EduInovasi: Journal of Basic Educational Studies is a journal published in the Study Program of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah, the  Islamic Institute of Laa Roiba Bogor. This journal is published twice a year in February and Agust. Furthermore, this journal is published in two versions, namely print and online. The focus of this journal contains articles on research on Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education / Primary / MI / SD Teacher Education, such as competency analysis, learning strategies, learning theory, learning development, educator professionalism, and research results. Reviewers will review any submitted paper. The Journal kindly invites scientists, scholars, professionals, and researchers in the form of the contribution with articles to be published and disseminated through: the selection mechanism of the article, criticized by reviewer, and the editing process. Abstract

This article explains the Factors of Student Difficulty in Learning Arabic at MTs Al-Manar Medan. This research is very important to carry out to find out the various factors that become obstacles for Mts Al-Manar Medan students in learning Arabic and find solutions. This study uses a qualitative method. Research participants were students of MTS Al-Manar Medan. Data collection methods and techniques were in the form of questionnaires distributed to students at Mts Al-Manar Medan and interviews conducted with several students and teachers teaching Arabic subjects. The findings from this research show that students’ difficulties in learning Arabic are influenced by five factors consisting of internal and external factors, namely, first, the students’ lack of memorizing Arabic vocabulary. Second, the lack of student interest in learning Arabic. Third, students come from various different elementary school educational backgrounds. Fourth, the teacher factor, which can be seen from teaching methods that are less attractive and the ability to manage the class that is not optimal. Abstract

Teaching a foreign language at the elementary level comes with its unique challenges. Arabic, with its complex grammar and unique writing system, is often considered a difficult language for beginners to learn. The aim of this research is to investigate the Implementation of Cooperative Learning Models on Improving Arabic Reading Abilities in Elementary School Students and the Impact of Applying the Cooperative Learning Model on Enhancing Arabic Writing Skills in Elementary School Students. In this study, a systematic literature review was conducted by referring to various sources in research databases. An initial search yielded 25 articles published between 2020-2023. Subsequently, the articles were screened, and 7 of them were included in the next phase. The results of this study show that the cooperative learning model also influences students' interest in learning the Arabic language. They feel more comfortable speaking, discussing, and sharing ideas in Arabic, creating a positive learning environment. Students' social skills and collaborative abilities are further developed, which are essential aspects in preparing them for the future.

Abstract

This study is based on the low education level of the community in Karang Mukti Village, Karang Bahagia Sub-district. This situation necessitates communication actions by the village head towards the community and the related village government to improve the community's education level. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the communication strategy of the village head in improving community education in Karang Mukti Village , Karang Bahagia Sub-district, Bekasi Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques in this study are interviews and documentation. The sources of data for this study are the village head, the head of planning, community leaders, and community members in Karang Mukti Village, Karang Bahagia Sub-district, totaling 4 people. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study show that the village head communicates with the community and village apparatus, utilizing public communication and group communication to ensure that the foster parent movement education program in the village and schools can reach the community.

Abstract

The growth of the Muslim population in Indonesia has driven the expansion of the halal industry, creating opportunities for halal product services. This study examines the communication strategies implemented by Rumah Halal Nusantara. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study shows that effective communication by Halal Product Process (PPH) facilitators is crucial in simplifying the halal certification process for Micro and Small Enterprises. The use of WhatsApp as a communication tool is highly beneficial in providing quick and interactive support. This study highlights the importance of well-structured communication strategies in ensuring the success of the halal certification program. The use of digital platforms like WhatsApp enables real-time communication, making the process more accessible for business owners. Rumah Halal Nusantara's communication strategy in assisting Micro and Small Enterprises to obtain halal certification in Depok City can serve as a model of facilitation. This study emphasizes the importance of continuous support and education to ensure the successful implementation of the halal certification program, ultimately contributing to the growth of the halal industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the effect of the Think Talk Write learning model with the help of images on the learning outcomes of Arabic students in grade VIII at MTsN 1 Deli Serdang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with experimental techniques. After the researcher conducted research and experiments on grade VIII students at MTsN 1 Deli Serdang, the researcher found that the Think Talk Write learning media with the help of images greatly influenced student learning outcomes. The increase in learning outcome test scores when using Think Talk Write learning media with the help of images. In addition, students are also more active in learning. And based on the statistical value obtained t count 1.962 and t table 2.042 Because t count <t table, then Ho is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the Think Talk Write learning model on student learning outcomes. There is a significant increase in learning outcomes with an average increase of 35 after getting a learning model using Think Talk Write. The learning that is carried out becomes interesting and fun for students. Because learning hones students to think critically, collaborate, and can share opinions among students. Learning tends not to be boring. Learning objectives can also be achieved optimally.

