in directive and expressive speech acts. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques using note-taking techniques. Based on the research results, 12 directive utterances and 29 expressive utterances were found. Between the two directive and expressive speech acts, expressive speech acts are more numerous and dominant because the host can appreciate, give a good impression and give praise to each guest star they invite.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to understand and analyze the forms of guidance, supervision, and enforcement of sanctions against Notaries proven to have violated the code of ethics. The problem statement consists of how the guidance and supervision of Notaries regarding ethical code violations are conducted, and how sanctions are enforced by the Regional Council of Honor for ethical code violations by Notaries. This study is a normative legal research strengthened by field data, examining legislation regarding the researched issues, as well as interviews to support the research findings. The results of this thesis show that the supervision conducted by the Council of Honor is an internal monitoring mechanism established by the Indonesian Notary Association (INI), where both preventive and repressive forms of supervision and guidance are implemented. Preventive measures involve providing guidance during inspections of Notaries, while repressive measures involve sanctioning Notaries. Sanctions imposed on Notaries proven to have violated the code of ethics are tailored to the type and quantity of the violation. Sanctions can be imposed on Notaries as long as a report is received by the Council of Honor. If a Notary is found not to have committed a violation, based on the recommendation of the Regional Council of Honor, the Regional Executive Board may issue a statement declaring that the concerned Notary has never violated laws related to their duties and responsibilities.]]>

<![CDATA[UD Merapi Farm is a company operating in the livestock industry. In its activities, UD Merapi Farm is still experiencing problems in managing the supply of raw materials for concentrate production. UD Merapi Farm purchased around 10,176.58 kg of polar and the average remaining final inventory each month was around 828 kg. Copra meal is around 7,486.42 kg and the average remaining final inventory per month is around 282.16 kg. Palm oil meal is around 7,755.75 kg and the average remaining final inventory each month is around 356 kg. Meanwhile, ground corn is around 1,423.67 kg and the average remaining final inventory each month is around 273 kg, therefore it can be said that the amount of inventory and requirements is often not appropriate or accurate. The total inventory costs produced using the EOQ method are lower than the total inventory costs using the Company method and the Min-Max method that have been issued by the company. The total cost of raw material supplies according to UD Merapi Farm is IDR 82,359,124, according to the Min-Max method calculation the total cost is IDR 77,607,382, while according to EOQ calculations, the total cost is only IDR 56,509,208. Thus, there is potential for savings from raw material inventory costs incurred by UD Merapi Farm.]]>
