Abstract

Tri Dharma Universities is the strength of the education world to develop all elements in this non-profit organization. The role of lecturers as human resources who produce quality graduates is needed. Lecturers’ quality development includes the ability to carry out the Tri dharma of higher education through teaching, research, and dedication to society. The importance of motivation and brainstorming is organized through workshop events, and time is not an obstacle, the concept of online workshops that present material about research and dedication to the society with the support of expert lecturers in the field of research as a resource person to increase lecturers' interest is an effective activity to develop lecturers’ interest and motivation to carry out Tri dharma in every term.

Abstract

The aim of this activity is to improve the technical skills of participants, especially in the process of managing accounting data and preparing financial reports through various alternative software and preparing participants' involvement in activities with MSMEs. The main obstacle faced is technical problems related to tracking troubleshooting when the software process is disrupted, or the results of the process are not as they should be. Repeated software usage training will provide better abilities along with an understanding of the characteristics of each software used. Participants can understand the database as the main part of an information system well, but the technical preparation of the database structure still requires further socialization. Participants' interest and confidence in contributing to community services activities showed a very good response so that in future activities it is hoped that their involvement can continue to be increased by previously carrying out orientation and conditioning on certain software.

Abstract

Lobbying and negotiation are one way to reach an agreement that benefits both parties in relationships with customers or business partners. Good negotiating skills can lead to mutual benefits and maintain long-term business relationships. Lobby and negotiation are also necessary in addressing conflict that may arise in a business context. The research method used in this program is descriptive analysis. The results of this community service program implementation can be seen from two indicators, namely the achievement of the outcomes target and the improvement of the participants' skills measured through material exposure and also simulation that output in the form of application of activity. Basic training in lobbying and negotiation techniques played an important role in improving participants' knowledge and ability to approach interpersonal communication and public speaking capabilities.

Abstract

Pregnant women, toddlers and toddlers are at risk of giving birth to babies with low birth weight and stunting. Nutrition problems in Indonesia are currently emerging as complex problems. Chronic malnutrition conditions such as stunting are one of them. Health services should empower cadres in health promotion to prevent stunting by processing food menus and packaging according to local wisdom which is easily available in the area. AKPAR NHI Bandung, in this case a university in the field of hospitality and tourism, is a partner of the Cipageran Community Health Center, North Cimahi district. The situation analysis in this community partnership program focuses on education on healthy food processing and at the same time packaging food for pregnant women, children and Toddlers. This community service proposal is proposed with a theme "processing and packaging of healthy food for PKK cadres" in collaboration with the Cipangeran CIMAHI Utara community health center. It is hoped that it can increase the knowledge and skills of mothers of toddlers in processing local food ingredients so as to participate in preserving local culture and gastronomy

Abstract

This community partnership program focuses on supporting the Cimahi Tengah Health Center team by providing input on managing and creating healthy food products. It aligns with the government's broader strategy to reduce stunting in Indonesia by promoting the use of local ingredients in nutritious recipes. In collaboration with the Cimahi Tengah Health Center and Akademi Pariwisata NHI Bandung, the program emphasized the importance of local food resources in combating nutritional deficiencies. By focusing on sustainability and community engagement, the training targeted health professionals, equipping them with the skills to create nutritious, anti-stunting meals that appeal to children and promote healthy eating habits from an early age. The primary purpose of the program was to bridge the gap between nutritional knowledge and its practical application by teaching innovative food processing techniques. It aims to empower health professionals with the tools to create meals that are both nutritious and visually appealing, making them attractive to children. By promoting the use of local ingredients, the program also sought to enhance the value of local commodities while addressing the root causes of malnutrition and stunting. The program achieved all its objectives, with 100% of its goals met. The collaboration between the Cimahi Tengah Health Center and AKADEMI PARIWISATA NHI Bandung played a crucial role in its success, Participants learned hands-on techniques for creating nutritious meals using local ingredients and strategies to encourage children to adopt healthier dietary habits. This initiative not only addressed immediate nutritional needs but also laid the groundwork for long-term health improvements.

Abstract

The Boarding School partner has many students but the habit of washing their hands before eating is not accompanied by washing with soap. This is a concern because washing with soap ensures the disappearance of pathogenic microbes. Teaching the importance of washing hands with soap before meals aims to raise awareness about the benefits of maintaining hygiene and supplementary nutrition could improve health. We trained the pupils in the Boarding School to make liquid hand-washing soap and yoghurt to stimulate a hygienic lifestyle, provide in-house supplementary nutrition, and gain economic benefit from the products. The hygienic lifestyle knowledge was delivered through a presentation in an open-class setting, while soap and yoghurt production skills were taught by an in-hand workshop, followed by post-monitoring for both activities. The yoghurt was produced by fermentation, and the soap was made by formulating a macerate of fennel leaf extracted into hand-washing soap. The pupils’ knowledge of hygienic lifestyles improved with an average score of 68 to 90.

Abstract

Community empowerment through the utilization of local potential is the focus of the community service program. This program aims to empower the Creative Women's Group Tanginas in Cimareme Village, West Bandung Regency, by optimizing bamboo shoots as raw materials for innovative products. Various training and mentoring are carried out to improve digital marketing skills, standard operating procedures, and financial reporting. Evaluation using pre-tests and post-tests showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills, especially in utilizing digital platforms such as websites for branding and sales. This program has succeeded in increasing production capacity, standardizing product quality, and expanding market reach, thus contributing to the sustainability of the local economy

Abstract

Training as well as digital marketing guidance has been held for the disability community VirageAwie in Cimareme Village, Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency. This activity aims to increase knowledge and skills in digital marketing, especially for disability community members. The program starts with FGD to identify problems, then to be continued with VirageAwie.com website creation and training themed Digital Marketing Introducing Business Through Social Media Content. Training covers discussion about marketing through social media, methods photography, videography, and product promotion. Findings show the existence of significant improvement in participants' understanding about digital marketing as well as their ability to use digital platforms to enlarge market reach. A good influence was seen in the increased ability and independent financial sustainability of the participants. This initiative needs more cooperation continued with communities, academics, and government to strengthen network marketing as well as quality power work, so that VirageAwie products can compete in the local to global market.

Abstract

To improve service delivery and reduce preventable deaths and illnesses, the government and the healthcare industry are endeavoring to expand the growing number of healthcare facilities in Indonesia. The transactions that occur can also cause stock mismatches in the bookkeeping with the physical ones in the clinic warehouse so that to prevent this it is necessary to do stock-taking. The STIE Gema Widya Bangsa Community Service Activity team after conducting an initial survey and talking to the clinic management about the problem. The implementation method in this Community Service Activity program is arranged systematically through several stages. The application of the inventory control system for medical and non-medical goods at the Cinta Bunda Clinic is expected to improve the quality of the inventory control system into a relevant and accurate inventory report.
