Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the components of the human development index on the economic growth of Pematangsiantar City. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and uses an ordinary least square multiple regression model. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). In this study, the analysis used was a multiple regression analysis model. The results showed that the health index had a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Pematangsiantar City, the education index had a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth in Pematangsiantar City, the purchasing power index had a positive and significant impact on economic growth in Pematangsiantar City, and the Human Development Index ( health index, education index, and purchasing power index) have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Pematangsiantar City. The coefficient of determination obtained by the Adjusted R20.9909 indicates that the value of the health variable, education variable, and purchasing power variable can explain the variation of the economic growth variable in Pematangsiantar City by 99.09%, while the remaining 0.91% is explained by other variables outside research model.

Abstract

Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) menjadi sorotan publik sekarang ini karena berakibat timbulnya kesengsaraan atau penderitaan secara fisik, seksual, psikologis yang cenderung dialami oleh wanita. Permasalahan psikologis ini perlu ada penanganan yang lebih serius. Salah satu alternatif psikologis yang dapat dilakukan melalui chronotherapy.  chronotherapy adalah suatu teknik non-obat sederhana yang menggabungkan beberapa metode seperti pemberian cahaya terstruktur dan eksposur gelap, terapi begadang diikuti oleh tidur yang memulihkan, pemberian melatonin dosis sangat rendah, dan pengaturan waktu makan dan olahraga. Artikel ini membahas pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dapat dilakukan oleh konselor untuk membantu korban KDRT melalui chronotherapy. melalui bantuan terapis, Chronotherapy dapat diberikan pada individu korban KDRT sehingga pikiran dan perasaan-perasaan negatif bisa diubah ke arah yang lebih positif.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari pengertian sistem informasi manajemen yang rinci serta menganalisis hubungan sistem informasi manajemen dengan kualitas perilaku organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan sistem informasi manajemen begitu penting dalam pola komunikasi antaranggota dalam organisasi tersebut. Kemudahan informasi ini juga dapat berpengaruh pada peningkatan kualitas perilaku organisasi melalui dua faktor yang memengaruhi prestasi kerja sebagai indikator kualitas perilaku organisasi, yaitu faktor kompetensi individu dan faktor dukungan manajemen. Dua faktor tersebut menjadi faktor kunci yang sama-sama ditengarai oleh eksistensi sistem informasi manajemen sehingga dapat saling mendukung untuk memelihara proses kerja yang stabil dan berkembang. Sistem informasi manajemen menjembatani proses pengambilan keputusan top-down dan juga peningkatan komptensi secara bottom-up.

Abstract

The presence of sharia financial technology (fintech) as a credible financial institution is expected to be able to help the problems that are often faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This study aims to determine whether there are differences in the behavior of MSME actors in the use of sharia fintech lending and conventional fintech lending. The research method used in this research is normative legal research by analyzing the laws and regulations as well as relevant studies through the issues in the study. This study uses a statutory and conceptual approach, both of which function to analyze the applicable legal rules so that differences can be found between conventional and sharia peer to peer lending fintechs and the extent to which sharia rules are applied in these fintechs. This study concludes that Islamic fintech plays a role as a driving factor in increasing the inclusiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The presence of the sharia fintech industry can overcome the problems of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, especially related to financing needs, ease of transaction processing, expansion of market access, and ease of preparation of financial reports.

Abstract

Experience in conducting audits carefully, accurately, and objectively is the main competency that must be possessed by auditors. In fact, what is happening in the field shows that there are still irregularities and errors related to the audit process. This is the basis of research in revealing the effect of competence and objectivity on audit quality. The research was conducted using a survey method conducted at PT. Pindad Bandung. The data obtained were analyzed quantitatively with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, hypothesis testing t, and F test to test simultaneously. The results show that there is an influence of competence and objectivity of internal audit on audit quality at PT Pindad Bandung which is indicated by the calculation results of 75%. With the results of this study, it is hoped that it can be used as a reference for every company to always improve the competence of each auditor.

