The purpose of this activity is to increase the competence of extension officers, widyaiswara and marine and fisheries instructors so that they have a productive, skilled, creative, disciplined, professional work ethic and are able to utilize, develop and master innovative and adaptive technologies. On the results of the evaluation of the implementation of technical guidance, discussions, and fieldwork Based on presentations, discussions, and field visits, some conclusions that can be formulated are: a). Participants thought that this activity was beneficial for increasing knowledge and knowledge, especially technology which was the material for technical guidance. Abstract

In order for the technology that will be the technical guidance material according to the needs, the selection of materials is determined through focus group discussions (FGD) attended by stakeholders in the area that will be the location of the activity implementation. The FGD participants were given a list of recommended technologies and asked to choose a technology based on 7 (seven) criteria for the effectiveness of the technology. The technology chosen with the highest number is chosen to be the material for technical guidance. The specific objective is to utilize science and technology resulting from research and development by extension agents and the public so that they can improve the quality and competence of extension officers and key actors in fisheries so that they have a work ethic that is productive, skilled, creative, disciplined, professional and able to utilize, develop and master innovative technologies. The second specific objective is to increase the number of partner networks for the utilization of science and technology with the spread of science and technology so that BRSDM will receive feedback and requests for the dissemination of technologies that have been found so as to accelerate the dissemination and utilization of science and technology from research and development results to the public. Abstract

Slondok is one of the typical traditional foods originating from the Magelang Regency. Slondok is a food made from cassava and is one of the foods that are in great demand by the local community or those from outside the region. However, currently, the production of slondok is still carried out traditionally and is one of the micro-home industry businesses. One of the village centers for slondok production is in Balesari Village, Windusari District, Magelang Regency. The people of this village produce slondok in simple plastic packaging. This causes slondok to be vulnerable to damage and the absence of good packaging labels so that the characteristics or identity of slondok become less well known. Packaging is very important in protecting the product, increasing storage time, and functions in attracting consumers. Therefore, training on the packaging was carried out in order to create safe, healthy and attractive packaging so that it is hoped that the sales of slondok will increase and could increase income. The method used is to carry out presentation and demonstration methods on how to choose good packaging, then monitor the program's sustainability and evaluate it. The result of the service program is that the packaging used to wrap slondok is still very simple, in the form of plastic rope. The community looked enthusiastic and discussed actively during the program. This is because good packaging products in addition to attracting consumer interest will also increase the selling price of slondok products on the market.

Abstract

Holiday celebrations carried out by Muslims include Eid al-Fitr, and the second is Eid al-Adha, or what people call the Eid al-Sacrifice holiday. Eid al-Adha has provisions that have been determined according to Islamic law. These provisions include being Muslim, financially capable, resourceful, and mature. People who are said to have abilities are people who are sufficient in terms of assets, both for themselves and their families. Sacrificial meat is a food product that has the potential for danger both biologically, physically, and chemically, which occurs when the sacrificial animal is slaughtered. Therefore, it is necessary to implement cleanliness and sanitation during the process of handling and processing sacrificial meat for the sacrificial animal slaughter committee at the Al-Ikhsan Mosque and the Sanden community in South Kramat, Magelang City.

Abstract

Catfish is a type of freshwater fish that contains abundant protein. Catfish is also a food source with high nutrition so it needs to be processed properly in order to increase people's interest in consuming catfish. One of them is by processing catfish into nuggets, by combining animal food and vegetable food, so that this food will have a nutritional content that is high enough to be consumed. The method used is the lecture method and active participation in the training activities provided. The training was attended by the Head of Gandusari Village, Head of farmer women's group (KWT) Permai Tani. The activity started with preparing tools and materials, delivering material about digital marketing, practicing making carrot catfish nuggets, and handing over cooking equipment to KWT Permai Tani. From this activity it can be concluded that the public likes the Carrot Catfish Nugget products that have been made. The suggestion for the next activity is that the community can independently practice directly making fishery products.

Abstract

Beringin Raya Village's position, near the Bengkulu University campus and directly adjacent to Central Bengkulu Regency, should allow it to flourish as a satellite area. This location has the potential to become a new hub of activity, serving as a gateway between Bengkulu City and its neighboring districts. However, the development of the area surrounding the school in Beringin Raya Village is slower than that of neighboring villages nearby. The restrictions of regional expansion in the Beringin Raya sub-district resulted in the formation of spaces between residential settlements with a high potential for agricultural, livestock, and home industry development. The agricultural and livestock sectors are not the primary economic drivers in the Beringin Raya sub-district. The realities on the ground demonstrate that some individuals earn a living as farmers, particularly vegetable and horticulture growers who work in settlements. Identification of surrounding environmental resources in Beringin Raya Village is the first step toward understanding the potential problems, possibilities, and risks that will arise in the area. Field observations and conversations with community leaders are part of the data collection process. The next stage following identification is to establish priorities. The development of the area surrounding the Bengkulu University campus is a difficult task that necessitates a collaborative approach. Various variables are interconnected and impact one another in attempts to solve existing problems. The study programs of Bengkulu University play a vital role in contributing ideas, research, devotion, and solutions to help overcome or decrease current difficulties. Collaboration with the government, stakeholders, and local communities is essential for developing and executing effective policies.
