This research is a classroom action research (CAR) motivated by problems that emerged in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects in sixth-grade students at SDN 25 Talamau. These problems include a monotonous learning environment, students' lack of enthusiasm for PAI lessons, and suboptimal learning outcomes. The cause is the learning process, which is still dominated by lecture methods. The chosen corrective action is the use of problem solving learning methods. The subjects of this study were 31 sixth grade students of SDN 25 Talamau. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, tests and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were qualitative descriptive approach and descriptive statistics. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles, with the results of the study stating that (1) the implementation of the problem solving learning model in Islamic Religious Education subjects had a positive impact on student learning outcomes (2) these indicators can be seen from the increase in student learning outcomes after the application of the problem solving model, students were more enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in Islamic Religious Education lessons, educational interactions between teachers and students took place well accompanied by an optimal increase in academic abilities in Islamic Religious Education subjects. The increase in student learning activities can be seen from the increase in percentage in cycle I of 61.29% then increased in cycle II by 93.54%. Thus, this study is considered successful in improving student learning outcomes through the application of problem solving methods.

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes on the material Let's Study and Study Q.S. Al-Hujurat verse 13. Based on Cycle I, it can be seen that 18 students or 55% of students were declared to have completed their studies, while the rest were declared to have not completed their studies as many as 15 people or 45%. The results of these data, then for the Character of the Material Let's Study and Study Q.S. Al-Hujurat verse 13 in Phase B Class 4 SDN 02 Sungai Beremas the learning outcomes have not been completed classically because the students who have completed have not reached 80%. Based on Cycle II, it can be seen that 28 students or 87% of students were declared to have completed their studies, while the rest were declared to have not completed their studies as many as 5 people or 13%. The results of the data, then for class action, namely by applying the Problem Based Learning learning model in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education, material Let's Study and Study Q.S. Al-Hujurat verse 13 at SDN 02 Sungai Beremas, class IV, the learning outcomes were completed classically.

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is one of the subjects that plays an important role in shaping students' character and religious understanding. However, the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 15 Ampang Gadang on the subject of Belief in the Last Day are still low, with a pre-cycle average score of only 5.18. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of the feedback method. The type of research used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with 22 students as subjects. The research instruments included activity observation sheets, lesson plan assessments, learning implementation assessments, and learning outcome tests. The data were analyzed descriptively, quantitatively, and qualitatively through observation and reflection. The results showed a significant increase in the average student score, from 5.18 in the pre-cycle to 6.45 in cycle I, and further increased to 7.99 in cycle II. Thus, the use of the feedback method proved to be effective in improving student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education.

The background of the research is that student learning motivation is low in the science learning process. This can be seen during learning activities, only 8-9 students are active even though the total number of students in grade V is 29 people. The rest of the students seem less enthusiastic in learning activities due to various factors, namely: students tend to be bored following the lesson, students do not master the material. With this learning model, it will help students think about the material independently and creatively. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects are 29 students of grade V of SD Negeri 08 Kurnia Maju. The results of this study indicate that the Resource Based Learning (RBL) strategy that has been carried out can increase student learning motivation in Natural Sciences (IPA) learning. This can be seen from the overall score of student learning motivation in cycle I of 58.02% which is in the medium category. Then in cycle II it increased again to 67.30% which is in the high category. So it can be said that the actions that have been carried out are in accordance with what is expected.

This study aims to determine whether the demonstration method can improve student learning achievement in wudhu material among second-grade students at SDN 04 Siparayo in the 2022/2023 academic year. This classroom action research uses the demonstration method. This study is a classroom action research with three cycles through four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 32 students. The hypothesis proposed is that if the demonstration method is used properly, it can improve the learning achievement of students in Islamic Education subjects in grade II of SDN 04 Siparayo in the 2022/2023 academic year. The success indicator is 75% with a minimum passing grade of 75. The data collection technique is observation. The data analysis technique uses a formula to determine the average score and percentage. The results showed that learning achievement in cycle I was 44% or 14 students with a minimum passing grade of 75, cycle II was 56% or 18 students with a minimum passing grade of 75, and cycle III was 81% or 26 students for the material on the pillars of wudu and 87.5% or 28 students for the material on the sunnah of wudu with a minimum passing grade of 75. The increase in student learning achievement from cycle I to cycle II was 12% with a minimum passing grade of 75, while the increase in achievement from cycle II to cycle III was 25% for the material on the pillars of wudhu and 31.5% for the material on the sunnah of wudhu.

