Abstract

The golf glove sewing production line at PT XYZ experienced line imbalance, as indicated by differences in workstation cycle times that caused bottlenecks, high idle time, and low line efficiency. This study aimed to improve production line performance by applying three heuristic line balancing methods: Ranked Positional Weight (RPW), Largest Candidate Rule (LCR), and Region Approach (RA). Line performance was evaluated using line efficiency, balance delay, idle time, smoothness index, and the number of workstations. The initial production line consisted of 12 workstations with a line efficiency of 67.63%, a balance delay of 32.37%, a smoothness index of 50.78, and a total idle time of 159.81 seconds.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Shopee Live on the impulse buying behavior of Generation Z consumers. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed through semi-structured, in-depth interviews with four Generation Z informants selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that Shopee Live significantly influences impulse buying behavior through promotional strategies such as flash sales, limited-time discounts, and free shipping offers. In addition, social interaction, live product demonstrations, audience testimonials, and emotional engagement during live streaming increase consumers' purchase intentions. The study also found that Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) reinforces consumers' tendency to make spontaneous purchasing decisions. These findings contribute to the understanding of consumer behavior in live-streaming commerce and provide practical implications for digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

President Prabowo Subianto’s statement that “people in villages don’t use dollars” amid the rupiah’s depreciation to Rp17,600 per USD has sparked public controversy. This study critically analyzes the discourse using Norman Fairclough’s Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) framework, which comprises three interrelated dimensions: textual analysis, discursive practice, and sociocultural practice. The research aims to reveal how language functions as a mechanism for reproducing power and political ideology that marginalizes rural communities. Findings demonstrate that the statement employs economic simplification that obscures the indirect impacts of rupiah depreciation on rural Indonesia, including rising import-driven inflation and increased prices for fertilizers, fuel, animal feed, and medicines. Ideologically, the discourse reproduces an oppositional binary between a “carefree” political elite and “untouched” villagers, while naturalizing the notion that rural populations remain unaffected by macroeconomic policies. The study concludes that presidential language is not neutral; rather, it carries ideological messages that sustain dominant power structures through discursive simplification and the naturalization of inequality.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant studies play an important role in strengthening theory and explaining the relationships between variables in scientific research. This article reviews the factors that influence aviation emergency handling at airports, namely the readiness of PKP-PK personnel, PKP-PK facilities and infrastructure, as well as response time and PKP-PK emergency management system. The purpose of writing this article is to build hypotheses regarding the influence between variables that can be used in subsequent research. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature review approach through the collection and analysis of relevant national and international journals related to the implementation of the Aircraft Accident and Fire Fighting Assistance (PKP-PK) system. The results of this literature review article are: 1) the readiness of PKP-PK personnel influences aviation emergency handling at airports; 2) PKP-PK facilities and infrastructure influence aviation emergency handling at airports; and 3) response time and PKP-PK emergency management system influence aviation emergency handling at airports.