Abstract

This research project is concerned with the development of web-based interactive learning media with the objective of reducing illiteracy among elementary school students in the Bekasi District. In light of the pivotal role of literacy in the era of society 5.0 and the ambitious "Indonesia Emas 2045" goal set by the Indonesian government, as well as the persistently high illiteracy rate, particularly in Bekasi District, the use of interactive learning media is seen as an effective solution. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Luther-Sutopo MDLC model, comprising six stages: concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. The developed interactive learning media was rated highly feasible by media experts, with an average validation score of 98%. It is anticipated that the implementation of this web application will assist in reducing the illiteracy rate in Bekasi District and enhancing the overall quality of education.

Abstract

The urgency of a language can be seen from its function which has an important role in the life of the elderly, language has at least three functions, namely ideational, interpersonal social, and textual. So that from this function language cannot be separated from human life. Language and people are like two inseparable sides of a coin that transcend each other. So that language itself greatly determines the survival of human beings in learning, this study aims to explore the urgency of learning Arabic among grade VIII students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah PAB Sampali. Using a qualitative approach and a descriptive method, this study analyzes the importance of deepening the understanding of Arabic in the context of formal education. Data was collected through interviews and observations of students and analysis of supporting documents. The findings of the study highlight that learning Arabic not only supports students' communication skills in the language, but also strengthens their religious identity. The implications of this study provide a solid basis for the development of a more effective and relevant curriculum in the teaching of Arabic in madrasas.

Abstract

Multicultural values have become an integral part of the culture at Laksamana Martadinata Middle School Medan. Lots of  success in cultivating and maintaining multicultural values is recognized as the result of learning Islamic Religious Education,especially for Muslim students at the school. This article uses descriptive research, which means a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts, characteristics and relationships between the phenomena being investigated. Research shows that at Laksamana Martadinata Medan Middle School, a multicultural-based Islamic Religious Education learning approach hasbeen implemented successfully. Awareness of student diversity, both in terms of religion and culture, is the main basis for developing an inclusive learning approach. This school concretely aligns Islamic teachings with the values of multiculturalism in preparing learning materials. This material includes an understanding of tolerance, mutual respect, and celebrating religiousand cultural differences. This implementation has a positive impact on students, who become more open, understand diversity, and are able to develop inclusive attitudes.

Abstract

In today's fast-paced and busy modern world, anxiety and stress are problems that many people from all walks of life often face. The formation of this disease is often triggered by social and family interactions, work pressure, and economic insecurity. Although many strategies have been created to help people deal with stress and anxiety, a comprehensive approach that can simultaneously combine psychological and spiritual aspects is still needed. In this context, Islamic counseling has been seen as a possible strategy. Islamic counseling combines counseling methods with Islamic spiritual beliefs to address clients' spiritual well-being in addition to mental health problems. Every human being experiences what appears to be an extremely long period of time during his or her adult life in adulthood. A two-group pre-test and post-test design was used in this study. Examination of survey findings before and after the intervention allows researchers to determine how responses vary between experimental and control groups. Six respondents were divided into three experimental groups and three control groups to measure their level of academic anxiety. After that, for a predetermined period of time, the experimental group will receive spiritual therapy intervention, while the control group will not. Research findings support the usefulness and efficacy of Islamic counseling in helping students overcome stress and anxiety, and they suggest that this approach should be expanded in the context of higher education. A study on the effectiveness of Islamic counseling in helping Islamic studies program students at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta cope with stress and anxiety shows that the this is quite successful. Students who previously experienced quite high levels of stress and anxiety reported a significant reduction in these symptoms after attending a series of counseling sessions that integrated Islamic ideas and concepts. Their ability to face challenges from both personal and academic life, as well as their sense of inner calm and emotional control, all noticeably improved. If this therapy is given correctly and according to the protocol, this therapy can be beneficial for those who undergo it. Several things need to be considered so that this psychological therapy is successful: confident, consistent, sincere, resigned, and grateful. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness and feasibility of Canva application-based video media on Chatolic Religious Education material “abortion”. The method used in this study is developmental studies. The development of this Canva application-based video product uses the ADDIE model type, which consists of five steps: analyze, design , development, implementation, and evaluation. The target group for product testing is high school students. This product was validated by 1 design expert, 1 media expert, 1 material expert, 5 students for small group trials and 30 students big group trials. result of this research is the development of Canva-based video learning media in Chatolic Religious Education class in material “abortion” in eleventh grade learning obtained feasible and effective results as a developed learning media.
