Abstract

The problem of the study is a lack of information about waste management, as well as a lack of entrepreneurial spirit. The purpose of this research is to foster an entrepreneurial spirit and to foster the development of an entrepreneurial spirit. Respondents were FKIP Universitas PGRI Palembang students. The descriptive technique was utilized. The debate analysis approach may be used to integrate research analysis in the context of this subject on how to generate creative goods from patchwork trash. Documentation, questionnaires, and interviews are used to collect data. The results revealed that (a) utilizing patchwork waste is a form of concern for the surrounding environment; (b) providing learning media by utilizing patchwork waste is a learning designed to increase students' motivation and entrepreneurial spirit; and (c) good implementation from planning to processing to marketing and preserving has obstacles and challenges, specifically how students are consistent with the products made and increase creativity in processing. This study provides an alternative media on growing students’ entrepreneurship skill.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and find out the principles of the concept of "Ulun Tagom," which means "Son of the Region," in employee performance management at the Lumbis Pansiangan District Office as a performance appraisal. This study uses a qualitative discrete approach to describe the Ulun Tagom (Son of the Region) phenomenon in employee performance management in Lumbis Pansiangan District by gathering as much information as possible and integrating valid data obtained from interviews, documents, and observations. The results can be concluded: 1) The principle of Ulun Masiog, which in ancient times during the mengayau era meant "knight," is a code of ethics for a group of people who uphold adat and have the determination to protect and look after their people. 2) Amod's Principle Amod can mean creative, innovative, and productive based on honesty and sincerity in carrying out a job. 3) The Atulikas Principle the Atulikas principle emphasizes timeliness in completing work. That is, in carrying out work, the Dayak Agabag indigenous people do a thorough job, must focus, must not procrastinate on work, and do not take work lightly, so that this principle morally influences Ulun Tagom employees in completing work.

Abstract

Reinforcement of the boarding schoolin building religious character is really needed to produce graduates with good religious character. This qualitative study aimed at explaining theplanning, organizing, staffing, briefing, coordinating, reporting, budgeting, and supervising on management of boarding MAPK curriculum in building religious character of MAN 4 Banjar students. The results that the management of the MAPK curriculum has been carried out by involving various parties, and is guided by the Ministerial Regulation of Religious Affairs, but still has not had an impact on the religious character of students, it needs efforts to overcome constraints faced by management o by structuring the curriculum specifically applied to boarding activities. This article provides an overview how to build religious character in boarding school. This article contributes to all principals where they would apply boarding school system attributed with the building religious character.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find a general description of savoring and adversity intelligence in students and to find a correlation between them. Savoring students explain strategies to increase positive experiences in their lives and overcome negative experiences to become positive by appreciating their experiences. This is illustrated by evaluating aspects of anticipating the future, enjoying present experiences, reminiscing about positive experiences in the past. Literature review revealed that the factor of being unable to be grateful and adversity intelligence has an influence on savoring. Adversity intelligence is defined as an individual's ability to face problems and continue to struggle when experiencing difficulties in his life by controlling problems, understanding problems, limiting problems to aspects of life, and considering the problems at hand to be temporary. So that savoring can increase adversity intelligence in addition to increasing happiness in a person. Because with the savoring in a person, the adversity intelligence will increase. The study used a correlational research design with a sample size of 180 students. Data were collected using simple random sampling technique. Instrument using Savoring Beliefs Inventory (SBI) and Adversity Intelligence Scale. The data analysis technique used the Pearson Product Moment (PPM) correlation method to determine the relationship between savoring and adversity intelligence among students. The relationship between savoring and adversity intelligence was found to be positively correlated. All dimensions of savoring and adversity intelligence were found to be positively correlated. Based on the research results, the more students have high savoring, the higher their adversity intelligence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transactional and transformational leadership styles on the commitment of stikes banalita Sudama Medan employees with compensation as a moderating variable. The research method used is quantitative data method. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) to respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression model. The results of the study show that the Transactional Leadership Style (X1) and the Transformational Leadership Style (X2) have a significant simultaneous effect on the Organizational Commitment variable (Y). Compensation (Z) is a moderating variable that influences the relationship between Transactional Leadership Style (X1) and Transformational Leadership Style (X2) and Organizational Commitment (Y). Variables Transactional Leadership Style (X1), Transformational Leadership Style (X2), and Compensation (Z) can explain the variable Organizational Commitment (Y) of 41.3%. Seeing the results of this study which shows that the provision of compensation strengthens the relationship of leadership style to organizational commitment, it is expected to continue to maintain compensation to always support employee performance which of course will also have a positive impact on the productivity of the Binalita Sudama College of Health, Medan.

