Abstract

Soybeans are basically processed by the community into semi-finished foods, namely tempeh and tofu, and also into ready-to-eat foods such as soy milk. The people of Jember have a good interest in soy milk, as can be seen from the market share in Jember Regency which is quite good. MSME soy milk entrepreneurs located in Jember still produce it traditionally. Apart from that, the packaging and labeling used is still simple using plastic, so research into soy milk processing is needed to increase the added value of the product. One of the soy milk derivative products is ice cream. The aim of this research was to determine the overrun and melting power of soy milk ice cream and to determine the organoleptic properties of soy milk ice cream. Based on the results of organoleptic test calculations, the variable color, aroma, taste and texture that has a significant influence on the liking of soy milk ice cream is aroma because it has an F Hit value of 3.84 > F Tab 5% 3.19, which means it has an influence. The second most significant preference for soy milk ice cream is the flavor which has an F Hit value of 7.71 > F Tab 1% 5.08 and F Tab 5% 3.19. Which means it has a very real influence on the preference for soy milk ice cream.

Abstract

The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a strategic management tool for quickly and easily defining and communicating a business idea or concept. The research objectives were (1) to find out the Business Model Canvas (BMC) for the crystal guava business in Suci Village, Panti District (2) to find out the SWOT analysis for the crystal guava business in Suci Village, Panti District. The research method is to use descriptive analysis, and data analysis by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the harvest is in demand by all groups ranging from children, adults and the elderly. Because it tastes sweet, crunchy and the price is cheap compared to other crystal guava sellers. The results of the SWOT analysis are increasing increasing capital, increasing production and innovating products derived from crystal guava and increasing marketing with good consumer perception so that it can be increased more intensely by promoting it to new consumers.

Abstract

Providing assistance with rice seeds and liquid fertilizer in Setail Village will begin in 2021. This research aims to determine income in one harvest and the differences before and after receiving assistance. The time for data collection was carried out in December 2022 for rice farmers who received seed and liquid fertilizer assistance in Setail Village, Genteng District. The location was determined based on the number of rice farmers receiving seed and liquid fertilizer assistance in Setail Village. This research uses primary and secondary data. The analytical method used is Income Analysis and Paired Samples T-Test. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded as follows: 1. TR > TC value, so it can be said that the income from rice farming in Setail Village, Genteng District is profitable. 2. The results of the paired simple t-test analysis show that the significance value of the test is 0.000, which is smaller than the real level value, namely 0.05 or 5%, so there is a difference in income between before and after receiving seed and liquid fertilizer assistance.

Abstract

Taman Gading Asri Agrotourism is a horticultural agricultural object packaged with a tourism concept located in Jember Regency, but currently it has not been developed optimally. Study carried out aimed at managers of horticultural plant cultivation at Taman Gading Asri Agrotourism. Research design used is qualitative with case study research techniques. Analysis plan The data used is qualitative descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. From the results of the research that has been carried out it is known that Taman Gading Asri agrotourism activities start from education regarding the production process of horticultural crops by applying welfare rules for tourist attractions to culinary tourism. The strategy that has been implemented by Taman Gading Asri Agrotourism in Agrotourism development is making plans to improve facilities on location, improving customer service, and carrying out promotion of agrotourism through social media. The most appropriate strategy and The priority in developing Taman Gading Asri agrotourism is an aggressive strategy with increasing the various agrotourism attractions of Taman Gading Asri and expanding marketing.

Abstract

Research on institutions and marketing of fishermen's catches at fish auctions. The background of this research is to introduce TPI Paiton to the community, to increase fishermen's income and fishermen's welfare in Sumberanyar Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of utilization and the need for basic facilities, functional facilities, and supporting facilities. To find out the application of 4P in the process of selling fish at TPI Paiton, Sumberanyar Village, Paiton District. The research was conducted in Paiton District using the Slovin method. The analytical method used is a qualitative approach. The results of the discussion showed that the condition of the facilities at TPI Paiton, both basic facilities, functional facilities, and supporting facilities were still all functioning and used by fishermen. The application of 4P at TPI Paiton is product, where the products at TPI Paiton are salted fish and fresh fish, then the price or price where the price set by traders at TPI Paiton is based on the purchase price of fish per kilo and customer prices. Place or a place where the place offered by the producer is still only a few places such as traditional markets, out of town, factories, and in their own homes. Promotions or promotions carried out at TPI Paiton have been effective by selling fish in traditional markets, outside the city, factories and in their own homes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) indicators to customer satisfaction at UD Purnama Jati and the effect of TQM variable indicators on customer satisfaction at UD Purnama Jati. These indicators consist of focus on customers, obsession with quality, teamwork and long-term commitment. This research includes research using qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. The population in this study are customers at UD Purnama Jati. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with coincidence-based determination and sample determination using purposive sampling with the criteria of buyers over the age of 18 years, the respondents in this research were 45 people. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires or documentary questionnaires. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression tests that have been teste for validity, reliability, autocorrelat on, heteroscedasticity The results of the study show that focus on customers, obsession with quality, teamwork have a partial effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, long-term commitment has no partial effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, long-term commitment has no partial effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously focus on the customer. Obsession with quality, teamwork, long-term commitment simultaneously influence customer satisfaction at UD Purnama Jati.