Abstract

The National Social Security System (SJSN) in Indonesia represents the implementation of the state's responsibility in realizing welfare as mandated by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. However, the use of the term "insurance" in the social security system raises problems because the term is identical to private coverage mechanisms that are contractual, transactional, and based on premium payments. This condition has shifted the understanding of social security, which should be positioned as a constitutional right of citizens, into a financial obligation dependent on the ability to pay contributions. This study aims to analyze the theoretical deconstruction of the insurance terminology within the National Social Security System from the perspective of the decommodification principle in the welfare state, as well as to examine the legal implications of the transition from state responsibility to mandatory levies on citizens' constitutional rights. The findings indicate that the implementation of social security in Indonesia still reflects the logic of commodification, as access to health services and social protection depends on membership status, fulfillment of contribution payments, and the financial capacity of the community. Consequently, the right to social security, which is constitutionally universal, has become a conditional right. Therefore, a reconstruction of social security policies and regulations is necessary, positioning the state as the primary guarantor of public welfare through a more equitable, universal social protection system that aligns with the principles of the welfare state.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artficial Intelligence) telah memunculkan bentuk kejahatan siber baru, salah satunya penyebaran konten pornografi anak berbasis deepfake. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaturan hukum positif Indonesia terhadap penyebaran konten tersebut serta pertanggungjawaban pidana pelakunya. Penelitian menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan kasus. Bahan hukum yang digunakan terdiri atas bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier yang dianalisis secara kualitatif melalui metode dekstiptif-analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan terkait penyebaran konten pornografi anak berbasis deepfake dapat ditemukan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik, Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2022 tentang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual, dan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Namun, regulasi tersebut belum secara khusus mengatur pornografi sintetis berbasis kecerdasan buatan sehingga masih terdapat kekosongan hukum terkait definisi, unsur perbuatan, pembuktian, dan pertanggungjawaban pidana.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kajian stilistika Al-Qur’an selama ini lebih banyak berfokus pada identifikasi bentuk kebahasaan, sedangkan nilai dan tujuan penggunaan gaya bahasa masih relatif kurang dikaji. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk uslūbiyyah dalam Surah Al-‘Adiyāt serta menganalisis nilai-nilai aksiologis yang terkandung di dalamnya. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis melalui integrasi stilistika dan aksiologi. Data bersumber dari teks Surah Al-‘Adiyāt dan didukung oleh berbagai literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa surah ini memuat gaya bahasa pada aspek fonologis, morfo-sintaksis, semantik, dan retoris, seperti qasam, taukīd, iltifāt, dan tashwīr. Bentuk-bentuk tersebut tidak hanya memperkuat makna, tetapi juga membangun efek emosional dan kognitif bagi pembaca. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa gaya bahasa dalam Surah Al-‘Adiyāt memiliki fungsi komunikatif yang merepresentasikan nilai estetika, edukatif, persuasif, dan spiritual secara terpadu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of fashion and lifestyle influencers on TikTok and YouTube as organic intellectuals from the perspective of Antonio Gramsci's Theory of Hegemony. This study uses a qualitative approach using Norman Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). Data were collected through digital observation, content documentation, and a literature review of influential social media content. The findings indicate that influencers function as agents of cultural hegemony by shaping public opinion through digital aesthetic representations, parasocial relationships, and the reproduction of consumerist ideology. Through personal narratives, idealized visuals, and the support of platform algorithms, influencers build social consciousness that encourages audiences to accept certain lifestyle standards as normal and desirable. This study concludes that TikTok and YouTube have become new arenas of hegemony that significantly influence the formation of culture and consumption behavior in digital society, especially among Generation Z.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pengukuran waktu respon motorik merupakan salah satu kegiatan praktikum ergonomi yang memerlukan alat ukur yang mampu memberikan hasil pengukuran secara objektif dan akurat. Keterbatasan alat praktikum yang tersedia mendorong perlunya pengembangan alat ukur waktu respon motorik berbasis stimulus warna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun alat ukur waktu respon motorik jari manusia terhadap stimulus warna merah, kuning, hijau, dan biru menggunakan metode VDI 2221. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahap klarifikasi tugas, perancangan konsep, perancangan wujud, dan perancangan terinci. Hasil perancangan menghasilkan alat Remotest yang terdiri dari Arduino Uno, LED stimulus warna, push button, LCD 16×2, dan catu daya. Pengujian fungsional menunjukkan bahwa seluruh komponen mampu bekerja sesuai dengan fungsi yang dirancang. Uji coba awal terhadap lima responden menunjukkan rata-rata waktu respon sebesar 2,03 detik pada warna merah, 1,48 detik pada warna kuning, 1,78 detik pada warna hijau, dan 1,60 detik pada warna biru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat Remotest mampu memberikan stimulus warna, mengukur waktu respon pengguna, serta menampilkan hasil pengukuran secara otomatis sehingga layak digunakan sebagai media praktikum ergonomi. Abstract

Learning achievement is one of the main indicators of educational success and is influenced by various internal and external factors. One important internal factor is self-confidence, which affects students' courage, motivation, participation, and ability to complete academic tasks effectively. This study aims to analyze the influence of self-confidence on students' learning achievement based on findings from previous studies. The research employed a library research method using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected from relevant scientific sources, including national and international journal articles, books, conference proceedings, and other scholarly publications issued between 2019 and 2025. The collected data were analyzed using content analysis, involving data reduction, data presentation, synthesis, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that self-confidence has a positive influence on students' learning achievement. Students with higher levels of self-confidence tend to participate more actively in classroom activities, express their opinions confidently, demonstrate stronger learning motivation, and complete academic tasks independently, resulting in better academic performance. Therefore, fostering students' self-confidence should become an important concern for teachers and schools as an effective strategy to improve learning quality and academic achievement.
