Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how the practice of buying and selling furniture with a custom system in the Pak No furniture business in Rano Village and how the perspective of Sharia Economic Law on the practice of buying and selling furniture with a custom system in the Pak No furniture business in Rano Village. This research is included in the type of qualitative research and uses an empirical juridical approach. In practice, the Pak No furniture business implements a custom system of buying and selling with installments and then pays off after the goods are finished. Viewed from the perspective of Sharia Economic Law, the practice of buying and selling orders in the Pak No furniture business is included in the istishna' contract. Then a problem arose in the practice of buying and selling in the Pak No furniture business, one of which is the buyer who does not fulfill the agreement. The buyer does not take the ordered goods when they are finished, so it can break the istishna' contract. According to the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law, the above problem is included in the causes of the cancellation of the istishna' contract.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan dan implementasi aplikasi VHP sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan komunikasi organisasi di Hotel Pelangi Park. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana aplikasi VHP dapat memperbaiki alur komunikasi antar departemen dan meningkatkan kolaborasi di antara karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk menggali pengalaman dan persepsi karyawan terhadap penggunaan aplikasi VHP. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif, yang memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam tentang dinamika komunikasi di hotel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi VHP tidak hanya meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi, tetapi juga menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih kolaboratif dan harmonis. Karyawan melaporkan peningkatan dalam kejelasan informasi, pengurangan kesalahpahaman, dan peningkatan rasa saling percaya di antara tim. Dengan demikian, aplikasi VHP terbukti menjadi solusi inovatif yang dapat diadopsi oleh industri perhotelan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi organisasi dan kinerja keseluruhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi klinik berbasis website guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di Klinik Murtafiah, Kota Depok. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh kebutuhan klinik untuk mengatasi proses manual dalam pendaftaran pasien, penjadwalan dokter, dan pencatatan data medis yang sering menimbulkan antrean panjang dan kesalahan administrasi.Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem adalah Agile, yang memungkinkan proses pengembangan dilakukan secara iteratif dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. Tahapan penelitian meliputi identifikasi masalah, wawancara, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui black-box testing untuk memverifikasi fungsi sistem, serta uji usability menggunakan Prinsip Heuristik Nielsen dan skala Likert untuk menilai kepuasan pengguna.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dibangun membantu pasien melakukan booking konsultasi secara online, mempermudah admin dalam mengelola jadwal dokter, serta meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan data. Uji fungsionalitas dan usability menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat dioperasikan dengan baik dan mendapat respon positif dari pemilik klinik serta pengguna. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk mendukung efisiensi operasional klinik.

Abstract

Permasalahan pertumbuhan yang sering muncul pada balita adalah masalah gizi yang dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti hilangnya nafsu makan, gangguan fungsi saluran cerna, dan gangguan proses makanan. Pijat tui na merupakan teknik pijat untuk mengatasi kesulitan makan pada balita. Pijat Tui Na merupakan pemijatan dengan titik refleksi yang tefokus pada titik pijat di telapak kaki, kedua telapak tangan dan perut yang bertujuan untuk menormalkan sistem pencernaan dan metabolisme tubuh. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pijat Tui Na terhadap Peningkatan Nafsu Makan pada Balita di Puskesmas Tambusai II. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rancangan Pra Eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pre Test—Posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 43 orang dan sampel berjumlah 10 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji t-dependent. Hasil analisis didapatkan rata-rata frekuensi sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan pijat oksitosin adalah (-2.667), dengan standar deviasi (1.093) dan standar error (0.200). dengan hasil uji T Dependent diperoleh p value = 0.000 < 0.05. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha gagal ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada Pengaruh Pijat Tui Na Terhadap Peningkatan Nafsu Makan Pada Balita Di Puskesmas Tambusai II. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu agar ibu balita lebih giat dalam menggali informasi terkait tentang penanganan dalam kesulitan makan pada balita baik secara farmakologi maupun secara non farmakologi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap pola konsumsi rumah tangga di era digital, dengan fokus pada Kecamatan Galesong, Kabupaten Takalar. Literasi keuangan memainkan peran penting dalam pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga, dan teknologi digital berperan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan pengeluaran rumah tangga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan survei yang melibatkan 200 responden rumah tangga di Kecamatan Galesong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rumah tangga dengan literasi keuangan yang lebih tinggi cenderung memiliki pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih efisien dan pola konsumsi yang lebih terkontrol. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi digital dalam pengelolaan keuangan juga berkontribusi pada pengelolaan anggaran yang lebih baik. Namun, terdapat hambatan yang signifikan terkait dengan rendahnya literasi digital dan akses terbatas terhadap teknologi, yang mempengaruhi kemampuan masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan teknologi finansial secara optimal. Berdasarkan temuan ini, rekomendasi utama adalah meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan digital di kalangan masyarakat melalui pelatihan yang terstruktur serta meningkatkan akses terhadap teknologi digital di daerah pedesaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi kebijakan pemerintah dan lembaga keuangan dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga di era digital.Kata Kunci: Literasi Keuangan, Pola Konsumsi Rumah Tangga, Teknologi Digital, Pengelolaan Keuangan, Literasi Digital, Kecamatan Galesong

