<![CDATA[Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) lessons in primary school aims to develop students' scientific and social skills, as well as foster a love of nature. However, students' interest in learning in this subject is still relatively low because it is considered difficult and abstract. Several factors, such as less varied learning methods and interference with gadget use, also influence this condition. This research aims to increase students' interest in learning at SD Negeri Bulay 2 Pamekasan through a contextual approach, which connects the material with students' daily lives. Qualitative research methods were used with the research subjects being teachers and fourth grade students. Data was collected through interviews and closed questionnaires which included indicators of student interest in learning. The research results showed that applying a contextual approach can increase students' interest and understanding of science material. The majority of students show greater interest in learning that is relevant to their daily experiences, especially through practical activities and experiments. This study concluded that the contextual approach is effective in increasing students' interest and active participation in science learning. Recommendations are given to teachers to use varied approaches to create more interactive and interesting learning for students. The abstract is to be in fully-justified text after the Indonesia. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the social environment, especially family, school, and peers on the intellectual development of adolescents. The focus of this study was to determine the influence of the social environment in shaping the cognitive, emotional, and social behavioral aspects of adolescents. The research method used was a literature review that analyzed the main findings of relevant studies in the fields of psychology, sociology, and education. Literature searches were conducted using platforms such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and Garba Digital Reference (GARUDA). The results of the study showed that the family environment plays an important role in the formation of values, norms, and emotional support that affect the intellectual development of adolescents. In this case, the school environment provides opportunities for intellectual growth and social skills, but academic pressure and bullying can pose risks to adolescent mental health. The peer environment can provide emotional support and social pressure that can affect the behavior and intellectual development of adolescents. The importance of this study highlights the importance of collaboration between family, school, and peers to create a social environment that supports positive adolescent development. Integrated support from these three settings is expected to help prevent mental health problems in adolescents and provide a solid foundation as they grow up.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to inform the usefulness of the TikTok platform to increase revenue in the era of digitalization. This research method uses a literature review that analyzes various materials regarding revenue increase strategies on TikTok. TikTok now has hundreds of millions of users around the world, including Indonesia, and has grown from an entertainment platform to a strategic medium for branding and marketing. The results show that TikTok can earn income through content creators and businesses by using features such as video content, live streaming, and affiliate programs. So it is necessary to develop content that is interesting for content creators and business people so that the audience does not feel bored and still feels present in using TikTok.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan akreditasi pada satuan pendidikan anak usia dini di Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode kinerja Van Metter dan Van Horn yang menggunakan enam aspek yakni 1) Standar dan sasaran kebijakan/ukuran dan tujuan kebijakan. 2) Sumber Daya, 3) Karakteristik organisasi pelaksana, 4) Disposisi atau sikap pelaksana, 5) Komunikasi antar organisasi dan 6) Lingkungan sosial, ekonomi dan politik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pengambilan informan secara purposive sampling dan jumlah informan terpilih enam orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan akreditasi pada Satuan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di Kota Palu belum optimal. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan: 1( Satuan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini yang belum terakreditasi masih banyak meskipun sudah ada standar kebijakan pengleolaan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. 2) Terbatasnya sumber daya manusia maupun sumber dana dalam membangun dan meningkatkan kualitas Satuan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. Jumlah asesor di Palu masih kurang. Demikian pula dengan pengajar dan tenaga kependidikan yang kompeten. 3) Pihak implementor telah mensosialisasikan secara intensif pentingnya akreditasi bagi Satuan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini namun tidak menuai hasil maksimal. 4) Kondisi lingkungan, sosial, ekonomi cukup mendukung pengembangan Satuan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di Kota Palu.]]>

<![CDATA[This article is based on the various characteristics of teaching staff or teachers in carrying out the teaching and learning process for students. The role of teachers in the student learning process is very important. So the value of the influence of characteristics in a teacher needs to be considered, especially how teachers use their characteristics to motivate and encourage students in the continuation of the learning process. The aim of the research is to explore the characteristics of a professional teacher, so that they can influence students in the learning process. The method used is descriptive qualitative by analyzing and summarizing various opinions from books or journals from various experts regarding the characteristics of the teacher's role in supporting the student learning process. Understanding the various characteristics that exist in a teacher will help shape the characteristics of prospective teachers in understanding the relationship and role of teachers in the student learning process to answer the challenges of modern educational psychology, as well as improve the quality of the student learning process.]]>

<![CDATA[In an increasingly complex environment, risk management becomes an important part of organizational management. In the contemporary era, the application of risk management does not only focus on economic aspects, but also involves moral and spiritual values, especially in sharia-based organizations. Therefore, this research aims to explain how the basis of religious law can function as an ethical framework in risk management practices, especially in the context of Islamic banking. Religious principles, such as honesty, prudence and responsibility, contribute to establishing more ethical and sustainable risk management. The method used is library research with qualitative analysis of secondary data from various related literature. The research results show that religious legal foundations have an important role in risk management in sharia-based institutions. Concepts such as maslahah, gharar, and ihtiyat in Islam provide guidelines for organizations to carry out more responsible risk management practices, in accordance with sharia principles.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh ketertarikan penulis terhadap metode pembelajaran kontekstual. Pembelajaran kontekstual merupakan pembelajaran yang relevan bagi siswa SMK, karena pada penerapannya menggunakan pendekatan kehidupan nyata. Pembelajaran kontekstual mempermudah siswa dalam menerapkan ilmu yang didapat dan di implantasikan melalui kemampuan siswa ke dalam kehidupan nyata. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan metode kuantitatif, pengumpula data dilakukan menggunakan Google From yang telah di isi oleh 34 siswa dari jurusan manajemen perkantoran dan layanan bisnis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terapat pengaruh positif antara pembelajaran kontekstual terhadap keterampilan, pengetahuan terhadap keterampilan dan pembelajaran konstektual terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta.]]>

<![CDATA[To achieve high-quality government administration as outlined in Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018, which focuses on delivering optimal public services, ensuring transparency, accountability, efficiency, and fostering clean governance, local governments must develop innovative policies centered on Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE) . This research aims to examine the implementation of innovation policies in implementing SPBE in Donggala City. This research utilized both primary and secondary data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed to derive conclusions about the issues under study. The findings reveal that the innovation policies for implementing SPBE in Donggala City have been executed effectively, evident in the development of service applications that enhance public accessibility. Nevertheless, challenges persist, including limited public awareness about the applications and a shortage of human resources with specialized technical skills in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of E-Court based on Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) No. 1 of 2019 regarding electronic case administration and trials at the Administrative Court of Makassar. Master's thesis in Public Administration program, supervised by Dr. Dandan Haryono, S.Sos., M.Si. This research on the implementation of E-Court aims to provide insights and understanding to stakeholders in the development of electronic systems, which are expected to foster superior human resources who are well-versed in the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, using data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the implementation of E-Court is a form of industrial reform requiring individuals to embrace technology. E-Court serves as an electronic platform to facilitate judicial processes at the Administrative Court. This innovation is seen as a tool for providing better services, realizing the principles of swift, simple, and low-cost services. The policy targets are expected to benefit from the simplification of all processes carried out through E-Court at the Administrative Court of Makassar.]]>
