Abstract

Saat ini ISPA masih menjadi masalah kesehatan dunia. Berdasarkan WHO (2007) ISPA adalah penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas penyakit menular didunia. Hampir 4 juta orang meninggal akibat ISPA setiap tahun, 98% nya disebabkan oleh infeksi saluran pernapasan bawah. Tingkat mortalitas sangat tinggi pada bayi,balita-balita dan orang lanjut usia, terutama di Negara-negara dengan pendapatan perkapita rendah dan menengah. Dimana ISPA juga merupakan salah satu penyebab utama konsultasi atau rawat inap di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan terutama pada bagian perawatan balita. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan orangtua dengan tingkat kejadian ISPA pada balita. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 sampel yang ditentukan dengan tehnik  accidental sampling. Hasil: Analisis statistik menggunakan uji statistic pearson correlation. Hasil penetian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan orang tua (p=0,001) dengan kejadian ISPA, di keluarga di Puskesmas Kumbe Kota Bima. Kesimpulan: ada hubungan pengetahuan ibu dengan tingkat kejadian ISPA pada balita

Abstract

Regarding Sultan Abdul Qahir is very interesting because since he was appointed by the king of Gowa and embraced Islam became the beginning of the development of Islam in Bima. Education as the main channel of Islamization is carried out in households raised by parents and ulemas, religious teachers such as the art of reading barzanji which is still valid in the villages. Carving, seen in the pulpit of the mosque, heirloom keris carved in such a way that it looks very beautiful grooves. Hadra, which is a kind of Islamic art in the form of dhikr in Arabic while shaking the body according to the tambourine rhythm which is done by sitting also standing. The second channel is a fairly successful propaganda method carried out by preachers is by approaching the community such as, adjusting to the situation and conditions of the people who hold fast to the old beliefs of Animism and Dynamism. The method of preaching like the one above is to look at the situation and condition of the community indeed has been exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad.Mengenai Sultan Abdul Qahir sangat menarik karena sejak Ia dilantik oleh raja Gowa dan memeluk Islam menjadi awal perkembangan Islam di Bima. Pendidikan sebagai saluran utama islamisasi  dilakukan dalam rumah tangga yang diasuh oleh orang tua dan para ulama. Pelajaran untuk didikan anak dilingkungan kesultanan Bima waktu itu selain belajar agama Islam (rukun, iman, rukun Islam, thaharah, adab), juga untuk meyiapkan putra-putrinya secara khsusus untuk tujuan-tujuan dan tanggung jawab yang dihadapinya dalam kehidupan mendatang.  Kegiatan pendidikan Islam di istana sebagaimana yang diuraikan di atas membawa pengaruh yang luas dikalangan masyrakat, yang berdatangan untuk belajar agama Islam dan berguru kepada mubalig/guru di istana untuk beberapa lama.  Saluran kedua dengan cara pendekatan kepada masyarakat seperti, penyesuaian diri dengan situasi dan kondisi masyarakat yang berpegang teguh pada kepercayaan lama Animisme dan Dinamisme. Metode dakwah yang seperti tersebut diatas adalah dengan melihat situasi dan kondisi masyarakat memang sudah dicontohkan oleh Nabi Muhammad saw.

Abstract

Osteoarthritis merupakan penyakit tipe paling umum dari arthritis, dan dijumpai khusus pada orang lanjut usia atau sering disebut penyakit degeneratif. Osteoarthritis merupakan penyakit persendian yang kasusnya paling umum dijumpai di dunia. Berdasarkan National Centers for Health Statistics, diperkirakan 15,8 juta (12%) orang dewasa antara usia 25-74 tahun mempunyai keluhan osteoarthritis. Prevalensi dan tingkat keparahan osteoarthritis berbeda-beda antara rentang dan lanjut usia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, frekuensi nyeri mengalami perubahan yang signifikan, yaitu pada tingkat nyeri berat dimana yang frekuensi nyeri berat ada 25% dan setelah dilakukan kompres hangat menjadi 0%. dan dari hasil uji statistik yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik paired t-test diperoleh hasil p = 0.001 atau lebih kecil dari 0.05 dengan T-hitung = -4.690 atau lebih besar dari T-tebel = 1.79588. Berdasarkan uji statistik didapatkan ada pengaruh pemberian kompres hangat terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pada penderita osteoarthritis di Balai Sosial Lanjut Usia Kota Bima