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) telah membuka peluang besar dalam transformasi pengelolaan rekod digital melalui sistem Electronic Records Management System (ERMS). Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis bentuk integrasi AI dalam ERMS, peluang yang ditawarkan, serta risiko dan tantangan yang menyertainya. Dengan menggunakan metode kajian literatur terarah terhadap sumber ilmiah, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa AI dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperkuat analitik pengambilan keputusan, serta memperbaiki tata kelola informasi secara umum. Namun, integrasi AI juga menimbulkan tantangan serius, seperti bias algoritmik, kurangnya regulasi, serta risiko etika dan keamanan informasi. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya pembentukan kerangka regulasi yang kuat, penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan, serta kolaborasi multidisipliner dalam mendukung penerapan AI yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan rekod digital. Studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan landasan konseptual dan praktis bagi pengembangan kebijakan serta penelitian lanjutan di bidang manajemen rekod digital berbasis teknologi cerdas.

Abstract

This study originates from the phenomenon of Generation Z students born between 2001 and 2010 who, due to rapid technological advancement, have developed a strong dependency on the internet and social media in their daily activities. Their identity construction is often centered on virtual existence, expressed through images, videos, symbols, and avatars shared on digital platforms. In this context, education should play a crucial role in guiding Generation Z to distinguish between virtual spaces and real social environments. Art education serves not only to develop aesthetic appreciation and technical skills but also functions as a reflective, expressive, and symbolic medium in the process of self-exploration and identity formation. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method using Vygotsky’s Social Constructivism theory as its analytical framework. The main research question is: How does Art Education (in terms of School, Identity, and Digital Media) serve as a medium for constructing Generation Z’s identity through the perspective of Vygotsky’s Social Constructivism? Data were collected through literature review of relevant books and peer-reviewed journal articles. The findings indicate that art education, particularly in the context of Generation Z, plays a significant role as a medium for identity construction that is not only aesthetic but also reflective and socially engaged. Through the lens of Vygotsky’s theory, students’ identities are shaped through social interaction and the use of cultural tools, including digital media. In art education, digital media function as a form of social mediation that fosters visual literacy, identity reflection, and value negotiation within participatory spaces. Abstract