Abstract

Inter-Time Law in Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration (UUAP) related to the content of the transfer of authority to adjudicate Government Administration disputes, the length of the period for making rules for implementing the Law and the imposition of the provisions of Article 1 number 9 of Law Number 51 of 2009 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 5 of 1986 concerning the State Administrative Court  and how does the law of time explain that. The purpose of this study is to find out the law between times in Law Number: 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration.  In this research using normative legal research methods with a statute approach, and a conceptual approach (conseptual approach). The results of the research are  the inter-time law in Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration regarding transitional provisions regulated by 3 (three) Articles, namely Article 85 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of the content material related to the transfer of authority to adjudicate Government Administration disputes, Article 86 content material regarding the duration of the period of making rules for implementing the Law, and Article 87 content material related to the meaning of the provisions of Article 1 number  9 Law Number 51 of 2009 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 5 of 1986 concerning the State Administrative Court.

Abstract

A critical element in assessing a company is how investors believe it will benefit from the company it is investing in. If the company succeeds in posting a large profit rate, it will motivate investors to invest in stocks to increase stock prices and stock demand. This study aims to determine whether internal financial performance has a significant effect on the value of manufacturing companies that have issued shares for the period 2014 to 2020 in Indonesia. This research is conducted by survey method to 50 manufacturing companies that have done the stock emission on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data collecting technique is done by indirect communication technique through the instrument in the form of documentation study. This research was conducted in November 2021. Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis do the data processing technique, that is, Correlation Analysis and Regression, with the analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results showed that: (1) The company's internal financial performance proportioned by its return on equity (ROE) shows good condition, with an average of 12.17% per company, the standard deviation of 14.24%; (2) Company Value measured by: (a) EMV (Equity Market Value) which is the product of P (Closing Price) x Qshares (Number of shares outstanding); (b) The book value of total debt (Debt); and (c) The book value of total assets (EBV), indicates good conditions, ie, average 33.16%, the standard deviation of 12.7%; (3) This hypothesis test shows ttable equal to 2,356 <tcount 5,402 (tcount> ttable) means that company's internal financial performance proportioned by return on equity (ROE) have a positive and significant effect to firm value 37,8% although low but quite meaningful. The researcher suggested paying attention to factors such as investment policy and dividend policy because it is strongly believed to affect stock price increase. Therefore it is proven that firm value to firm's internal financial performance proportioned by return on equity ROE) have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This research examines management practices in Marketing, Innovation, and Technology within Maritime Affairs, focusing on graduates of the Maritime Institute Jakarta (STIP Jakarta). By qualitatively analyzing the perspectives of 70 officers, including deck and engine officers and shipping professionals, the study reveals key insights. It highlights the importance of digital marketing, continuous improvement, and technology adoption in enhancing competitiveness and operational efficiency within the maritime industry. Furthermore, it emphasizes professionalism and adherence to international standards such as the IMO-STCW, demonstrating the industry's dedication to safety, competency, and regulatory compliance. The results emphasize the interdependence of effective management practices, regulatory adherence, and professional growth, providing practical insights for industry practitioners, policymakers, and training institutions to navigate maritime management complexities effectively.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan tugas utama orang percaya yang masih diabaikan dalam kehidupan setiap hari, sehingga orang percaya menyadari tugas mereka.  Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk melihat adanya tugas orang Kristen yang belum terklaksana dalam kehidupannya masing-masing, dan adanya kecenderungan pengabaian tugas tersebut. Sehingga perlunya di adakan penelitian tentang “Kajian Teologis I Korintus 9:16 “Celakalah Aku, Jika Aku Tidak Memberitan Injil” Relevansinya dalam Pertumbuhan Gereja Masa. Kini, penelitian ini dengan mengunakan motodologi kualitatif, dengan mengadakan kajian  Biblika untuk mendapatkan makna yang sebenarnya dari teks tersebut, Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa, makna dari kata :”Celakalah kamu jika tidak memberitakan Injil” adalah perintah mutlak yang harus dikerjakan setiap saat, orang Kristen tidak boleh mengabaikan dengan alasan apapun atau melemparkan tugas kepada orang lain.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan adanya perubahan dalam pola mobilitas masyarakat di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Asia Tenggara melalui pintu masuk Malaysia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak pada kebijakan lockdown terhadap masyarakat di kawasan perbatasan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan jenis peelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat pada kawasan perbatasan di dusun Gun Tembawang desa Suruh Tembawang. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan dampak negatif yang dirasakan langsung oleh masyarakat akibat wabah virus covid-19 ini adalah merosotnya pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kegiatan lockdown dari Negara Malaysia yang terdampak wabah virus corona dilakukan sebagai upaya meminimalisir penyebaran wabah virus tersebut. Dalam pelaksanaan lockdown ini perlu adanya kerjasama antara pemerintah dan masyarakat serta perjanjian dengan Negara tetangga dalam hal mobilitas warga terdekat dengan wilayah satu sama lainnya, guna mewujudkan kesejahteraan sosial dan kesehatan masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebijakan lockdown oleh pemerintah Malaysia memiliki dampak terhadap mobilitas dan dan ikatan kekerabatan pada masyarakat di kawasan tersebut.
