Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of human resource development, the educational achievements of existing education personnel, and educational services in madrasah. This study uses qualitative research with a naturalistic inquiry approach. The primary data in this study are the head of madrasah, teaching staff and education staff. Meanwhile, secondary data are data and archives related to this research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were performed by data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that: First, human resource development management has not been realized because of the need for careful planning in financing, facilities and infrastructure, time, who is responsible for developing HR development programs, good coordination of the head of madrasah and existing education personnel for activities can run smoothly, and the need for supervision so that it can be seen that HR development activities have been going according to plan or not. The head of the madrasah has carried out his duties properly using a social approach to make it easy for education staff to express their opinions. In the education staff development strategy, namely selection, placement of employees, and the welfare of education personnel, it has been running and has received attention by madrasas. Second, in terms of the work performance of the teaching workforce, special attention is still needed because the assessment of the work performance of education personnel is already in madrasah, but the data has not been documented. Third, the supporting factors for human resource development management in improving work performance to improve education services, namely support from the government and foundations related to funds and implementation of HR development programs, as well as adequate facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor for the management of human resource development in improving the work performance of education personnel is to improve education services in MI. Ma'arif Bego, namely inadequate facilities and infrastructure, educational staff who are not suitable for their fields, and lack of motivation to move forward from education personnel. So in this case, the results of the management of human resource development that have not been maximal, have not been able to improve the work performance of teaching personnel and improve educational services in MI. Abstract

Desain pengembangan kurikulum adalah susunan atau rancangan model kurikulum yang dirancang sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah yang dalam pengembangannya melalui proses validasi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh praktik PAI di sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) yang kurang maksimal, terutama karena minimnya jam pelajaran. Melihat permasalahan ini, maka pengembangan kurikulum PAI menjadi sangat penting untuk dilakukan, baik oleh lembaga terkait maupun oleh guru PAI sendiri. Desain pengembangan kurikulum PAI harus betul-betul diperhatikan, lebih lebih dalam aplikasinya ketika proses belajar mengajar berlangsung. Selama ini paham dari kebanyakan masyarakat menganggap bahwa dengan kehadiran PAI disekolah diharapkan mampu membina keilmuan baik dari segi IPTEK maupun IMTAK.Kita tahu pada saat sekarang ini peran PAI bukan hanya sekedar mengutamakan pendidikan agama saja tetapi lebih diharapkan ada perpaduan antara pendidikan umum dengan pendidikan agama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menyumbangkan pemikiran dalam pengembangan kurikulum di SMK. Sebab, kemajuan zaman telah merambah ke segala bidang kehidupan, termasuk bidang pendidikan. Tentu saja kemajuan zaman menuntut kemajuan yang mempengaruhi seluruh aspek di dalamnya, termasuk kurikulum sebagai acuan dalam proses pendidikan. Sehingga perlu adanya pengembangan kurikulum khususnya pada SMK yang notabene mengutamakan pendidikan agama di dalamnya. Hal ini tentunya berkaitan dengan tuntutan zaman agar lulusan SMK mampu bersaing dan tidak ketinggalan zaman. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah proses pengembangan kurikulum meliputi : Menentukan Model dalam Pengembangan, Menganalisis Kebutuhan dan Situasi, Menentukan Sasaran, Sasaran, Sasaran, Merumuskan Isi Kurikulum, Memilih Metode dalam Mengembangkan Kurikulum, Mengevaluasi Kurikulum, Menerapkan Kurikulum, Perubahan Kurikulum Memberikan Umpan Balik.

Abstract

The aim of this study explains that the curriculum has an important role in education, including conservative, critical and creative roles. This article will discuss curriculum development design as part of learning planning in the field of education. The school curriculum must reflect the range of knowledge, skills, attitudes and values that each student who completes school is expected to have. The method used is a scientific method to obtain data for certain purposes and uses. In this research, the library research method or literature study is used as a data collection technique by reviewing literature related to the problem being solved. Where to get data from books, journals, documents and so on. The research results explain that curriculum design is a framework for compiling curriculum organization and is the preparation of one of the curriculum components, namely the content of curriculum material. Curriculum designs that can be applied in PAI curriculum development are: Subject Centered Design (SCD), Learner-Centred Design (LCD), Problem Centered Design (PCD), and Social Function Design (SFD). The development of an Islamic education curriculum is very important to create better teaching and learning conditions and meet the needs of students and society.

