Tujuan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi kerja di SMAN 1 Jiwan Kabupaten Madiun. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh guru yang ada di SMAN 1 Jiwan Kabupaten Madiun berjumlah sebanyak 35 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis SEM PLS. kasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan pelatihan guru di SMAN 1 Jiwan masuk kategori tinggi, sehingga mendukung kinerja guru yang juga tergolong tinggi. Lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Pelatihan yang diberikan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Lingkungan kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Pelatihan yang diberikan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

This study aims to improve students' understanding of the material on Marriage Provisions in Islam through the application of the role-playing method in class XI at SMKS Paramitha Bukittinggi. The study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, which was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of the planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. There were 32 students participating in this study. Data were collected through learning achievement tests, observation of teacher and student activities, and documentation. The results showed a significant increase in students' understanding. In cycle I, only 22% of students achieved learning completeness, while in cycle II, it increased to 84%. This shows that the role-playing method can create a more active, interactive, and enjoyable learning atmosphere, making it easier for students to understand the material in depth. Thus, the application of the role-playing method proved to be effective in improving student learning outcomes on the subject of Marriage Provisions in Islam.

This study aims to improve student focus in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning by implementing the Jigsaw active learning method. This research was conducted in grade 8 of SMP N 1 Sungai Beremas during the 2023/2024 academic year. Using a classroom action research (CAR) approach, this research was conducted in three cycles covering planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed a significant increase in student focus, from 40% in the initial condition to 91.4% in the third cycle. The Jigsaw method has proven effective in increasing student engagement and concentration, as well as optimizing material understanding.

This study aims to increase the focus of students in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) by increasing the motivation to learn the Al-Qur'an Surah At-Tin in class VII students of SMPN 1 Sungai Beremas through the cooperative learning model during the 2023/2024 academic year. By using a classroom action research (CAR) approach, this study was conducted in two cycles that included planning, action, observation, and reflection. The learning outcomes of class VII students of SMP N 1 Sungai Beremas increased from cycle I to cycle II, as seen from the level of student completion which increased by 42.86% and students who did not complete also decreased by 42.86%. The cooperative learning model has proven effective in motivating learning the Al-Qur'an Surah At-Tin in class VII students of SMP N 1 Sungai Beremas.

This study aims to determine whether the demonstration method can improve student learning achievement in wudhu material among first-grade students at SDN 21 Kampun Kajai. This study uses the demonstration method by demonstrating or showing students the process and situation being studied so that learning is more memorable and profound for students. This research is action research with 3 cycles through 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 25 students. The hypothesis proposed is that if the demonstration method is used properly, it can improve the achievement of students in Islamic Education subjects in grade I at SDN 21 Kampung Kajai in the 2024/2025 academic year. The success indicator is 75% with a minimum passing grade of 75. The data collection technique is observation. The data analysis technique uses a formula to determine the average score and learning presentation in cycle I of 44% or 11 students with a minimum passing grade of 75, Cycle II was 56% or 14 students with a minimum passing grade of 75, and Cycle III was 81% or 22 students for the material on the pillars of wudu and 87.5% or 25 students for the material on the sunnah of wudu with a minimum passing grade of 75. The increase in student learning achievement from cycle I to cycle II was 12% with a minimum passing grade of 75, while the increase in achievement from cycle II to cycle III was 25% for the material on the pillars of wudhu and 31.5% for the material on the sunnah of wudhu.

The background of this study is low student motivation in the process of learning Islamic Education and Civic Education. This can be seen during learning activities, where only 8-9 students are active, even though the total number of students in grade V is 29. The rest of the students appear to be less enthusiastic in learning activities due to various factors, namely: students tend to get bored in class, and students lack mastery of the material. This learning model will help students think about the material independently and creatively. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The research subjects are 29 fifth-grade students at SDN 08 Tabek panjang. The results of this study indicate that the Resource Based Learning (RBL) strategy that has been implemented can increase students' learning motivation in Natural Sciences (IPA) learning. This can be seen from the overall score of student learning motivation in cycle I of 58.02%, which is in the moderate category. Then, in cycle II, it increased again to 67.30% in the high category. So, it can be said that the actions taken were in line with expectations.

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade XI MIPA-3 students at SMA Negeri 1 Purwoasri in Islamic Education and Ethics through the use of the Google Classroom application. The method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, documentation, and tests. The results of the study showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle, marked by increased student activity, participation in discussions, and test scores that exceeded the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). The conclusion of this study confirms that the application of Google Classroom as an online learning medium is effective in improving the quality of learning and student learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine the steps for implementing a collaborative learning model in Islamic Education (PAI) lessons in grade III at SDN 21 Pilubang and to identify the improvement in learning outcomes achieved. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with grade III students as subjects on the material “Understanding Sentences in the Qur'an.” The results showed that the application of the collaborative learning model could significantly improve student learning outcomes. At the beginning (pre-test), 15 students scored below 65 and only 9 students scored above 65. After the intervention in cycle I, learning outcomes improved, with 10 students scoring above 65, 6 students scoring 65, and 8 students still scoring below 65. Improvements in cycle II showed even better results, with 20 students scoring above 65, while only 4 students still scored below 65. The percentage of learning completeness also increased from 38% in the pre-cycle, 67% in cycle I, and 83% in cycle II. Thus, the application of the collaborative learning model proved to be effective in improving the PAI learning outcomes of third-grade students at SDN 21 Pilubang in accordance with the expected objectives.

The Hijaiyah alphabet plays an important role in improving the quality of Al-Qur'an recitation, because reciting the Al-Qur'an is a very important act of worship. However, the teaching of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), especially the Hijaiyah alphabet, which is delivered conventionally in class I of SDN 06 Cubadak Lilin, shows low learning outcomes. To overcome this, classroom action research (CAR) was conducted by applying the picture and picture method as an innovation in learning. This research was carried out in two cycles, each of which included the stages of problem identification, planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through tests to measure learning outcome improvement, observations to assess student activity, interviews to find out students' opinions, and documentation as supporting evidence. The results of the analysis showed an increase in PAI learning achievement from cycle I to cycle II. The average score in cycle I was 67.8 with an absorption rate of 58%, increasing in cycle II to 74.04 with an absorption rate of 88%. Thus, the application of the picture and picture method was proven to improve student learning outcomes, making learning more effective and having a positive impact on understanding Hijaiyah letters.

This research aims to increase students' learning motivation through cooperative learning model. Learning motivation is one of the key factors in the success of the learning process. The low motivation of students is often an obstacle in achieving optimal learning outcomes. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of cooperative learning model in increasing students' learning motivation. The cooperative learning model encourages students to work together in small groups, help each other understand the material, and actively participate in the learning process. Through positive social interaction and shared responsibility, students become more motivated to be actively involved in learning activities. The results of the study show that the application of cooperative learning can increase students' confidence, responsibility, and interest in the subject matter. This research used the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method using a cyclical system consisting of planning, implementation, observation, analysis and reflection. The research was conducted in three cycles with stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 15 fifth grade students of SDN 29 Sungai Nipah. Data were collected through learning outcome tests and observation of student activities during the learning process. In cycle I, only 60% of students reached the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). After the improvement of learning in cycle II, the completeness increased to 73%, and in cycle III all students (100%) reached the KKM. This increase shows that the cooperative learning model is able to increase student motivation and activeness.
