Abstract

The impact of the global crisis is starting to be seen at the national level due to the rapid spread of Covid-19. The COVID-19 epidemic has had a profound impact on the business sector, including micro, small and medium enterprises. Many business actors have laid off their employees and even temporarily closed their business activities. Given the circumstances and events mentioned above, it is very important for new business actors to continue to maintain consumer loyalty, with Brands playing the most significant role. The problem with today's entrepreneurs is that they continue to lack a fundamental understanding of brands. Beginning entrepreneurs are aware that brands are nothing more than logos and packaging. Another problem is that inexperienced business people do not know how to take advantage of the current digital era to activate brands in the minds of consumers. Start-up business players should exercise adequate branding to protect their trademarks from infringement and imitation by other commercial entities.

Abstract

Parent-child communication with a "child-friendly" parenting style is empathetic and full of love. This is important because from an early age children already feel that they are accepted, loved, and valued for their existence. With positive parenting, children will form "basic trust" which will make them a strong foundation of self-confidence. Self-confidence is very important for the development of a steady body and soul, full of confidence, and full of love during its development. The basic principle of applying positive parenting is trying to make parents actively listen to every child's conversation, respect the child's opinion, give appreciation to children's behavior that is considered good, and gradually. Applying discipline according to the stages of the child's mental development. Talking about today's technology which is increasingly sophisticated, namely the use of devices that are easily practiced by children today, therefore parents must also provide supervision when giving devices to their children, so that their children can control the use of devices in a good way and effective. This activity was carried out to increase parental awareness in supervising the use of devices by children.

Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, the world was shocked by the emergence of the Covid-19 virus, which spreads so massively and quickly and has fatal consequences for the human body. This has forced the world to make many changes, including making contact with humans to avoid the broader spread of the virus. These social restrictions have a significant impact on people's lives, one of the most felt impacts is the increasingly sluggish economic and business activities in Indonesia, including the tourism sector. As one element of a tourist location, stalls in tourist attractions must implement the CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment Sustainability) protocol initiated by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy to ensure the safety of tourists who want to explore Indonesia. Therefore, an idea was made as a problem solver for stall business actors to understand and apply health protocols in every business activity. This activity provides guidance in the form of counselling and assistance regarding the application of standard health protocols in business activities during the transition period of the Covid-19 pandemic. This is intended to reduce the risk of spreading the Covid-19 virus. In addition, this service activity can be one of the activities that provide practical benefits for stall business actors so that they can continue to carry out business activities during the transition period of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has significantly impacted various aspects of society, including health, economy, and education. This paper focuses on the challenges faced in the field of education, particularly in the implementation of online learning. Insufficient network coverage and limited internet access in certain areas have hindered the effectiveness of online learning. Additionally, students have faced additional stressors such as the depletion of internet packages, overwhelming homework assignments, and piled-up school tasks, leading to academic stress. In response to these challenges, there is a need to provide education related to the prevention and treatment of Covid-19 to students. To address these issues and prepare for future face-to-face learning, a community service program was implemented through four stages. The preparatory stage involved the formation of community service groups, surveying and analyzing potential locations for community service, coordination with schools and other supporting parties, and program socialization. The implementation stage focused on providing educational and outreach programs to high school students in West Java and Lampung, including the deployment of community service teams, provision of necessary facilities and infrastructure, and the execution of community service activities.
