Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of public relations (PR) strategies on the formation of a school's image and its impact on increasing student enrollment. In an era of growing competition, a school's image has become one of the key factors influencing prospective students and their parents in selecting a school. Effective PR strategies are believed to enhance the school's positive image in the eyes of the public, which, in turn, can lead to an increase in the number of applicants. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data is obtained from respondents consisting of current students' parents, prospective students, and school staff. Data analysis is conducted using regression techniques to measure the extent to which PR strategies influence the school's image and contribute to the rise in student enrollment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the social media communication strategy implemented by Honda Tren Alam Sutra through the Instagram account @HondaTrenAlamSutra to enhance brand awareness and product sales. A descriptive qualitative method was used to understand the approach and effective implementation of communication strategies. The results of the study indicate that accurate audience identification, the use of engaging visual content, and the utilization of Instagram features such as Stories, Feeds and Reels successfully increased brand awareness and follower engagement. Promotional content such as discounts, sales bonuses, and product education proved effective in capturing follower attention. The marketing team utilized Instagram Insights to measure content performance based on demographic data and engagement metrics, while also adapting strategies based on follower feedback and industry trends. Through data-driven communication strategies and continuous evaluation, @HondaTrenAlamSutra successfully retained followers and attracted new audiences, thereby increasing conversions into sales. This research provides valuable insights for other companies seeking to optimize their social media communication strategies on Instagram.

Abstract

The issue of leadership has become a significant polemic, burdening the functioning of all state affairs. Moreover, Indonesia, with its substantial geopolitical potential, aspires to become a major maritime power, in line with its status as the world's largest Muslim-majority country. This study aims to examine the values of Islamic geopolitical education and Islamic leadership as demonstrated in the history of Muhammad Al-Fatih. The research is conducted using a descriptive qualitative method, with data sources gathered from Islamic historical and geopolitical literature. The findings reveal that Muhammad Al-Fatih integrated Islamic geopolitical education into his transformational leadership. Al-Fatih not only had a clear vision of Islamic territorial expansion but also implemented innovative strategies based on a deep understanding of Islamic geopolitics. His leadership also balanced spiritual and worldly aspects, with Islamic creed principles incorporated into his leadership policies. These findings provide significant insights into how Islamic geopolitical education can be applied in modern leadership contexts to produce leaders of integrity and broad vision.

Abstract

The Peh Cun Festival is one of the cultural traditions brought by ethnic Chinese who came to Indonesia, the Cisadane River Peh Cun Festival itself is one of the oldest festivals in Indonesia. This festival is one of the big and lively cultural tourism agendas because there are various interesting event activities presented, the Peh Cun media can be said to be lacking in terms of promotion, especially in promotion using existing digital media. So, promotions need to be carried out to increase the number of tourist visits. This study aims to determine how to utilize effective Promotional Media in Marketing the Peh Cun Cultural Festival in Tangerang City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study show that the Tourism Communication used by the Boen Tek Bio Association in promoting the 2024 Peh Cun Festival includes Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC). This implementation can be seen from the use of Print Media, Outdoor Media, Electronic Media and Content on Social Media. Inhibiting factors in the 2024 Peh Cun Festival activities are time constraints and natural factors, while supporting factors include full support from the City Government, local television and radio stations, surrounding communities, and the local community.

Abstract

Sustainable Food Home Area (KRPL) is a concept that utilizes the yard around the house with varios types of plants. So that people get the benefits of getting food independently, can fulfill nutrition, and provide additional income independently. The purpose of this research is to find out how food availability and find out how to improve household food security in Cipari Village, Cigugur District, Kuningan Regency. The implementation of the Sustainable Food Home Area program begins with the search for raw materials to make a plant such as polybags, soil, rice husks, cow dung, and chili seeds, then proceed with the process of mixing planting media, namely soil, dried cow dung, and rice husks after mixing the plant media, then inserting the planting media into the polybag and inserting chili seeds into the polybag that has been filled by the planting media. The result of this program is that there are 200 plant seeds that were successfully made and successfully distributed to Cipari Village residents, especially in the Sukasari Rw 01, Rt 04 environment. The Sustainable Food Home Area Program is a program that can increase food security in every home in the Sukasari environment, especially Rt 04 and in this work program we can produce a product in the form of chili plant seeds.