The study purpose was to analyze differences in consumer perceptions of Hot Wheels and Fire Truck toys at Time Toys, WTC Batanghari Mall, Jambi City, with a specific focus on the influence of price and product quality on consumer satisfaction. The study also aimed to identify service elements that most significantly impact purchasing decisions and to provide recommendations for improving competitiveness in the specialty toy retail sector. This research addresses the urgency of understanding the interplay between tangible product attributes and intangible service factors within the context of Indonesian modern retail. Materials and methods. This study adopted a comparative, cross-sectional design involving consumers who had purchased or considered purchasing Hot Wheels or Fire Truck toys in the past six months. A purposive sampling method was used to ensure participants possessed relevant experience and familiarity with both products. Data were collected using structured questionnaires, distributed in-store and online, measuring demographic characteristics, perceptions of product quality and price fairness, and overall satisfaction. Descriptive statistics were applied to summarize general patterns, independent samples t-tests were used to examine differences in perceptions, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to assess the relative influence of price and quality on satisfaction, with a significance threshold of p < 0.05. Results. The findings revealed that while price and product quality significantly influenced purchasing decisions, service quality emerged as a more dominant determinant of consumer satisfaction. Elements such as transaction transparency, accountability, conditional service tailored to situational needs, and equitable treatment without discrimination were highly valued by customers. Additionally, the provision of supportive facilities, flexibility in payment methods, member-exclusive discounts, and short-term product replacement guarantees enhanced the overall shopping experience. Employee motivation, reinforced by managerial guidance and religious values, contributed to consistently high service standards. Conclusions. The study concludes that in specialty toy retail, service quality can outweigh traditional factors like price and product quality in shaping customer satisfaction. The novelty lies in identifying conditional service as a culturally relevant competitive advantage and highlighting the integration of ethical and spiritual values in service delivery. Retailers are advised to integrate pricing and quality strategies with comprehensive management of the shopping experience, combining efficiency with relational depth to sustain customer loyalty and long-term business

Abstract

The study purpose was to examine the implementation of the ijarah-based gold pawning product at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Jambi Branch, focusing on its operational procedures, appraisal process, and compliance with Sharia principles. Materials and methods. This research used a qualitative descriptive method, gathering primary data through in-depth interviews with branch officers and direct observation, supported by secondary data from official documents and relevant literature. Results. The findings reveal that BSI applies a multi-contract (uqud murakkabah) scheme consisting of rahn, qardh, and ijarah, in full compliance with Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 26/DSN-MUI/III/2002. Gold appraisal is carried out by certified appraisers using modern equipment and daily market price references. The ujrah fee is determined at the start of the contract and remains unchanged until maturity, ensuring fairness (al-‘adl) and legal certainty (al-yaqin). Security measures include a dedicated vault with a dual control system and the use of PWG Monitoring technology to enhance efficiency and accountability. However, some members of the public still misinterpret the ujrah fee as being equivalent to interest in conventional pawn systems, indicating the need for enhanced public education on Islamic financial principles. Conclusions. The ijarah-based gold pawning product at BSI Jambi Branch is proven to be an effective, secure, and Sharia-compliant financing solution, with strong potential to be developed further as an inclusive and sustainable Islamic financial instrument.

Abstract

The study purpose was to analyze the practice of down payments (ʿurbūn) within istisnāʿ contracts in catering service transactions at Yuriken Kitchen, a microenterprise in Pandan Lagan Village, from the perspective of Islamic economic law. The research aimed to examine whether such practices conform to sharīʿah principles and to provide recommendations for improving legal certainty and fairness in similar rural-based business contexts. Materials and methods. This study employed a qualitative, empirical-sociological approach to explore the implementation of down payment systems in a real-world setting. Data were collected through observation, interviews with the business owner and clients, and documentation. The analysis involved inductive reasoning to interpret findings within the framework of Islamic commercial jurisprudence, particularly referring to DSN-MUI fatwas and the Compilation of Islamic Economic Law (KHES). Results. Findings revealed that while down payments of 30–50% are commonly used to secure orders, transactions are conducted orally without written contracts, creating legal ambiguities and potential injustice in the event of cancellations. The current practices show partial conformity with sharīʿah—upholding trust and mutual consent—but lack formal clarity, thereby exposing parties to gharar (uncertainty) and disputes. The study also highlighted a general lack of awareness regarding the legal provisions for ʿurbūn and istisnāʿ among microentrepreneurs in the village, indicating the need for greater educational outreach on fiqh muʿāmalah. Conclusions. The research concludes that the down payment practices at Yuriken Kitchen, although rooted in local trust-based customs, are not fully aligned with the legal standards of Islamic economic law due to the absence of formal contract documentation. The study contributes a novel sociological insight by illustrating how rural social trust, while valuable, must be complemented by legally sound practices to prevent conflict and uphold justice. Promoting awareness of sharīʿah-based contract mechanisms and encouraging the use of written agreements in microenterprises is crucial for building a transparent, fair, and spiritually accountable economic environment.