Abstract

Eggs have high nutritional value, so they are good for all levels of society, both children and the elderly. Apart from that, the price is quite affordable, which is one of the reasons why eggs are popular with people as a food source. The amount of egg consumption continues to increase. However, demand for eggs remains fluctuating, this is due to several conditions where demand for eggs experiences a decrease or increase. This causes egg prices to fluctuate. So this makes egg farmers anxious because of the uncertainty in egg prices. The aim of the research is to determine the factors that influence the price of eggs in the traditional markets of Jember Regency. The research method uses quantitative descriptive methods and data analysis obtained from BPS and Siskaperbapo. The research results show that (1) Production variables (X1) and demand (X2) both have a significant effect on the price of rice in the traditional market of Jember district. Where the production variables (X1) and demand (X2) both have a significant effect on egg prices. Where Production (X1) has a tcount of -5,810, this value is greater than ttable which is 2,036. For the demand variable (X2) it has a tcount of 5,997, this value is greater than ttable which is 2,036.

Abstract

Looking at the problems of traditional market traders caused by the development of digital marketing which has an impact on the economy which is not optimal for traditional market snack traders. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of digital marketing on the income of snack traders and to determine the effect of product innovation on traditional market snack traders in Balung Kulon Village, Balung District, Jember Regency. This research methodusing quantitative descriptive analysis and purposive sampling method with a total sample of 30 respondents. Data analysis with interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that in digital marketing the results of the Multiple Linear Regression analysis obtained a value of -170,022.616, this can be seen from the multiple regression coefficient value, which means that every time there is an increase in the x1 variable by 1%, the income of traditional market snack traders will decrease by Rp. 170,022.616, while for product innovation the results of multiple linear analysis get a value of Rp. 556,952.874, this can be seen from the multiple regression coefficient which means that every time there is an increase in variable X2 of 1 rupiah, the income of traditional market snack traders in Balungkulon Village will increase by Rp. 556,952,874. Based on research in the field, it was found that digital marketing efforts and product innovation carried out by snack traders in the Balungkulon Village traditional market can affect the income of snack traders.

Jember is one of them the largest soybean producing district in Java east so many home industries Soybean processing sprung wrong the other one is in Glagahwero Village, Panti District and also on the way Home Industry those in Panti District are no longer there operating due to the increase in soybean prices and other costs. So this research aims to determine the feasibility of Home The Tofu Industry in Glagahwero Village it really deserves to be in try. Sampling method using purposive sampling because deliberately took the Home Industry Know in Glagahwero Village with criteria that has been determined by the researcher, the method this study uses descriptive with using primary and secondary data Based on the results of the analysis done Home Industry is worth it for attempted and sensitivity analysis shows that the Home Industry is sensitive to changes in interest rates

Abstract

ABSTRACT Indonesia is an agricultural country that has abundant natural resources in the form of agricultural products. The food crops sub-sector is one of the agricultural products that has an important role as a supplier of consumption needs. The aims of the research were (1) to know the 4p marketing mix/marketing mix of the “abi” suwar suwir business in Panti Village, Panti District, Jember Regency. (2) To find out the development strategy in the "abi" suwar suwir business in Panti Village, Panti District, Jember Regency. The research method is using Qualitative Descriptive Analysis, and data analysis by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that those using the marketing mix4p analysis of the "Abi" suwar suwir business have not fully implemented the marketing mix4p properly. Among other things, in terms of packaging, promotion, and the lack of human resources. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the position of the SWOT matrix diagram is in a positive aggressive strategy, positive in square 1 is obtained from reducing the number of strengths, weaknesses and opportunities and threats, this is a favorable situation.