Abstract

The Teaching Campus aims to improve the quality of education in Indonesia where one of the work programs carried out is to increase literacy which is important knowledge to be mastered by elementary school students in order to succeed in education and daily life. This study aimsto analyze efforts to improve the literacy of SMP N 15 Bengkulu Tengah students through an effective approach, this study was conducted by involving grade 7 and 8 students of SMP N 15 Bengkulu Tengah whose literacy level is still low. The method used is qualitative descriptive with the object of using interesting reading books, project-based teaching, and the use of technology in learning. The results showed that an approach involving interesting reading books was able to increase students' reading interest. In addition, creativity-based teaching allows students to develop critical and problem-solving skills, while the use of technology provides wider access to learning resources, this research makes an important contribution to improving the literacy of SMP N 15 students. The results suggest that diverse and innovative approaches can increase students' interest in reading and their overall literacy skills.

Abstract

Rejecting from the negative assumption of the Islam conservatif toward slametan. It necessary to bring back positive value that contain in slametan tradition. Yasinan is identified with the slametan in Kedurang, South Bengkulu that contain social-religious value as society unifier. Yasinan tradition is expected become an alternative social interaction to create peaceful society and full of harmony. Yasinan are also a moment for sharing and became unique Islam tradition until now. The purpose of this research is reveal social religion value that contain in yasinan. This study use a qualitative method with a phenomenology approach. There are two findings: firstly, as religious tradition which teach peace between members of the community and also as a means of giving alms. Secondly, as Islamic spirit booster for community when they yasinan is contain activities read the verses of Qur’an, tahlil and istighosah.

Abstract

Character education and evaluation of multicultural learning in elementary schools (SD) adjusted with the level of thinking of children in elementary school. Where is still in the beginning abstract stages. Character education is a system of character cultivation to the school community which includes knowledge, awareness or willingness, and actions to carry out these values, both from God Almighty (Almighty), ourselves, other people, the environment, and the nation so that humans become perfect humans. In fact, multicultural education is indeed an integral part at all levels education. Therefore, the cultivation of multicultural values should ideally be applied in all subjects in formal education.

Abstract

Learning strategy is planning about a series of activities designed in an effort to achieve certain educational goals. In this case, learning strategies become activities that must be carried out by teachers and students. The reason is, the learning strategy is also interpreted as a set of learning materials and procedures to generate learning outcomes in students. In its implementation, learning strategies consist of various kinds of learning techniques and methods, for example reading, remembering, repeating, and applying information. According to the 1970 Commission Instruction Technology (CIT) definition, learning technology is defined as a medium that was born as a result of the communication revolution that can be used for learning purposes in addition to teachers, textbooks, and blackboards….the parts that make up learning technology are television, film, OHP , computers and other hardware and software parts. Schramm (1977) suggests that learning media is a message carrier technology that can be utilized for learning purposes. Meanwhile, Briggs (1977) argues that learning media are physical means for conveying learning content/material such as: books, films, videos and so on. Meanwhile, the National Education Association (1969) revealed that learning media is a means of communication in print and audio-visual form, including hardware technology. From the three opinions above, it can be concluded that learning media is anything that can convey messages, can stimulate the thoughts, feelings, and willingness of students so that they can encourage the creation of learning processes in students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pendidikan agama islam terhadap karakter peserta didik SDIT Cahaya Robbani Kepahiang Tahun 2024. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SDIT kelas 6 yang berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik pengambilan data ini saya menggunakan metode perposive sampling. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan menyebarkan data melalui angket/koesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : Pendidikan agama islam berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap karakter peserta didik SDIT Cahaya Robbani Kepahiang.

Abstract

This research is based on the role of Islamic religious education teachers in overcoming learning difficulties of students at SD Negeri 05 Bermani Ilir. The purpose of this study is to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the role of Islamic religious education teachers in overcoming learning difficulties. The theory used in this study is qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained from this study are that teachers have played a good role with teachers who are guided to become facilitators and make their students like their own children. By approaching their students, teachers become role models for their students.