Abstract

Company competitiveness is very important for business continuity. Therefore, the research aims to investigate and find an empirical model of the influence of entrepreneurial values, transformational leadership, and service innovation on company competitiveness through mediating mechanisms of organizational performance. The research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and causal design. The sample was 153 leaders of ferry companies in Indonesia.The research instruments consist of organizational performance, competitiveness, entrepreneurial values, transformational leadership, and service innovation, as questionnaires were designed as a Likert scale. The questionnaire was distributed in Google Form format via the WhatsApp application. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling analysis based on partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The research's findings demonstrate that entrepreneurial values, transformational leadership, service innovation, and organizational performance all significantly impact a company's competitiveness; additionally, entrepreneurial values, transformational leadership, and service innovation have a major impact on organizational performance, which in turn has a significant impact on company competitiveness. These results support a novel empirical model of how entrepreneurial values, transformational leadership, and service innovation affect company competitivenessby using organizational performance as a mediating factor. Before being modified or used for their future work, researchers, academics, and practitioners should critically examine this new model without discounting some of the study's limitations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the essence of making phinisi ships for retainers. Data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis used the interactive method of Miles and Huberman with three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the core of the process of making a phinisi ship for the retainer is a ship made with a retainer who has a strong inner bond, the retainer feels that making a phinisi ship is a matter of pride because being a retainer is a matter of pride. a long process and a very large mandate. Making phinisi boats for courtiers is a livelihood to support their families. In addition, the researcher also revealed that family relations and mutual respect are still very strong which are useful for providing maximum results, phinisi shipbuilding must apply teamwork, thoroughness, hard work and uphold the existing local culture. The relationship between followers and workers respects each other and upholds deliberation when obstacles arise.

Abstract

Guru dan tenaga kependidikan perlu memiliki perilaku kerja inovatif agar tujuan pendidikan dapat dicapai secara optimal. Apalagi saat pandemi covid-19 ini, sangat diperlukan guru dan tenaga kependidikan yang memiliki inovasi dalam bekerja. Kajian perilaku kerja inovatif di Indonesia lebih dominan di teliti pada organisasi yang menghasilkan produk atau perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis variabel-variabel apa saja yang mempengaruhi dan dipengaruhi oleh variabel perilaku kerja inovatif dalam lembaga pendidikan serta bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk inovasi yang dilakukan guru dan tenaga kependidikan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kajian kepustakaan. Artikel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah artikel yang dipublikasikan dari tahun 2017. Pencarian dilakukan dengan google scholar menggunakan kata kunci perilaku kerja inovatif dan innovative work behavior. Hasil pencarian ditemukan 27 artikel pada jurnal atau prosiding nasional dan internasional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan enam belas variabel yang mempengaruhi perilaku kerja inovatif guru atau tenaga kependidikan. Enam variabel menjadi variabel intervening untuk melihat perilaku kerja inovatif. Variabel perilaku kerja inovatif mempengaruhi dua variabel, yaitu kinerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Perilaku kerja inovatif juga menjadi variabel intervening dari variabel hard skill, soft skill, organisasi pembelajar dan motivasi yang mempengaruhi kinerja. Selain juga ditemukan perilaku inovasi guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The quality of service provides encouragement to customers, to establish a strong bond with the company. Such a bond in the long term allows the company to carefully understand the expectations of customers and their needs so that the company can increase customer satisfaction where the company maximizes a pleasant customer experience and minimizes the customer experience that is less pleasant. The purpose of this research is to find out how to analyze the quality of service to determine customer satisfaction at the PT. Bank Republik Indonesia Kefamenanu Branch, and in this study we used Multiple Regression Analysis. The test results revealed that the quality of service had a limited impact on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the quality of service contributes 0.643, or 64.3%, to customer satisfaction, with the remaining 52.8% coming from other factors not studied in this study.

Abstract

Digital Marketing Communication Strategy something that every tourism industry should have for tourist activities describes the main users of digital technology supporting the marketing functions of an organization. In an effort to improve marketing and reach the target market through regular and organized digital marketing. Tourism needs a digital marketing communication strategy to help and serve the needs of the community, effective and efficiently planned strategies so that the success rate is high. This study aims to determine the digital marketing communication strategy in the Post-Pandemic of the Indonesian Tourism. The method used by this study is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, direct marketing, public relations, and Word-of-Mouth (WOM) Marketing.