During the learning process, there are still students who do not follow the rules of learning, such as during discussions where they should be able to work together and be cohesive in their groups. Instead, there are still students who do not want to cooperate and only rely on their friends to complete the tasks given by the teacher, resulting in a lot of wasted time. The author's objective in this study is to determine how the NHT cooperative strategy is implemented in Islamic Religious Education classes. This study uses descriptive qualitative field research. The data sources in this study were Islamic Religious Education teachers who were key informants, while the supporting informants were students of class XI office automation technology (OTP) and the curriculum representative of SMKN 1 Padang Panjang. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative field research. The data sources in this study are Islamic Education teachers who are key informants, while the supporting informants are grade XI Office Automation Technology (OTP) students and the curriculum representative of SMKN 1 Padang Panjang. The results of the study show that the number heads together (NHT) cooperative strategy in Islamic Religious Education on the material of principles and practices of economics in Islam can be understood through how a teacher implements the number heads together (NHT) cooperative strategy by applying the steps in the strategy used in the specified material, namely the material on the principles and practices of economics in Islam. Teachers also instill the values contained in the material to the students they teach so that the students can apply them in their daily lives.

This study aims to improve students' understanding of the material Senang Bisa Membaca Q.S. Al-‘Asr through the application of the Make a Match cooperative learning model. The research subjects were 25 second-grade students at SDIT Darul Azzam in the 2024/2025 academic year. The method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a Kemmis and McTaggart design consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were obtained through observation of teacher and student activities, lesson plan assessment, and learning outcome tests. The results showed that in the pre-cycle, only 24% of students achieved mastery, while after cycle I, it increased to 48%, and in cycle II, 84% of students achieved mastery. Student activity also increased significantly from adequate to excellent. Thus, the application of the Make a Match model proved to create an active, enjoyable, and interactive learning atmosphere that had a positive impact on students' understanding of the material in Q.S. Al-'Asr.

This research is motivated by several problems that occur in the learning activities of SD Negeri 08 Talao, so that the activities and learning outcomes obtained by students have not reached the established KKM. Based on observations, it is known that passive student activities in following the learning process and the lack of teacher variation in using methods affect the low learning outcomes and learning activities of students. The purpose of this study is to determine the increase in student activity and learning outcomes of grade V students of SD N 08 Talao in learning using the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) type cooperative method. This research is included in Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. One cycle consists of 4 stages of activity, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the observation stage and the reflection stage. The subjects of this study were grade V students of SD Negeri 08 Talao with a total of 18 students consisting of 10 male students and 8 female students. Data collection techniques used in this study were qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that student learning activity in cycle I was 58%, and in cycle II it increased by 20% to 79%. For student learning outcomes that achieved the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM), the average completion rate in cycle I was 56%, and in cycle II it increased by 22% to 78%. The indicator of success in this study is an increase in student activity and learning outcomes, indicated by the achievement of the minimum completion criteria (KKM), with an average completion rate of 75% in subtheme 1.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kondisi kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, serta kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Kalitidu Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif ini melibatkan seluruh pegawai sebanyak 47 orang melalui metode sensus. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi pegawai terhadap kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, komitmen, dan kinerja berada pada kategori tinggi. Kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, namun tidak berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sebaliknya, komitmen organisasi terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, sekaligus menjadi variabel mediasi yang memperkuat pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya komitmen organisasi sebagai faktor kunci peningkatan kinerja di sektor publik.

This study was motivated by the low level of activity among eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 03 Gunung Taleh in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) classes. Based on data from the even semester, 64% of students were still classified as inactive, while only 36% were active. This condition occurred because learning was still conventional and the methods used were ineffective. The purpose of this study was to increase student activity in IRE learning through the application of the card sort method. This study was a classroom action research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, each consisting of three meetings. The research subjects were 33 eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 03 Gunung Taleh. The research procedure included planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results showed an increase in student activity after the application of the card sort method. In cycle I, the average student activity score was 51.49%, while in cycle II it increased to 71.23%. There was an increase of 19.74% from cycle I to cycle II. Thus, the application of the card sort method proved to be effective in increasing the activity of students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 03 Gunung Taleh in PAI learning.