Abstract

The Thematic Community Service Program (KKN-T) implemented by Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati (UGJ) with the theme “Mutual Cooperation to Build Villages” aims to empower village communities through activities that focus on improving local economic welfare. One of the main initiatives in this KKN-T is mentoring in creating a Business Identification Number (NIB) for micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) in the village. This program is implemented with a spirit of mutual cooperation involving students, village officials, and the local community. The mentoring activity aims to provide an understanding of the importance of business legality through NIB as an initial step towards developing a more professional and sustainable business. The results of this program show an increase in the number of UMKM that have business legality in the village, which is expected to support local economic growth, access to government assistance, and expand the market. This activity also strengthens collaboration between universities and the community in an effort to build sustainable village economic independence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of human resource management (HRM) in improving the performance of medical personnel in hospitals. The method used is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, involving interviews and observations of medical personnel and hospital management. The results of the study indicate that a strict recruitment and selection process, ongoing training programs, a transparent performance appraisal system, and fair compensation and incentives have a significant impact on improving the performance of medical personnel. Hospitals that implement effective HRM strategies can improve the quality of service, patient satisfaction, and loyalty of medical personnel. This study concludes that good HRM not only contributes to improving individual performance, but also supports the overall goals of the organization. The implications of this study indicate the importance of investing in HRM to create competent and motivated medical personnel, as well as to improve the quality of health services in hospitals.

Abstract

Currently, the development of the fashion industry is very rapid, as evidenced by the many varied products. Many people prefer global brands over local brands. However, this is no longer the case because currently local brands are able to compete with other global brands. One local brand that has good quality is CV Hagamo Mahakarya Indonesia, which is located in Tangerang Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how photography packaging strategies can improve visual branding by CV Hagamo Indonesian Masterpiece. This research uses qualitative methods with the aesthetic theory of visual communication. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that CV Hagamo Mahakarya Indonesia applies the concept of visual communication in the form of videos, photos and attractive designs to support its sales in the marketplace. With this strategy, Hagamo can build a positive image in the eyes of consumers, expand the reach of brand recognition, and increase interest and interest in Hagamo Official products.

Abstract

Effective Anti-Corruption Education Can Shape Students' Character and Attitudes to Understand and Reject Corruption in the Future. Schools as educational institutions play an important role in the process of forming students' character. This study aims to explore the implementation of the introduction of anti-corruption literacy at SD Negeri 1 Sumber Mulyo, Sumber Rejo District, Tanggamus Regency. The method used is observation at SDN 1 Sumber Mulyo and students in grades 5 and 6 became participants in the socialization activities. The purpose of the approach and observation carried out is to get to know the conditions and behavior of students at school better. The anti-corruption literacy program implemented at SD Negeri 1 Sumber Mulyo has succeeded in increasing students' awareness of the importance of honesty and integrity in everyday life. Through interactive and easy-to-understand methods, students can understand the forms of corrupt behavior that often occur on a small scale but have a big impact if left unchecked.

Abstract

The low levels of critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes in the science curriculum of class V at SDN Lokrawa Barito Kuala are the study's main concerns. This is because learning in the classroom is still primarily focused on the teacher, which discourages students from speaking up for what they think is right, does not offer learning exercises that encourage critical thinking, puts students in a passive role when solving problems, and results in a lack of comprehension of the subject matter. This may be the best course of action using the paradigms of group research, problem-based learning, and SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, and Intellectual). Action research in the classroom is used in this study (PTK). This class action research study aims to demonstrate the enhancements in student learning outcomes and critical thinking abilities. Exams for individual evaluation are utilized to gauge the learning objectives of students, and observation sheets are employed to gather data on the critical thinking and action abilities of both teachers and students. The study's findings demonstrated that, at meeting 4, the pupils' and teacher's traditional activity met both the very good and the extremely active requirements. At meeting 4, 93% of the students' learning objectives and critical thinking abilities were satisfied in a conventional way. These findings imply that the application of group investigation models, problem-based learning, and SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) might enhance students' learning outcomes in science courses as well as teachers' and students' critical thinking abilities.
