Abstract

The scientific value of the Qur'an regarding the creation of humans with the gift of physical completeness is one of the undeniable values. In this case, it is narrated specifically in Q.S an-Nahl [16]:78. The verse is also a scientific legitimization in the realm of modern science that proves the factual values of the Qur'an about the potential that Allah gives to humans in sequence after their release from the womb. Based on this, the purpose of this research is to prove the existence of isomorphs between the world of al-Qur'anic language and the world of reality. By using Betrand Russel's logical atomism theory analysis to find the isomorph. The result of this research is that there is an isomorph between the world of language in Q.S an-Nahl [16]:78 and the world of reality as proven by modern medical science that the orderly potential of human anatomy is commensurate with what is narrated in Q.S an-Nahl [16]:78.

Among those who deny the Sunnah from modern circles are Abu Rayyah and Ahmad Amin. This article aims to examine the thoughts of Abu Rayyah and Ahmad Amin regarding the hadith and sunnah of the Prophet Saw. This research uses library research which explains the thoughts of people who disbelieve the Sunnah of the Prophet Saw. The results of this study if the thoughts of Abu Rayyah and Ahmad Amin contained several accusations against the hadith of the Prophet Saw. He believes that the Sunnah has a higher position than the Hadith. This accusation is not only related to the hadith but also to the narrators of the hadith such as Abu Hurairah. Therefore, to refute the accusations of Abu Rayyah and Ahmad Amin, a defense came from Muhammad bin Muhammad Abi Syahbah regarding these accusations.

Abstract

This study examines the contentious issue of Muslim-non-Muslim relations, particularly in the context of leadership and friendship. The controversy surrounding this topic stems from apparent contradictions within Quranic verses, which prohibit Muslims from forming close relationships with non-Muslims, while concurrently promoting justice and kindness towards them. Furthermore, divergent interpretations of the term awliya' among Islamic scholars have exacerbated the problem. By employing a maqashidi exegetical framework, this research aims to re-interpret the seemingly contradictory Quranic verses and reconcile the polarized approaches to exegesis. The findings of this study reveal that a chronological analysis of the relevant verses indicates a shift in address from hypocrites and Jews to those who betray God and His Messenger, irrespective of their religious affiliation. From a maqashidi perspective, these verses do not prohibit Muslims from engaging in positive relationships with non-Muslims, but rather serve as a motivation to foster a just and non-treacherous human community. Muslims are, however, prohibited from forming close relationships with treacherous individuals.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of gender equality and the fulfillment of human rights (HR) in building an inclusive and equitable education system in Indonesia. Gender equality and HR are fundamental principles that must be integrated into the education system to ensure equal access and quality of education for all students, regardless of gender, social background, or economic status. The focus of this research is to analyze national education policies related to gender equality and HR, as well as to identify the challenges faced in their implementation. This study employs a qualitative approach using document analysis methods. Data were collected through an in-depth review of national education policies, official government reports, and relevant academic literature. The findings reveal that although various policies and programs have been designed to promote gender equality and HR, their implementation still faces social, cultural, and structural barriers. Indonesia’s educational curriculum incorporates the principles of gender equality and HR, yet its application in practice remains suboptimal and requires further improvement. This research contributes strategically by recommending steps such as teacher training, the revision of more inclusive learning materials, and the implementation of consistent monitoring and evaluation systems. These measures are expected to strengthen educational policies to create a truly equitable education system. Ultimately, an inclusive system will positively impact social development and the overall progress of the nation.

In this type of research, the author uses descriptive qualitative methods. Where she tries to understand in general the data to be analysed. Data processing uses Huberman's theory by reducing the data collected, analyzing the data, and drawing conclusions or verifying the data (Reduction, Analysis, and Conclusion Drawing or Verification). In this writing, a library research approach is used by searching and collecting data in the form of documents related to the topic of this discussion as a reinforcement for writing this article. The results of this study indicate that in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, there are human rights violations in the form of indiscriminate attacks by Israeli soldiers in Palestine, the need to seek a peaceful solution with the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with the concept of a two-state solution, and the role of Indonesia in playing an active role in achieving world peace.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the urgency of integrating science and Qur'anic education as a solution to heal the spiritual wounds of modern society. Through a qualitative approach and literature review of several relevant journals, this research demonstrates that the integration of science and Qur'anic education not only addresses the identity crisis faced by the youth but also enhances the spiritual and intellectual development of students. Educational models that combine Islamic values and scientific knowledge, such as STEAM-based Islamic education, tafsir kauniyah, and Qur'anic logotherapy, have been proven to strengthen students' motivation, reduce psychological stress, and deepen their understanding of the world and life as creations of Allah. This study also recommends expanding this integration at various educational levels and supporting it with relevant policies. Future research should further explore the long-term impact of implementing Qur'anic-scientific education on the quality of life and character development of the younger generation.

Abstract

The importance of religious moderation in strengthening interfaith brotherhood in multicultural societies is an increasingly relevant issue in the midst of increasingly plural social life. The diversity of religions, cultures, and ethnicities in Indonesia often poses challenges in building harmonious relationships between various groups. Religious moderation, as an approach that promotes moderation, tolerance, and mutual respect between religious communities, is an important key in maintaining such harmony. The purpose of this research is to analyse the role of religious moderation in strengthening interfaith brotherhood in a pluralistic society. The method used in this research is a literature study with a qualitative approach, collecting data from various relevant sources, such as articles, books, and previous research results. The results of the discussion show that religious moderation plays a significant role in creating space for interfaith dialogue, reducing conflict, and increasing awareness of the importance of tolerance and respect for differences. Religious moderation education in schools and communities has also proven effective in shaping a more open and peaceful mindset. Religious moderation is not only the teaching of tolerance, but also the application of religious values that emphasise compassion and peace. Therefore, religious moderation is an important strategy in strengthening interfaith brotherhood in Indonesia.