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experimental yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis proyek terhadap hasil belajar kimia materi pokok sistem periodik unsur pada siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Mataram tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Hasil belajar dalam penelitian ini meliputi hasil belajar dalam bentuk pengetahuan dan hasil belajar dalam bentuk sikap (kerjasama siswa). Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes multiple choice. Data hasil penelitian yang dianalisis statistik dengan uji t dan lembar observasi kerjasama yang dianalisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kelas eksperimen  diperoleh nilai rata-rata 84,62 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 71,79%, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol diperoleh nilai rata-rata 83,95 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 71,05%. Hasil uji-t pada taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh Fhitung 0,28 < Ftabel 1,68 yang berarti Ho pada penelitian ini diterima. Hasil observasi kerjasama pada kelas eksperimen memiliki tingkat kerjasama yang sama dengan kelas kontrol yaitu “sangat tinggi”. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek tidak berpengaruh lebih baik terhadap hasil belajar kimia materi pokok sistem periodik unsur kelas X SMAN 1 Mataram tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Kata-kata kunci : Pembelajaran berbasis proyek, hasil belajar, sistem periodik unsur  Abstract: This study was a quasi experimental that purpose to know the effect of project-based learning on learning achievements on elements periodic system for  X grade students of SMAN 1 Mataram in 2013/2014 academic year. The students’ achievements were knowledge and attitude aspects (student’s cooperation). The instrument uses for data collection are a multiple choice test which is statistical analyzed by applying t-test and observation sheet about student cooperation which is analyzed descriptively. The study revealed that experimental group obtained 84.62 on average with classical mastery was 71.79% whereas the control group obtained 83.95 on average with classical mastery was 71.05%. The results of t-test on 5% level of significant shows Facc 0.28 < Ftable 1.68 which means that Ho is accepted. The result of observation sheets shows that whether the students in experimental group or in control group have an equal level of cooperation. It shows “very high” level of cooperation. In summary, project-based learning has no effect on the students’ chemistry learning achievements on elements periodic system  for X grade students of SMAN 1 Mataram in 2013/2014 academic year. Keywords: Project-based learning, learning result, elements periodic system

Abstract

The Ministerial Regulation on Basic and Secondary Education Process Standards ensures that the learning process in primary education should be enjoyable. Fun learning can be obtained through scientific-based learning such as practicum or business. But in reality, learning is conventional, namely lectures and discussions. The utilization of sciences KIT as a learning medium that is owned is never used in classroom learning activities. This is shown from the sciences KIT which is still neatly stored and looks dusty. The reason the sciences KIT was not used was because of the inability of the teacher because they had never received training and the training would damage the sciences KIT used so that the teacher preferred to use conventional learning methods and media. The strategy carried out in this service uses several methods of lectures and presentations, question and answer/discussion, and mentoring. Activities that have been implemented can be said to run smoothly according to the planned schedule. There are no obstacles and problems during the activity and all team members can attend every activity. The whole series of activities starting from the opening stage, delivering training materials, training to closing went smoothly without any meaningful school.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the shape of the sign relations on character characters in the form of icons, indexes, and symbols as well as the contribution of novel  Rara Mendut analysis to literature learning in high school. This research is a qualitative research using a literary semiotic approach with C.S. Peirce’s sign theory. The data source in this study is the novel Rara Mendut by Y.B. Mangunwijaya. The data of this research is written data in the form of words, clauses and sentences contained in the text of the novel. Data collection techniques used in this study is documentation, reading, and note-taking techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study is data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and data verification. The results of this study found that the figure of Rara Mendut as an icon of a brave and steadfast woman, the Pranacitra figure as a clever human icon, and the figure of Tumenggung Wiraguna as an icon of arbitrary ruler. The index found in this study includes the rejection of the of Rara Mendut character  againts the proposal of the Tumenggung Wiraguna character and the true love story of the character Rara Mendut and Pranacitra. The symbols in this study is a symbols of Javanese culture that is thickly used by the characters in the novel. The results of this study can contribute as an alternative teaching material for learning literature in high school.

