Abstract

Education is instrumental in shaping individuals and societies, with mathematics education serving as the foundation for critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Understanding multiplication and division concepts is crucial for young learners, as it provides the groundwork for advanced mathematical concepts. To enhance the learning experience and make it enjoyable, innovative teaching methods and creative teaching aids are essential. This abstract focuses on the implementation of a fun learning method, supported by recycling teaching aids, for multiplication and division learning assistance at Kober Bina Warga Mekarjaya. Kober Bina Warga Mekarjaya is a renowned educational institution committed to providing quality education to young learners. Recognizing the importance of engaging teaching techniques, the institution has adopted a fun learning approach to enhance students' understanding of multiplication and division. This approach integrates playfulness and creativity into the learning process, fostering an enjoyable environment and facilitating a deeper comprehension of mathematical concepts. One innovative strategy employed in this learning approach is the use of recycling teaching aids. These aids are created from recyclable materials, promoting sustainability and environmental awareness among students. By incorporating recycling into the learning process, students not only gain mathematical knowledge but also develop a sense of responsibility toward the environment. This approach encourages active engagement and nurtures ecological consciousness among young learners.

Abstract

The era of digital technology had a major impact on the development of the world of education and the world of work. With the digital era accompanied by the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, there is no certainty in the world of work. This causes students and parents to experience confusion in making future career plans. High school students are in the exploratory stage which will be faced with choices related to their careers. There needs to be careful thought and preparation so that career planning can be well prepared, by recognizing and developing one's potential. To answer these problems; Workshop activities regarding exploring self-potential and discussing management and business faculties, talk shows, and discussing the personality and upbringing of parents were carried out for 2 hours in class XI IPS 1 SMA 11 Bandung. This activity received a positive response and appreciation from the school because the event ran smoothly and was beneficial for students.

Abstract

The culinary world is closely related to tourism. This sector is utilized by businesspeople as activities in all fields return to normal. In accordance with its instinct to meet food needs, its potential needs to be utilized as much as possible. Various culinary events began to be carried out along with the disappearance of social restrictions. The situation analysis in this community partnership program is focused on the introduction of Seuhah snacks and the achievement of business targets from PT Wibawa Karya Abadi in Seuhah Festival Level 03. Business activities must always be followed by the preparation of a solid strategic plan, to achieve sustainable company success. The role of AKPAR NHI Bandung as a partner is to implement promotional activities in the event. A promotional strategy is needed in marketing an event with the implementation of promotional activities. Promotional activities through advertising go well and using social media platforms will be more in touch with the target market. Likewise, personal selling, direct marketing, sales promotion supports the event according to the expected target. In sales promotion activities, the impact on consumer visits and consumption at the Seuhah 03 hawker festival is more significant. In addition, public relations activities through organizing competitions involving many parties are an indicator that the implementation of these promotional activities is effective.

Abstract

The purpose of qualitative research is to determine the implementation of risk management and K3 in B3 waste management at UPTD Environmental Laboratory DLH Purwakarta Regency. The source of this research data was obtained from the results of in-depth interviews with the main informant and supporting informants. Using SWOT research analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, threat) to show that risk management has been implemented thoroughly based on implementation in carrying out services documented in SOPs and Monitoring which is carried out every three months. The application of K3 is in accordance with Permen-LHK No. 23 of 2020 concerning Environmental Laboratories. Obstacles in B3 waste management are inappropriate waste management due to lack of knowledge and certification competition owned by B3 waste managers. Therefore, a B3 waste management strategy was made with a SWOT analysis in the form of providing an education and training budget to obtain B3 waste management competency certification.

Abstract

MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) are the main drivers of the Indonesian economy which are now excellent in increasing employment The government in various sectors also helps the development of MSMEs, one of which is by providing KUR (People's Business Credit) loan facilities intended for MSMEs. Now MSMEs are very easy to recognize with various technological advances, one of which is social media which provides one way of promotion attractively. Wikaorganizer invites MSMEs to participate in celebrating the Level 3 Sehaaah Festival which will be held in Paris Van Java in collaboration with BJB held a flash sale in order to celebrate the right one on August 17 and gave vouchers for Rp.17,-. The Community Service program aims to provide education and invite MSMEs to introduce their products to increase their selling competitiveness during the Level 3 Seuhaaah Festival at Paris Van Java Mall. MSME owners were given the opportunity to participate in the event and try to compete with other business units in selling their products. During the Seuhaaah Level 3 Festival, MSMEs could attract consumer attention through creative and attractive product exhibitions. In this case, effective promotion and strong branding are key factors. In addition, participating in events like this allows MSMEs to build a wider business network, including with potential buyers and business partners. In this program, MSMEs can experience real benefits in increasing their sales competitiveness through participation in the Level 3 Seuhaaah Festival event. Therefore, increasing support and promotion of similar events can be an effective strategy in supporting the growth of MSMEs and the local economy as a whole.