Abstract

Children should live a life that is safe and comfortable with their parents and nanny. But the fact is happening, children often face persecution, violence, beatings and harassment, which often lead to death. Islamic law set some rules that may be subject to criminal perpetrators of violence against children committed by parents themselves, not others, while punishment requires an equal position between the perpetrators to the victim. There are scholars argue parents remain exposed qishash, and other scholars argue there is no qishash, just tazir and parents lose their right to inherit property. A lot of cases that occurred in the community in a variety of species, and most perpetrators have been sentenced. However the case that appears only a small part are revealed. In the midst of such conditions should be enforced once hadhanah principles stipulated in Islamic law. Hadhanah emphasize parenting to parents and close family, so that children can be cared for with love and responsibility. So the lives and safety of children will be more secure and protected.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper describes the actions of civil and criminal committed by children or adolescents under the age of 18 years. The issues discussed are how the theories of Islamic Law and Positive Law about the punishment imposed on children or adolescents who commit a civil or criminal act containing legal consequences, and how the views of Islamic Law and Positive Law against some civil and criminal cases involving children or adolescents as the culprit. Based on the results of the study can be concluded, when children or adolescents do civil acts, especially underage marriages in two cases studied, then according to Islamic law the law is valid if it meets harmonious and conditions and age men or women have baligh. But according to the Positive Law the marriage is unlawful if the age of one or both partners is under 16 years for women and 19 years for men. When a child or teenager commits a criminal offense, in four cases examined, according to Islamic Law may be subject to the punishment of ta'zir, and according to the Positive Law shall be punished with minus one third of the principal verdict or returned to the parent or fostered in a government-private.Keywords: child, civil, criminal            Abstrak: Tulisan ini memaparkan tentang perbuatan perdata dan pidana yang dilakukan oleh anak atau remaja yang berusia di bawah 18 tahun. Permasalahan yang dibahas adalah bagaimana teori Hukum Islam dan Hukum Positif tentang hukuman yang dijatuhkan kepada anak atau remaja yang melakukan sesuatu perbuatan perdata atau pidana yang mengandung konsekuensi hukum, dan bagaimana pandangan Hukum Islam dan Hukum Positif terhadap beberapa kasus perdata dan pidana yang melibatkan anak atau remaja sebagai pelakunya. Berdasarkan hasil kajian dapat disimpulkan, ketika anak atau remaja melakukan perbuatan perdata, khususnya perkawinan di bawah umur pada dua kasus yang dikaji, maka menurut Hukum Islam hukumnya sah jika sudah memenuhi rukun dan syaratnya dan usia pria atau wanitanya sudah baligh. Namun menurut Hukum Positif perkawinan tersebut melanggar hukum jika usia salah satu atau kedua pasangan di bawah 16 tahun bagi wanita dan 19 tahun bagi pria. Ketika anak atau remaja melakukan perbuatan pidana, dalam empat kasus yang dikaji, maka menurut Hukum Islam dapat dikenakan hukuman ta’zir, dan menurut Hukum Positif dikenakan hukuman dengan dikurangi sepertiga dari vonis pokoknya atau dikembalikan kepada orang tua atau dibina di suatu lembaga milik pemerintah atau swasta.Kata kunci: anak, perdata, pidana

Abstract

Abstract: Smoking is an substance additive threaten because inside contain subtance danger body . world healty organization (WHO) and some articles scientific explain in every smoke contain ± 4000 scientific poison and between 43 character carsinogenik ( stimulate grown of cancer ), behave that , eventually more controversial about smoke circle on student. Be based on the top , reseacher take title “ relationship level knowlage student impact about healty and attitude smoking student in High School PGRI Bolo “. purpose for identification level relationship student knowlage about impact of smoking about healty and attitude smoking student in High School PGRI Bolo and using design reseacher descriptif analitik approacment method cross sectional , with 40 totaling sample respondent in accordance with the inclusion criteria ware taken by total sampleing technique . the experiment was conducted for 4 days on 6–9 march 2015 using a questionnaire. Based on the result of statistical test of pearson correlations with the aid of computer equipment (SPSS system), where the value of the proposed α < 0,05 significance of test result obtained value r = 0,887 significant value p= 0,0000, that is to say α < 0,05 (0,0000 < 0,05) , it means there is a strong relationship between the level of studance knowlage about the impact of smoking on healt and smoking bahavior of student in High School PGRI Bolo. Conclusion that respinden knowlageable anough about  smoking behavior in the medium category, this means the better the student level of knowlage about the effect of smoking on health , the more negative behavior of student smoking in High School PGRI Bolo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan narasi kebangsaan dalam bingkai kebhinekaan suku, agama, ras, dan antar golongan (SARA) peserta didik di MAN 1 Mamuju. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian menemukan bahwa narasi kebangsaan dalam bingkai kebhinekaan peserta didik bersumber dari pengetahuan dan pengalaman mereka baik dalam pembelajaran di kelas maupun melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan media sosial. Dari sinilah potensi terciptanya perilaku saling menghormati dan menghargai keberagaman serta dapat berkembang dengan baik. Di lain sisi, di antara mereka terjadi kontra narasi kebangsaan, masih ada problem kecil soal relasi dengan teman berbeda agama di antara peserta didik, seperti soal pengucapan selamat natal. Hal ini dipengaruhi sumber rujukan dari kajian keagamaan yang mereka ikuti.