Abstract

Development of food innovations that use local raw materials as the main ingredient. This includes organic foods and food products that support local farmers. Traditional Indonesian food products such as rendang, chili sauce and crackers have undergone innovation in a more modern and ready-to-eat form for the global market. One of the innovations in processed local food products is cassava, cassava, or cassava in English, which is an important root crop in Indonesia. food consumption in many countries around the world. Innovation in the processing and use of cassava has played a major role in increasing food production and added value. Modernization in the processing and processing of cassava products in local food is an effort to create products that are more diverse, of higher quality, and in line with current consumer trends. This modernization can provide added value to processed cassava products and help promote the use of cassava in various dishes, one of which can be applied in cassava Bomb Brulle cheese sauce, Desert coconut snowballs. The collaboration between the NHI Tourism Academy (AKPAR) and students from the Indonesian University of Education (UPI) to organize training is a positive step in improving the skills and knowledge of UPI students, especially in the tourism marketing department, to equip graduates to open entrepreneurship. Consider establishing long-term cooperation between Akpar NHI and UPI. This could include regular training, student exchanges, or other joint projects that are beneficial to both parties.

Abstract

Public services are one of the important tasks that cannot be ignored by local governments because if the service component experiences stagnation, it is almost certain that all sectors will impact congestion. Therefore, there needs to be good planning and even needs to be formulated service standards for the community in accordance with the authority given by central government to local government. By providing positive and quality services, empirically, on the one hand, it will create satisfaction, happiness, and welfare of the community, which in turn will be able to realize village development goals. The purpose of this community service is to find out the role of service through Service Transformation by Implementing the Village Information System Web towards the people of Cipayung village. In community service in Cipayung village, East Cikarang district, there are 4 methods used, namely observation, interviews, training, and counseling. Implementation of the Cipayung Village Information System Web plays a role in informing the existence of Cipayung village, improving online village services, inputting data digitally, providing information on the wall, and having a neat file storage layout

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital content, driven by the increasing penetration of the Internet of Things (IoT), has accelerated access to information through the internet. This phenomenon, coupled with the crucial role of social media, has transformed the function of social media from mere social networking platforms into essential tools in various fields, including Islamic preaching (Dakwah). This community service is carried out and organized by Faculty of Social science Bhakti Kencana University in PC. Pemudi Persatuan Islam (Persis) Rancaekek and PC. Persistri Rancaekek in Bandung Regency, as women's preaching organizations actively using social media as a means of disseminating Islamic messages. The training implementation method involves active community participation in problem-solving with a practical learning approach. Through a regional situation analysis, this training is conducted in stages: preparation, face-to-face implementation, and evaluation of community engagement. The implementation, Community service uses Canva application as a practical platform for creating preaching content. Results and discussions cover the application of preaching content creation practices using Canva. The evaluation of community engagement involves pre-tests and post-tests as measures of training success. The results show that it is quite effective in improving participants’ understanding and skills in using Canva for preaching

Abstract

Few communities in Cibiru have a problem, namely that they have not implement a clean and healthy lifestyle, namely the lack of the habit of washing hands with soap before eating, especially for children, resulting in moderate diarrhea in the community area, as well as a lack of post-harvest diversification of coffee and milk. The solution   provided is to educate the community by presentation about the importance of washing hands with soap before eating. This event also holds training in making liquid hand washing soap, so that people are skilled at making the product, and can even sell the product. There are three specific goals and targets to be achieved, namely the community gaining knowledge on how to make hand washing soap, the community get used to a clean and healthy lifestyle and increasing community income by selling the liquid soap. The methods that are used are presentation of material using in focus and Microsoft PPT, training in making hand-washing soap products (hands-on) and monitoring post-training product marketing. The method used to make this hand washing soap is the fermentation method for making yogurt, the maceration method for making Arabica coffee extract. From the results of the questionnaire evaluation, there was an increase in participants' insight after being given the training, namely from an average score of 68 to 90, so there is quantitative data on the results of this training

Abstract

Many people experience stress in living their daily lives, including students. Stress is the body's reaction to situations that seem dangerous or difficult. Light stress will be useful because it can spur a person to think and do things faster and harder so they can answer the challenges of everyday life. However, stress that is too much and sustainable, if left untreated, will be dangerous for individuals. Individuals in a state of stress view problems as tangled threads, they have difficulty finding a way out, so they need help. Peer Support is defined as a variety of interpersonal helping behaviors assumed by non-professionals who undertake helping roles with others. This peer mentor aims to overcome someone's stress in academic life in the campus environment. This training method is given in several sessions to students which contain a variety of knowledge and carry out role plays to apply previously obtained knowledge. The training session will close with an implementation questionnaire
